I have a bit of a tip for Julie. When someone's anxiety or night terrors happen. They don't necessarily shake, they get lost. They get lost in that world of terror, and worst-case scenarios in their head, and sometimes it's impossible to pull them out. Paranoia happens that way. So don't think of it as a moment of fear or weakness, think of it as them going into the deep end of the pool, sinking deeper and deeper until someone, anybody, pulls them out.
