Hi, there! I go by the ironic name Writer’s Block! I’ve been roleplaying for maybe six years now. I’ve always had a love for reading and writing, and roleplaying allowed me to take part in both in a really interesting way. I love stories created in historical settings, usually 1800’s and earlier. I decided to join RpNation because I’ve read it’s one of the best sites to use with some of the best writers around!

Hello everyone!

So glad to see such a thriving RP network and community! I used to RP when I was in high school and after graduating I sort of fell out of it. Just the writing part, not the RP. I couldn't give that up! Instead of writing, I had also begun learning about DND (this was back when it was 3.5 and pathfinder). I've kept it up considerably over the years and have even become a DM for a few groups over the years!
I'm excited to exercise my creative side, explore infinite opportunities that await in the realms of RP.

I'm interested and most familiar in fantasy settings (of course) but am a fan of science fiction novels like Dune and the Foundation series. It would be thrilling to try a horror setting and see what comes from that as well!

Outside of RPing, I am a DM and work as a freelance writer. I'm looking to let loose, have fun and meet new people!

PS, I have a cat. She's adorable. :D

A 26-year old in the north eastern part of the US.
I've been roleplaying for as long as I can remember. I've always liked writing and roleplaying spoils me where I no longer enjoy single, original stories (simply because I can never finish them). I spent most of my roleplaying years on GaiaOnline which I am still on as of now, but that site is getting stale and boring interacting with the same people over and over again to where I want to try something new with new people and their unique writing styles and ideas where I hope someday I can connect with any of you. That's how I somehow came upon RPNation, and I am glad I did.

The idea of 1x 1 attracted me, but i am up for Group RPing too! I am versatile with all the genres! But my favorite would be fantasy, fiction, romance and Isekai (other worldly). Hello! I'm honeyglitter and I'm new to roleplay. Currently I'm mostly into fandom roleplay since it doesn't take as much pre-planning as completely original one. Only exception is furries since I like pretending to be anthropomorphic animal.
When roleplaying fandoms I prefer creating my own character rather than playing as canon one because I just think it's more fun. It gives bit more freedom and I can make silly characters when I'm in the mood for it. I'm not super serious about roleplay and sometimes I have characters that don't 100% fit the lore, but I try to keep them balanced. I've never been one to follow rules to the letter, especially when talking about fictional character creation.
Outside of roleplay I enjoy watching youtube videos, playing games and drawing. I'm a simple bean who doesn't need much to keep herself entertained.

I am an inexperienced but intrigued roleplayer. I have only roleplayed twice (one being 1X1 and the other not), so I hope to do more.
My range of interests is rather wide, but I am mainly interested by anime-related or anime-inspired plots. (I would like to think myself as a flexible person, though. I am open to lots of other genres and topics.)
Playing canon characters is fine with me, but I prefer spinning up my own characters. (Seeing others’ characters is even more fun!)
Besides roleplaying, I enjoy drawing and driving. I occasionally play games, but I have lost most of my interest in them...
I joined RpNation in hopes of gaining more experience, becoming a stronger writer, and making new friends.

Hey, I'm Olive, I've been role playing for... oh my gosh, six years now? Anyhow, I play Dungeons and Dragons as well as Call of Cthulhu, and when I'm not doing that I'm doing text-by-text role playing. I've recently just gotten a bit too old for sites that I used to frequent, like Chicken Smoothie and Gaia Online. I'm a generally flexible writer, but I do prefer supernatural and/or horror related themes. I'm a huge classics nerd (I've been studying Latin for five years, and ancient Greek for one), so essentially anything involving ancient Greece or Rome I'm down with.
 
I'm a real chill dude, looking for RP partners. willing to try anything, the setting doesn't matter. I range from modern to futuristic all the way back to medieval days. Magic powers don't matter to me. I like me some good romantic plots as well, a nice love story. Most importantly, I want to have fun that's the main goal! I do like quality posts, quality over quantity. A big aesthetic person, I'm often just vibin' shoot a dm if you would like to RP.
