I'm new to roleplay/writing, so I apologize if I'm not the greatest. I will try my very best and am open to advice, as long as that advice is given kindly of course. I love romance, fantasy and adventure, so I'd love to roleplay those genres mostly. I can definitely try to be flexible though, if I like your ideas for a plot.

I'm Finn (any pronouns are fine), a 22 year old student from Germany. I'm still kinda new to this side (I was on here for a brief period of time in like... 2017 or something and met a few people but didn't really stay and... well, now I'm back. What a story.) but not exactly new to rping. I've been doing rps (usually with rl friends and fandom characters) for about 10 years now, but since I love making up stories and characters, I would love to get into oc rps as well! Until now, all my rps have been in German (with a few exceptions) but I have at least some practice in writing in English, too, so I hope I won't make a complete fool out of myself.

I don't want to make this too long and I've put some information about what I look for in rps in my profile already, so here's just a very incomplete list about a few random things I like in general and regarding rps:

- I love dogs
- and chameleons
- and everything Middle Earth related
- I am studying linguistics and am super interested in language and how it works
- genre-wise (regarding rps) I could find joy in almost anything but I love darker, a bit fucked up stories, if it's well planned and not over-dramatic
- I like long posts but it really depends on where we are in the story. Unnecessary rambling just to hit the 1000 words mark is usually nothing I try to do. But my posts normally end up longer than I planned so maybe I shouldn't be talking too loud here. I just mean, I don't think very highly about forcing a word-count or something! I also occasionally like chat rps, depends on how it fits! Pretty chill about all that, as long as we find a common ground.
- communication is key. We don't have to be best friends or spend hours chatting ooc, but I'd like to know at least a little about the person I'm writing with. Would be kind of weird with a total stranger, in my opinion
- I can't post daily, probably, and I'm totally fine if you need your time as well. My goal would be like... every other day/several times a week, maybe? Less would also be fine, depending on the length of the posts and whatever is going on in our lives at the time. I'm pretty patient and chill with that, rl comes first!

Okay, I really think that's probably enough (maybe too much) information, so I'll leave it at that! Pm me, if you have the feeling we could get along or if you have any ideas that you'd like to write out with me, or if... anything else about me made you curious. Even though I wouldn't know, what that could be, but hey.

I've been roleplaying for about 10 years now. My husband got me interested in it when we first started dating. We enjoy world building, and mostly roleplaying fantasy and magic school style of roleplay. I enjoy slice of life and romance and try to incorporate it in my roleplays. My husband and I used to RP on Gaia, but the ads are atrocious, and the amount of ads makes it difficult to actually accomplish anything, haha. Our current RP is currently a Pokemon gijinka style and a world we built ourselves. We also have a world build in FFXIV with our characters that we are currently working on.

I also enjoy playing video games. I play FFXIV along with other JRPG's and RPG's. I'm not the best at fps and tps type of games or battle arenas. My current game that I've been playing is Pokemon Legends of Arceus. I also watch anime and read manga. I prefer reading manga over watching anime as I don't have a lot of time to be able to watch it and pay attention to the story. My favorite Animes are Samurai Champloo, Say I Love You, Cowboy Bebop, and School Rumble. Some of my favorite mangas are Takane and Hana, Inu x Boku SS, That Wolf Boy is Mine, and Merman in my Tub! There are more, but that's just to name a few. I also enjoy comics, my favorites being in the Marvel universe, and X-Men being my favorite story line.

I would like to say I'm good at drawing, but I am not. I do enjoy my attempts and coloring however!

I do have a large number of characters with different backgrounds and fantasy races. Most of my characters are more akin to something like X-Men where they are all gifted.

If I am to rp outside of my husband (we mostly do 1x1), I'm not the best at one liners. I like to add environment to my posts and try to make the reader immersed with the story, so I often post 2-4 paragraphs.

I think that's all... Oh, I'm probably going to change my username once I'm able to. I realized that I want to make it more akin to my RP universes.
 
Hiya! I’m Kay, I’ve been RPing for well over a decade, I started sometime in high school, and have taken quite a few years off recently. I was a pretty active member of Dollwizard (Little_White_Lie), Dollwizard 2.0 forum ([Katastrophe]), and I’m a current member over on BMR. Sometime over the summer I had a weird day dream about something I had written about many moons ago and logged back into an old account to see how active the forum was….and sadly it’s no longer active, but I did have a message aiming me in the direction of RpN. So I’m hoping to connect with some old friends, as well as make some new ones!

Hello! Call me Rubix or Ruby. I’ve only been role-playing for a few years, but I’m eager to write.

I’ve written under different forum communities in JCINK and Amino that have slowed down since.. So I’m looking for a new home. My interests are quite varied and I try not to limit myself to a certain genre. I usually incorporate fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, and action elements to my plots. Although to be honest, I’m a huge sucker for romance.

Outside of role-play, I like art and graphic design. I’m still learning about drawing and coding so I’d be happy to share what I’ve learned.

I have both plant and two fur babies at home. I find that having some green space and just watering plants keeps me calm and centered. Plus, it’s aesthetically pleasing to any room. My fur babies are my life. Both my bunny and my puppy teach me a thing or two about kindness and patience everyday.

As for the two truths and one lie…

1. I’ve never broken a bone in my life.
2. My friend and I rode the same roller coaster for an entire day.
3. I watch a lot of horror movies with my brothers.

I'm 23, an artist and freshly graduated uni alumni and want to reconnect with this old hobby again, and maybe make a friend or two along the way!

I love character and relationship driven RP, but don't get me wrong I love a great plot or two that encompasses those elements.
I always draw the characters I work with, and it's usually how they come about- I also LOVE designing fun alien characters! (think lilo stitch/ben10 vibes)
however, usually I'm a pretty flexible person in regards to genre and what others want from the RP!
I always try to be open minded about ideas and want to collaboratively build a fun RP for all involved.

A quick note, I'm fairly new to forum style RP and it's been a few years since I really RPed properly,
so I'll do my best to learn, please be patient with me as I figure things out haha

Hey, Kesswil here. New to role playing, a friend encouraged me to join. I used to write but haven't in years; at least not creatively. Looking for spaces that will encourage and challenge me to write and use my imagination again. Joined tonight so I could read all the tutorials.
