Me personally, I've really struggled with it. It's not really depression but just...a feeling of something missing. Everything feels bland and colorless. The things that used to make you happy don't NEARLY as much anymore
The way I deal with it is remembering the great things I have. Or by eating foods I really love and enjoy. Or by spending time with my girlfriend
Yeah I got dumped a month back, so I ain't got a girl at the moment, I donhang out and talk with friends, it really helps
Friends help as well. I've also been going through a rough time. Im not suicidal or anything, never have been. But life has been tough. But it gets better
