Hello everyone! I've actually been here for a few weeks now, but I thought I'd introduce myself ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ. I wouldn't say I'm a complete newb to RP, but I've only starting RP-ing outisde of my real life friend group recently. I find RP-ing very fun and a nice way to make friends online. I'm pretty open with all genres when it comes to RP, but I have more knowledge with those related to anime tropes (high school, action, etc.). Outside RP, I love to draw and I'm thinking of showing my works through an art dump thread later in the future. I joined RPN b/c I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, and it seemed like a very welcoming site. In general, I'm here to develop my OCs and my writing skills.

Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.
-Can't say I have roleplayed in a serious manner for many years, but I have been touching the art of playing as characters ever since the age of 12 (I'm 22 now)

What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
-I vary a lot but I have a clear preference towards the more grim kind, occasionally I touch more jolly genres such as Chiptune styles. I've roleplayed in small portions at start but slowly grown to be able to make consistent paragraphs on the go, making me very used to long term roleplays.

What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
-I am an artist at heart, but not in a way of expressing myself. I do drawings, graphic work and enjoy making useful designs.

Why you decided to join RpNation.
-Been in the hot search for a dedicated group to play interesting settings with. Other platforms simply do not suffice (Discord, smaller forums, etc).

Write about your pet (if you have one).
-I used to have one, a black cat, she was very snuggly and always wanted to sit at my desk. I miss her a lot.

Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.
-I once got my hand almost cut off by accident.
-I am a maker of a webcomic.
-I've shaken hands with Micheal Cera.

hello. my name is sin. i've been roleplaying for around two years now, and i'm excited to bring my hobby from amino to rpnation. i enjoy a wide variety of themes and pairings. some of my favorite genres include thriller, mystery, and angst, although i will participate in lighthearted roleplays from time to time. my writing style is mostly introspective, as i enjoy putting a lot of depth into the thoughts and feelings of my characters. outside of roleplay, i am an artist. i especially enjoy portraiture and life drawing. anyway, rambling aside, i'm excited to get to know and roleplay with all of you. :)

Heya lads and ladies, I'm Ash, I've done a lot of rp for the past 6 or so years though I'll admit 12 year old me was cringy as could be mostly for fantasy settings. I've done a lot in DND and freeform, and mostly joined this to be in a friend of mine's group he's setting up since it's based off an old thing we used to play.

I have been roleplaying for a few years I believe...I don't really remember how long but I remember when I first roleplayed in a YouTube roleplay chat in a place called OneHourGuy YouTube roleplay chats, then I went to Google hangouts, and then to discord! and now I want to come here! I love all genres, I like horror, fantasy, supernatural, slice of life, casual, crossover and romance! I'm also part of the LGBT community because I am bi or pan, and I have over 313 ocs in counting, I'm still growing. my favorite fandoms I like to roleplay with are gravity falls, star vs the forces of evil, Steven universe and Steven universe future, fairly odd parents, SpongeBob, Ok Ko let's be heroes and more and I may sometimes be stuck and may be in need of suggestions for powers or stuff about my ocs! and that is all you need to know about me, I'm not gonna say my real life info because I don't just any of y'all yet. Hello, I'm Shiloh. I've been roleplaying for a long time, and I usually tend to stick around realistic or a more supernatural genre. In the real world I am an 18 year old, nonbinary opera singer who studies occultism, religion, and esoteric philosophy. These subjects tend to be really prevalent in my roleplay characters, because I generally model them after myself.
 
Hello name's SoulWanderer or just Wanderer a pleasure to be here and i hope we all get along! Hmmm.. not much role play experience but i did dabble here in there but it either stopped or went nowhere that's life i guess... genres i like? I haven't really found any genres that i dislike but i would always go for Fantasy, Sci-fi or even sci-fantasy especially ones where your not limited on race picks.

your challenge, is a hassle for me as well!
My schedule is off and on, and completely off at night time...
But in the morning, I'm swamped!
