If she doesn't return your shoes at the end of class, call your schools number and demand to speak to the principal. They'll have to give you your shoes back since it's the dead of winter and you can't walk around in socks or you could get frostbite or worse. If they refuse, stay in class and call your parents. If they still refuse, tell them you're calling ACLU. That usually works.
