I try to, but sometimes there is just way too much information.   What did someone not research?

This was mainly referring to how I see a ton of rps with DID, and it's ALWAYS shown as it is in horror movies, not what it actually is. It annoys me a lot, because it just shows how bad unaccurate information can affect the preception of something ;-;

DID?  Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with that.

Dissociative Identity Disorder, or in horror movies usually called spilt-personality disorder, which is and outdated term in the first place. Does that make it more clear?
