    Heya! :closed eyes open smile: That actually only applies to new members for your first couple post. (I think it is 10 post). This also prevents you from PMing others in their conversations. The bot to make sure content from new users follows the rules and isn't spam is really sensitive, so until you have a few more posts under your belt it may be a little annoying.

    Try potentially posting on other parts of Rpn like the general discussion thread or other Rp's to maybe speed that number up a little. Until then good luck and welcome to the site. ;D

    It doesn't quite prevent PMs, but it is, as dragonsfire said, very zealous about new users in particular. Once your post count reaches 10 it will loosen up. ^33^ (Certain areas of the site, mainly PMs, profile posts, the Private Workshop, and forum games, don't add to your post count, but everything else should.)
