Really? I eat shit like steak, burgers, and other beefy meat but I'm always still in shape. In fact, I began losing weight when I was in my earlier teenage years surviving off good ol' beef (and other delicious meat products (and other bits 'n bobs)).
I didn't say it would make you fat. I looked it up but the reason why beef is bad for you is because of the saturated fat in it, it's hard on the heart. So if you only took a daily in take of steak with little to nothing else that would begin to cause problems. The best kinds of beef to eat is grass feed or 90% lean beef.
