ive heard stories of like contacts melting in your eyes in bath tubs sooooo yiiikeeeeesss

The first time I ever wore them, one got stuck under my eyelid while I was in the shower. I didn't notice, tried taking my contacts out, and ended up tearing my eye's own lens trying to pull out what I thought was my contact.

OH MY GOD

It was painful haha. Then I had to go digging under my upper eyelid to try and get the then-dried contact out.

Another time I lost one by wearing it in the shower, not realizing it, and I was shining a flashlight into my eye to try and find the edge of the contact anywhere around my iris. It took like twenty minutes for my dumb ass to realize it fell out, and find it on the floor of the shower.
I'd learned my lesson about randomly grabbing around for it.

I also haven't showered with my contacts in, since.
