Fantasy Blood & Ruin (OOC/Discussion)

Looks to me like our charas are doing pretty much the same thing. Seems not impossible that they'd have bumped into each other once or twice. Maybe even mistook each other for opposition while protecting the same village before eventually figuring out that they were on the same side.
I can see that! However, Darryl is still very much a sellsword who seeks payment in return for protection, even for a village so he's not exactly doing this out of pure goodwill.

If Anywyll frequented a tavern after that, Darryl would likely strike up a conversation as he would see them on friendly terms!

Sounds like a pretty sweet plan to me

Yo everyone! So glad to be here! Anyways, Imma get straight to the point.

Character relations anyone?
K sooooo my charrie Comet is pretty accident prone so thinkin she would been to the doc a few times lol. Been in bellus for a year now . And if Comet got a good view of her alchemical goods she'd be intrigued. If the good doc ever took a look behind her eye patch she'd prolly recognize the chemical burns from an explosive device. Lmk k?

Wyll Wyll i highly doubt he would recognize him. The rebellion hasn’t made it that far south yet of the country, and Hainer (and pretty much I would say 90% of peace keepers) have had very little to no interaction with soldiers of the rebellion anyways lol

Fair, fair
Worth a shot

That works out for me! Rem hates chatters so Calliope probably wasn't questioned a lot. She's not the type to dig for unnecessary details. Although, I'm sure Rem finds Cal's injuries eyebrow-raising

Rem has been in town for about a year now! It could be more or less, depending on which one would be more convenient for relationship weaving 🥺
I would add that Calliope isn’t the best liar, either, and probably told some unconvincing story about getting attacked by a bandit, which the details being a bit all over the place. Could definitely add to the mystery a bit :)
Propositions:

JSPD2000 JSPD2000 : Might be a bit of a rough first encounter but what's the likelihood that Hainer, as a Peace Keeper, recognises Anwyll as a (former) member of Grandora and calls him out? Along the lines of trying to arrest him, Anwyll resists, they argue/fight/interact. Anwyll escapes prison by offering info about Grandora. Doesn't have to be exactly that; just the first thing that came to mind.

Aura-Slash Aura-Slash : Didn't notice you mentioning what Cali currently does. If she goes down the vigilante path, highly likely that she and Anwyll bump into each other at some point. If not, I could see them bumping into each other around town on some killer-recognises-killer vibe.

AI10100 AI10100 : Looks to me like our charas are doing pretty much the same thing. Seems not impossible that they'd have bumped into each other once or twice. I’m actually not sure what path I’m going to take Calliope on - but the vigilante path isn’t fully out of the question, with some somewhat tragic developments needed during the RP to go down that path. Calliope would definitely recognize a killer when she sees one, and I could see the killer-meets-killer vibe on their first interaction.

If I may add, Calliope is actively attempting to get rid of her assassin persona. She may be successful or unsuccessful doing this depending on what happens in the RP.

A year's good, that's when her father fell ill. Layna could've heard of a new doctor in town when she was searching for help for him. If he was in your care then we could know each other fairly well by now.

Similar path as Anwyll then; he's trying to flee his life as a killer/rebel and now only hurts/kills in defense of the innocent

The dynamic between the two might work out nicely, then :)

I plan to also have her learn later on in the RP that assassins from the family are actively searching for her to take revenge, so the two would potentially face similar problems of needing to hide from their adversaries.

Well then I look forward to an adventure-filled friendship

Sounds like a plan! The doctor was most likely disheartened by her father's passing since she believes that she could have saved him if she had access to her former equipment and ingredients. Alas :closedeyesfrown: Though I doubt Rem would call Lay a friend, she's probably the closest she has to one

I'm sure Rem knows she's lying but will not pry since she has her own secrets to keep too :smilepuff:

Alrighty, I just made my first post! Calliope is currently open to interactions if anyone wants to.
