So I'm trying to work out how time should pass in the RP I'm making. Normally, time just passes as it does in RPs I do, but now scheduling's a thing. It's basically how much time passes in-universe when IRL time passes.

Well, here you have several options. You could make posts have a fixed time that passes in them or have each player account how much time passes. However, the most effective tactic for your problem would most likely be one where rather than time strictly, you use periods. Instead of saying 7:30-8:30 establish 1st period. And while the first period is on, everyone is on that period. Get it?

Well the thing is that not all classes will be RP'd particularly the boring ones.
