Mobile browser or App?

Mobile browser. It happened 3 times in a row. I Had to close my web app everytime it happened. First it freezes, then it breaks in that things are freely floating instead of staying together

Other generic questions; what mobile browser are you using? Is it only on a specific page/thread or happens wherever?
