Agreed! Sometimes they just leave and not tell you!

That's definitely annoying especially if you planned stuff out.
But I was mainly talking about like someone just outing and like the reason is so dumb because it would of come up way sooner

Like people have said they are quiting for like a reason that was something discussed before so like if that's a issue they would of did it sooner so it feels like they just use it as a excuse
