Yeah if you have a particular idea involving biotech you can write it up in a character and go from there. Just nothing that makes characters OP obviously. And it’s an 18+ rating so violence can get rough but it cannot break RPN’s rules

So they can align with the Imperium's ideals/methods as that is pretty common knowledge (ie. they want to wipe out planets who oppose them, they want to be the sole power in the galaxy, have crazy weapons that can vaporize planets, etc.) but not be from the Imperium itself! It would 100% apply...
