I guess I'll go with the latter simply because it'll be more realistic. Since they're going to be living in the same apartment I think it would be hard for her to make sure she always doesn't smell like her nocturnal self. Should my character have teleportation powers, or luck powers?

I don't mind. So I guess I'll have my character be a female that is usually easy-going and whimsical, but when she's in supervillain mode she becomes a lot more focused on her actions and appearance and comedic one-liners than usual.

I wouldn't mind roleplaying Making Rent as the villain.
