Is... This a review of a children's show?
metalcity
metalcity
No, its a a deeply analysed version of the show lazy town plot, which looks like a children show on the outside. However!

Lazytown is a post modern work of art, meant to emulate the state of the modern European continent, and the politics therein.

Stephanie is a refugee who arrives to Lazytown and immediately seeks to change the entire town and its customs. This is meant to be a parallel to the muslim refugees in Europe who have pushed to make Islam more represented in the continent.

When this fails, Stephanie begins to ask help from Sportacus, a man who uses strength to aid Stephanie's cause. In this sense, Sportacus is representative of ISIS, or of jihadis in general, and their quest to destroy Europe and replace it with an Islamic Caliphate.

The puppets are so because they do not see how they are destroying their society, they are nothing but puppets to Stephanie and her supporter, much like the good hearted people of Europe do not see how those they help do not have their best interests at heart. In this genius representation, we then see the character of Robbie Rotten desperately trying to maintain Lazytown as it has always been, thus making Robbie be the stand in for the right wing in general, and the authoritarian brand of neo fascist reactionary thought sweeping through the continent in a desperate attempt to preserve old Europe.

Robbie always fails to make Lazytown be lazy, and that is because they puppets themselves must chose to oppose the refugee Stephanie so Lazytown, and by extenion, Europe, be preserved as they always have been. Robbie Rotten is the savior of the white race.

Is... this a superfluous analysis of the metaphorical intent of a children's show?

I guess you could say it like that, how ever its more literal, as Lazytown is a post modern work of art, meant to emulate the state of the modern European continent, and the politics therein.

This show existed  for a long time before any of the issues you bring up were even a thing

Maybe it was a warning, a sign to not take the path we did...

Maybe it was a corny show with a low budget

See, now this is what I'm talking about.  Your clear attempt to shift focus from the point I brought up only signifies your unwilling nature to confront the problem head on. You would rather divert the attention from yourself to anything possible by saying just about anything in a desperate attempt to shift the blame.  Psychologically, you portray the textbook definition of projection, the defense mechanism in which you project your emotions onto others despite a huge lack of justification for doing so.  By targeting the one who noticed your jab, you try to divert the accusation elsewhere.  This is made obvious by the clear lack of apostrophes used in the sentence.  Two should be used in 'can't' and 'childrens',' but neither are present in the rebuttal.  Basic inference can deduct that these were omitted in the haste of writing an emotionally charged response. Just from a glance, it is obvious that you're simply failing to deflect blame back onto me.

i didn't get a notification for that xD im not sure if your being serious or not

Pretending not to receive a notification is the classic method of weaseling out of an argument you clearly lost is so middle school and really shows that you're unwilling or unable to accept responsibility for the discussion you created.  The 'emoji' is an attempt to alter the atmosphere of the conversation, though not in a philosophical discussion of the metaphorical intent of a children's show.  I can't tell it you're being serious about trying to divert the attention with such a juvenile method omg

I can't tell if you know that Lazytown is a post modern work of art, meant to emulate the state of the modern European continent, and the politics therein.
