but the opposite is also true: power may exist even if it´s not expressed. OPs where mentioned and often what i see is that a lot of OPs aren´t OP strictly mentioning raw power, but due to implications

yep, those happen. But I typically am more angry at the opposite, the people who refuse to face what their character can do and offer some lame excuse like "a moral compass" to balance a ridiculously OP abiliy or something.

I see the problem so often I once made a character litterally designed to be a joke character just to mess with them. Ended up becoming a lot more serious than I expected and even generated the quest I will be starting soon
