Thinking of potentially moving them to a thread rather than statuses. What do you guys think?

A thread works but I always thought profile posts we're 420? That we're they before?

I checked the default is 420. I went ahead and made it 600.

I'm pretty sure it used to be a word limit. That or the statuses didn't use to count tags as multiple characters, because this morning I needed three posts just for the happy birthdays part, which never took more than a single post.

It might be because BBCode is now enabled in profile posts? Tags are basically bbcode, so they'll take up more characters now, making the post technically longer even if it doesn't display longer.

Maybe. Either way, that's an issue, even if just for me.
