I´m just going off what I was taught were the rules of succession in Europe and Asia. To answer your question, if the oldest dies, then his first male child (if of age) rules. If they are not of age, then the mother acts as a regent until the child is of age. If there are only female children, however is married to the oldest rules. If none of the previous were possible, then the next sibling rules.

If all direct family members are exhausted, then an uncle rules. If that too is impossible, the country goes into a crisis of succession.
