I'm glad you're alive. Metric is a fun band. I always had a fondness for "Sick Muse." Are you a Shiny Toy Guns fan as well?

Sick Muse is great. I mean everything by Metric is great though I didn't like Pagans in Vegas as much as their other albums. I have never heard of Shiny Toy Guns! What's a good starter song?

This would probably be a good starting point. They have a tendency to give each of their songs an extremely different sound though.










Also, the Soho Dolls might be up your alley as well.

Mm, I like those two well enough musically but they fall flat lyrically, and that's the important part for me.

Fair enough. I find lyrical depth can be difficult to find in the genre and I don't often electronic pop. If I was more involved in it then I may be able to offer something more attuned to your tastes. Haha,  I could spam just about anyone with punk/ska/swing bands for days though.
