Yeah, the ability to spawn your creatures and being able to mentally detach from his body. Maybe I misunderstood what you wrote, if I did please let me know.

@Latorrex You character is looking great but there are a few issues. The biggest issue is the fact the he has two special abilities. I think both abilities are acceptable, but the limit is one. Don't forget you can add a physical ability as well. I also am not quite sure about the whole living...
