No but seriously, I only lived in a place with four seasons for about six years, give or take a few months. The rest of my life, I've been dealing with rainy season/dry season.

No worries. My country has a hot and humid climate (read: tropical). Places with tropical climates most often only have a wet season and a dry season. Basically, countries that lie along the equator, including Gabon (where I'm from), Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Ecuador, Colombia, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Uganda and Somalia.

Well, there are many factors but mostly it's about where on earth you are. Are you at the equator? Yes or no. How far away (North and South) are you from the equator? For example, tropical rainforests usually have about the same climate all year long with very frequent rainfall.

Another example is the north pole, that while people classify the seasons based on the position of the sun, the only difference you will feel between the seasons really is the amount of sunlight and that is the most noticeably between summer (full sunlight) and winter (no sunlight). So basically everyone has all seasons but some places have such slight changes that the season change really isn't noticeable.

I am dead on the equator. It's basically either: "Is this hell?", "Oh, it's nice out!", "Wait it's cold"(jacket weather), "It will never. stop. raining."

Here in Cali we only have two seasons as well but not as extreme xD; We have summer, winter, and "Oh it's hot now I guess that last week where it was windy was autumn." And "I'm sneezing now and it's hot af [for whiny clement California inhabitants] so I guess this week is spring." Which goes into "Now it's hot, I guess we're into summer after five days."

Plus the 10 year mega-drought but. Boo hoo poor me tho LOL but identifiable seasons has always been fascinating to me xD; Apparently where my friend lived in Japan was so identifiable with wildflowers and clear seasonal changes.
