When I played Undertale I forgot about any other ending other than genocide and made it my goal to kill every single living thing without getting hit like a challenge. In fact, in my first playthrough when I got the genocide route, I gave Chara my soul just so that I could do it all over again as I wanted to no-hit Sans. So umm...yeah....

Haha I prefer the Pacifist ending myself

I mean killing everything sounds fun and all but to me it was more about the challenge. Sans is the hardest boss in the game and the second he killed me with that opening attack I challenged myself to just dominate him the entire fight. And I did.

To be honest, the genocide route is actually a great way to experience the game. In the normal runs, you only see one side of each character. In genocide, each character reveals a different shade to their personality. Toriel is sweet and loving but if you betray her, she curses you to be a monster and laughs until her death. Sans shows that despite being the laziest, he is the most determined monster.

He's also my favourite character which is weird considering how much I wanted to kill him.

Haha I love Sans too. Mostly for his Jokes

I respect him because he is so determined that he broke the rules of how the game was played just to stop you. Not determined enough though :P

Haha Yeah i respect him for that too. I haven't PLAYED genocide as i don't even own the game. But i've seen it played

Yeah. Its a great game as you doing the genocide route changes the game's world too. What was once a vibrant village turns into a ghost town as not even the shopkeepers are there.
