Hello everyone! I'm Kara, I've been rping for what feels like my entire life. The site that I was previously using for roleplaying closed 1 year ago and so I haven't been rping since. With a google search, I was able to find this community and am super excited to rp with all of you :csmile:
 
Hi everyone! New to the site and I am excited to see what's out there :D I role played YEARS ago in my teens and it made some of the best memories I've had. Hello! I'm Fiddle! I am new to this website but definitely not roleplaying haha. I have been roleplaying for about seven years now? I started at a very young age but it wasn't online, I would roleplay with myself and friends...that sounds really weird-

Anyways! I came here because I love writing and needed inspiration for a book I am currently planning out! I have used other platforms before but due to personal issues I left those communities, now I am here hoping to make new friends and create my own world! My preferred roleplaying genres are slice of life, fantasy, magic, adventure, and romance!

I am usually a literate roleplayer but not going to lie a little intimidated by the examples I have seen so far haha! I won't let that stop me, but if you see me- just remember I'm new to this website and back from a long roleplaying break lol.

What I do in the real world isn't all that fun haha, just a lot of work! But some of my hobbies are poker, writing(obviously), the double bass, and fashion! I am generally an open and laid back person, meaning its extremely difficult to get me upset lol I am queer and my gender is female! I am extremely honest and I will speak my mind if needed (which sometimes comes off as rude-) but tell me if I offended you! I don't want to upset anyone haha. Well, that's all! I joined because my previous site is not as active, and I had weird issues with people kicking me out of roleplays because I did not join their roleplay discord, or my character was a lone wolf -shrug-.

I’ve been RPing for about 6 years, all on FanFiction since that’s where I started and I’m just trying to branch out currently.
I like to do romance RPs, and almost always LGBTQ+ ones because that’s my community and just what I like doing! I like contemporary, slice-of-life with some drama type genres, but I’m cool with fantasy and things like that as well, generally just with romance being a main part of the plot.
Outside of RP I like to read, listen to music (particularly Taylor Swift. I just love her), hang out with friends and family. I play The Sims a fair bit too, and I play pink and guitar. Obviously I’m a fan of Marvel, particularly Loki.
Like I said before, I’m just wanting to branch out a bit in terms of RP, so here I am. Can’t wait to get started!

Outside of rp I'm studying Game Art and love making 3d models, or any kid of art. I'm mostly intrested in modeling weapons and character design. Outside of that I like sewing, cosplay, video games, movies, mostly whatever can hold my attention. I have a cat, his name is Hawkeye, and then I have a fish (Hades) and two snails (Pain and Panic).

I wanted to jump in here and introduce myself real quick before delving into the rest of this wonderful site. You can call me Sistros – I have been writing and interacting in various roleplaying communities for nearly 20 years now (has it really been that long?!). I got my start on a site dedicated to Star Wars, so a lot of my history involves stories that take place within that galaxy far, far away. In more recent years, I've started to branch out to other fandoms and genres, which is how I stumbled upon this forum. While I still enjoy Star Wars – or any kind of sci-fi or futuristic setting, I'm also down for a gritty western, historical fiction, a mystery or crime thriller set in modern times (political intrigue is a plus!), and of course, a solid romantic tale. I'm all about character development and taking the good with the bad, this includes plenty of drama and angst. The more realism, the better.

Outside of writing, I have a full-time job as a graphic designer, and I work as a freelance illustrator on the side. I'm also an avid baseball and football fan, so I'm in my bliss right now...lol!

Anyway, thanks for reading, and I look forward to playing and interacting with you all!
 
so im a bit out of my element here as i dont actually roleplay myself. kinda shocking, maybe? i got to thinkin earlier today about some writing ideas and i had a brief thought of wanting to study anything i can on a website or app that offered roleplaying, to check out different styles of writing and character creation, and so on. any studying would be passive, of course. i would be open to roleplaying, but i am completely clueless about how any of this works so thats why i'll probably be more passive than active while im here. anyone is free to msg me, i dont mind

I am Sapi. I'm an advanced lit roleplayer who has been at this crazy thing for more years than I care to say. I write in third person, past tense, highly detailed multi-para-novella style. I typically prefer fully original stories that are plot forward and character driven with big, cinematic plots. I'm open to all shades of science fiction, fantasy, realism, historic, and modern stories (as well as blends thereof and things I'm not thinking of!) I am choosy about my partners, and prefer writing 1x1 in Discord. I value collaborative writing where we can dig in, brainstorm and plot to put something together we are both invested in and excited about.
