Being a Dark user, I will say the new Dark theme seems a bit too.... bright. Its not like super awful bright or anything but the grayish tint does come out a little more jarring to my eyes personally compared to the blue. It makes the text also seem brighter to me but it might just be the color...

Dark, much easier on my eyes. The bright color can be a bit blinding to me. I don't mind lighter colors but so much white becomes quite overwhelming to look at. 

Having a similiar issue, although I have an issue where i can't add or delete new forums as well, so the problem might be a little different. They seem to move around fine though after a certain point they don't want to be ordered anymore and refuse to move for you.
