hey there! i'm samson, though i go by a medley of other names as well. i'm an advanced roleplayer with a penchant for writing the occasional 1k+ word post. i used to hang around feralfront some time ago, but since its decline i've taken to keeping my head down and writing one-shots in google docs. of course, that wasn't nearly as satisfying as interacting with other people, so i decided to give roleplaying sites another go!

my interest in genres tends to fluctuate, but i've always been a sucker for 19th century settings, post-apocalyptic worlds, slowburn romances and general crime involvement. as to be expected, i like exploring darker themes as well, and tend to take a fargo-esque approach to most of my writing.

I'm honestly down to roleplay anything as long as its a fun experience and a chance to get to know people. Though I do love like fantasy, horror and sort of dnd style roleplay.

Outside of rp I'm a huge nerd :D Im crazy and bubbly; into reading, writing, making films, editing, etc. I'm also a film freak and one of the biggest Harry Potter fans :D

Im honestly here cause I really wanna get more into roleplay and meet people and makes friends :D

i've been roleplaying for four or five years now, and it's helped my grammar and
writing abilities immensely. i haven't role-played in about a year, but i was hoping
to get back into it! i usually write anything from a small paragraph to a solid chapter
in a chapter book, but i'm more looking forward to something in the two-to-three
paragraph range.

i'm new to the site, having role-played on two others in the past, and i'm excited to
see what this community has to offer! i usually role-play romance, as well as fandom
related role-plays (doctor who, marvel, etc.). i'm also a sucker for animal-related roleplays
(like warrior cats and survivor dog packs kinda stuff?) in big groups. i'd also love to try out
something in the apocalypse realm sometime as well!

a bit more about me, if you'd like to know: i own an italian greyhound, a betta fish,
and a leopard gecko. between classes and work i don't have much free time, but i'm
looking for something to keep me busy anyways! i love drawing (traditionally), and once
hoped to work on the disney pixar animation team. i love alternative music, some styles of
rap, and classic rock music, among other genres. i spend more time watching criminal
minds, good omens, and doctor who than i should, as well.

Someone show me the ropes and never talk to me about gravity falls. What did I not include? Oh yeah I am extremely sensitive and cry way too much! Someone fight me!

I have been rping for around 8 years.
I dont do realistic roles but I focuse mainly on supernatural, fantasy and scifi.
I find myself to be a detailed role player, who writes a few paragraphs per response on average.
I am very open to finding new partners here and hope to be making some long term roles. I have many they are well thought out and have extensive backstory planned. If anyone is interested in getting to know me as a person or a partner, I'd be very open to that 😊❤

Call me Siren. I've been RPing for 10ish years and recently got back into it since I have more free time than I know how to deal with. I really love RP for the partnered relationship. It's quite fascinating how another person interprets a scene or emotion different from my own. I hope to improve my writing as I RP more often. I write personalized novellas and web novels for close friends to read nothing professional or financially lucrative. I'm always striving to become a better writer and recently came out of a hiatus of writers' block. I really enjoy the slice-of-life romance/drama/tragic type of RPs, but recently started looking into Fantasy and Fandom, though my knowledge is limited and it's my only handicap keeping me from moving forward with it.

Outside of RP, I'm just a lady living on an island with a little too much time. My hobbies are of the unconventional kind. (shibari/nail art/travel/cooking) I do work as a translator so I'm proficient in 4 languages but I prefer English since I don't use it as often as I'd like. (I speak Vietnamese/Cambodian/French/English)

I'm here just to spread my wings in the RP universe. I'm new to RP forums and previously only RP in DnD 3.5 and Vampire the Masquerade.

OH, I HAVE A FISH. I know that's a little silly, but he's my pride and joy. His name is Gary and he's a Crowntail Betta. He's been with me for two years and I'm still shocked he's alive honestly. He's living his best life in a 5-gallon tank.

Been here a while but the roleplay that I was a part of died off shortly after we moved it here, and I realized I never actually posted anywhere but there. I have since abandoned that group due to personal differences and have been looking for a new group, large or small, (but preferably more than just one or two people because I'm awful with one on one) to join and RP with. I typically prefer fantasy or modern settings, but for the most part I'm comfortable with almost anything. I've been on and off roleplaying for probably three years now, although most of the early days were physically painful and the epitome of cringe so I try to forget about them.
Outside of RP I'm an artist, albeit not a great one. I drew the character in my pfp and tend to sketch all of my rp characters rather than find faceclaims because it helps me feel more personally attatched to them hehe. Other than that I play a lot of video games, with some of my favorites being Fire Emblem (Blue Lions gang btw), Splatoon, and World of Warcraft. I play a fair bit of Smash (Ultimate and Melee) too but tend to avoid that one because as a whole I'm not a large fan of the community outside of local tournaments and friendlies.
I doubt I'll get too much attention here, but if anyone is looking for more for their group feel free to reach out to me. I need some new friends.
