    If you feel the need to improve, best thing is to reach out to any patient RPer who can help out with your writing. Many of us has been in your shoes and it helps when you have someone to give advice/tips/critic on writing skills. Go PM RP with someone willing to help you out. It will definitely get results in the end even if it is a little.
