Moon started seeing the sketchbook more closely, realizing that the weird guy in front of her was drawing her, or at least, that is what it seemed like, because the sketch was so quick and the paper was holding itself in unestable platforms, it looked weird.

-Is that supposed to be… me?- Said Moon, quickly supposing the answer, she continued.- Unbelivable! My shoulders… My beautiful face!.- Moon took a glance to the boy.

Dirty, mouth closed and seemed nerveous, “He is more dirty Ink than skin” thought Moon, but suddenly, she saw the situation from an outside look. A princess was almost harrasing a weird dirty boy that just tried to sketch her, in an attempt to make a good first impression, she pushed herself to help the boy.

-It looks good for the rush.- Said Moon, the boy was still keeping his mouth shut.- I’ll propose you something, you help me unpack all of my stuff and you can draw me in any pose that you want, clothes on.

Agree?-

She fell on the realization that she hasn’t introduced herself properly.

-You shall call me Moon.- Said, expecting to not overflow the pressured boy with too many questions, hoped that he would introduce him to her all by himself.

Kanji nodded along with the 'it's good for a rush', or, in far more artistic terms, 'it looks absolutely terrible and you should feel bad' which, for the record, worked rather well. Though, no one had offered to be his model before, especially not women! Even if it was with clothes on (though he wasn't sure why she specified in the first place), it was still a good way to practice female anatomy. Besides, unpacking didn't sound too difficult, he himself only had a few different yukata's, loads of ink, and a few different brushes, as well as his sketchbook, though he only had the one currently.

And so, Kanji nodded as a response to Moon's proposal, quickly flipping to the page with his name and holding it up.

"Oh the creatures I named were from my homeland Rimsky. But I don't know what a dryad is." Dovah said kind of asking. "The creatures here seem to be both similar and different from where I come from. I guess I'm excited to learn about that as well." Dovah split his hamburger in half, and commenced eating his half. He offered the other half of his hamburger to Hecate asking with his eyebrows.

"Its probably different variants that change just the creatures based on location. You see that a lot in animals and creatures adapting to their surroundings"
She still at her soup but when he offered her half of the burger she stared for a moment in contemplation.
"mmm..I guess ill give it a shot"
She smiled and gently took it from his hand and held it in both of hers, examining it by turning it around and upside down.
"Its like a..sandwich of sorts? But its in an odd shape"
She took a small bite at first, just enough to get some of the meat and other things. A she finished that first bite her eyes practically gleamed in delight.
"So good! Not like any sandwich ive had before"

Dovah grinned a nodded his head "Right? I guess the hamburger is good no matter where you good." He watched her finish her half of the burger and finished his french fries. " I don't know what culture is really like outside of where we used to live, but I guess we're both gonna have to learn. I'm getting pretty excited, especially for classes here soon hopefully."

She gladly finished off the half of the burger and now almost felt too full to finish her soup but instead started working on her vegetables again.
"Mmm..yes me too. Theres so many things I want to learn and experience still, I wonder if we will have any classes together?"
She smiled at him and leaned forward in her seat, thankful that she wasnt alone right now and was liking this new persons company.
"Seems we both came from places that have kept us closed off from some things"

"Ahh, but I do not mind. Rimsky is the most beautiful place I've ever been. And I've been to most places in Rieltam. On a cloudy night I can use a type of shout the gets rid of all of the clouds and it turns the sky into a huge aurora. There are huge mountains, vast forests, and a large assortment of wildlife, but yeah the sky is definitely the best part." His eyes twinkled at thought of home. "Someday I'll have a home there and a family, and I'll be able to protect and care for them and we'll be happy. At least that's the dream." He said suddenly slightly crestfallen. " But I'm very adamant about trying my best to reach this goal."

"Arata doesn't need anything out of the ordinary." Makoto promised, striding towards the cafeteria with those long legs of his. Still, he made sure that the human was able to keep up with him. "Academic institutions such as this one usually have a complicated layout to discourage imbeciles from attending them." He said in a smooth tone. This demon was making it far too easy for him to find holes in his defense. He had clearly not grown up in a household where the only way to survive mentally was to be quicker witted than your siblings.

He then looked at Arata again before reaching into his own pocket and pulling out a journal, which had a detailed guide for the human to follow regarding what food he ate. Makoto preferred to be fit, so his human wasn't even allowed to eat junk food or drink alcohol without his keeper's strict permission. Of course, if Makoto wanted to enjoy himself, he would have him drink alcohol. But seeing as he didn't drink, Arata would have no such luxury.

He handed the human the journal before deciding to slip it into the male's pocket. "I suppose you left your own at home?" He asked with a slightly displeased look. "We'll have to ask your mother to send it if that's the case." He answered, sitting them both down away from the others.

"Shout? These are things I have not heard of before but it sounds like a beautiful gift to be able to do that"
She finished her vegetables and started stirring her soup around absentmindedly, her thoughts wandering for a moment.
"A family sounds nice..oddly enough those arent thoughts ive had until now. It wasnt a viable option when I was out in the woods and now that im out in this world now I guess it could be but id have no idea where to begin with such a thing"
She shrugged and took a bite of her soup, tucking her hair behind her ear.
"But having goals like that is a good step in life, I just need to figure out mine still"

The boy holded the sketchbook showing a page that said "Kanji", a name that seemed new and weird to Moon. Even weirder, the boy still didn't open his mouth.

-Is it Asian?- Asked Moon.- Uh, well, it doesn't matter, let's go to my dorm and unpack everything.

Moon was asking Kanji to do this because she was lazy, she didn't want to unpack her 2 full bags of cassetes and an old walkman player, aside from all of her books, listening to old music in an old equipment relaxed Moon and helped her study, while it was really weird and d-fashion, she loved that type of Vintage-style.

She quickly threw the bags in her bed, noticing that her roomate hasn't arrived yet or she didn't even have any, but, she opened the first bag full of clothes, and the other one was full of cassetes and vinyl discs.

-You organaize the books and music on the desk, without spraying ink everywhere, please, and I will organize my top model clothing.-

"Is that all? Make him organize your stuff when you barely know his name?" Asked Aki, still in his earring form.

"Yes" Thought Moon, she knew Aki could read her mind perfectly "By the end of it, I can just play some music and just stay put, not a big deal, I satisfy his desire to draw, he makes my home-like work"

"I wonder if he would be interested in a deal..."

"Don't even think about it, I won't let you"

"Hey, that T-shirt sucks"

"Shut up! You are disturbing my concentration"

"Of course I care about others aside from my own race...those years are far behind us humans now. We try and act as a median for races now. Regardless, people still like to hold old values, so not all of us are as easy-going about this sort of thing as I am." Kent replied with a short smile as his grip on the book lessened.

Well, that was until the vampire came in with his "pet". A shiver shot down the boy's spine as he couldn't help but stare at the two for a moment, especially his fellow human. He didn't know how to feel. There was no way a person could be so willing to be subservient to another like that. It almost made him feel as though he had traveled back in time and was back in the past. Not to mention, the feeding he had witnessed was still nice and clear in his head. He just didn't know what to say or do, opting to instinctively clutch the book to his chest. Should he speak up like he heard the others do? No, he didn't want a fight. So then, what should he do? The thoughts raced through the boy's mind as he tried to cross-reference with what he already knew.

"I believe that'll you'll be able to find yours, I mean you've made it this far. I've no doubt that you will reach whatever goal you set your mind to. As for shouts..." Dovah cupped the side of his mouth facing Hecate and turned to where an empty table sat across from there's. Dovah whispered the word fus (pronounced as foos) almost incomprehensibly. As he said that a small, blue, ring of energy shot out from his mouth and hit the table he was aiming for. When it hit the table, it moved the entire object over by at least one foot. "...It is a pretty neat gift. As for a family well I'd assume you'd begin with a group of friends that you can trust to the very end." Again the slightest flicker of sadness crossed his face. "Then I'd assume you go from there."

Callisto frowned for a brief second, thinking about his words before she sighed. "Perhaps I'm a little biased. Us dryads have not interacted with humans in quite some time, after all." She said. She was still pondering his words when he suddenly tensed up. Following his gaze, she spotted Makoto and Arata. She narrowed her eyes at them before pointedly turning away.
"Pay no mind to him. It'll only fuel the fire." She meant that in regards to Makoto, and not Arata, who she had no problems with. "I believe he thrives on the discomfort of others. He's very rude. Infuriating, in fact."

Enna looked out to the others watching her summoner and the dead even as others watched her. Then the vampire came in with his human. Truly she did miss what her vampires could be but surely one such as this had more power at least in the physical world. He would be fun to bug. She went up to the vampire with no fear of what he was as not even the devil himself could scare Enna.

"Het why do you get to bring pets" She said referring to his human follower a walking blood bank.

"Het? I assume that's either very poor grammar, or a very sad way of greeting people, girl." He spoke, staring at the little abomination. "Besides, Arata is not a pet. As much as he growls and hisses, I can assure you, he is completely human. It's rude to just assume someone is a pet, don't you think?" He asked, staring at her with eyes that could have belonged to a shark.

He gave her another once-over. "If anything, girl, you look like you belong in a pet shop yourself--No, perhaps elementary school would be better for you. If you wish to go terrorize your future classmates, there are a multitude of others to choose from. Hurry along, little demon, you may miss the bus back to whatever hell you hail from."

His voice was like ice. He had no tolerance for this.

Enna just laughed even as he insulted her she didn't care to much though why did everyone seem to think she was a cat she was completly human not a bit of cat in her. Still the human was very much the servant of the vampire though she had said pet to be polite.

"Awww that is no way to say hi telling someone to go away that's a good way to be staked through the heart had have acid poured all over your still feeling body" she said in her ever care free tone.

He'd stumbled a little when Mako started moving, of course, but quickly fell into step. (He couldn't help the glance he spared back at the demon, though.) He'd always had to run to catch up, at first, but thankfully, his keeper (????) had always walked slow enough so that the human didn't have to jog. Reaching for the journal before it was slipped into his pocket, he frowned just a little, ruffling a hand through his hair in an almost self-conscious gesture. Mako certainly knew how to read him. (He'd always been a bit scattered. Maybe it was part of his charm.)

Sitting down and getting as settled as he could, he started a bit at the sudden appearance of, well, what appeared to be just a girl. Far too young to be here; he didn't even think she had the excuse that he did of just being short for her age. He couldn't exactly be sure, but... then she called him a pet. Didn't even just imply it. Said it right to his face and Mako's. Growling softly, he pushed himself back up to his feet. "Who are you calling a pet, kid?" His fists clenched and unclenched at his sides.

Mako's words be damned, the little girl followed them up with an explicit threat. He thought it was a threat anyway; what he parsed out certainly wasn't anything friendly. Another growl, louder, picked up, and he stepped right up to the girl. "And besides that, you just straight up threaten him?!" He ought to punch her. Right then and there. His nails dug into the skin of his palms. He was taught not to hit girls unless they struck first, but maybe his family would make an exception for this one.

"Honestly? That fate sounds much better than listening to you or looking at you. Perhaps you should return to where you belong. To the mental institution across the road, I mean." He responded, staring her down. He wasn't frightened of a little girl. "Arata, don't dignify her with a response." He put a hand firmly on the boy's shoulder.

"You'll encourage the hellspawn." He said, once again taking him by the hand. "I'll be reporting her to the headmistress as soon as possible." He said. He turned towards the little menace once again. "Now, go elsewhere...like a mirror. If you stare at yourself for long enough, maybe you'll despair over your pathetic appearance and cry yourself out of existence."

"Now who was threatening who I was just telling a story of a vampire I knew who suffered that exact fate truly it was a tragic loss " she explained and that was true like she would threaten anyone. "Really people here are just to defensive here first its the summoner now the vampire and his ill say friend this tone" she continued not at all taking anything negatively "Is there some kind of rule I am missing or is that just the common flaw here everyone is a defensive jerk?"

Lucas trailed behind Makoto and Arata, figuring that he might as well follow them to the dining hall. Cafeteria, he reminded himself. Times have changed and so have social norms. He didn't mind the casualness of modern times, but it seemed that more often than not he would stick out like a sore thumb. Entering the cafeteria, he saw what appeared to be the beginnings of a fight. Of course, that Makoto was in the center of it. However, Arata seemed upset too. Had something happened? While Makoto's eyes had been cold in the halls, they were absolutely freezing while looking at the girl in front of him. Lucas was positive that he was going to witness a murder.

That belief was reinforced when he came over just in time to hear the girl say, "...is that just the common flaw here? Everyone is a defensive jerk?" This girl was either an absolute plonker or intentionally stirring the pot. Either way, he couldn't keep himself from stepping in front of the girl, effectively blocking her from Makoto's line of sight.

"Pardon the interruption, but not everyone has had a very comfortable life my dear," he stated in response to the girl's question. "Perhaps you should look elsewhere for company if you feel as if these gentlemen aren't welcoming. I'd be more than happy to dine with you." Lucas hoped that he hadn't gone too far. No doubt the vampire wouldn't appreciate his meddling, but for now that wasn't his largest concern. Arata might get annoyed with Lucas's constant interference as well. He needed to distance himself for a bit. All the more reason to get this girl away and wander off to eat. Now that he was closer, he gave the girl a closer look and nearly had a conniption. If Arata looked to be just barely old enough to attend this academy, then this girl certainly wasn't. She appeared quite too young to be here. Looks could be deceiving, but she definitely felt human so there was no way that she was secretly centuries old. Her magic also felt as if it was too wild to use to extend her lifespan or give her youth, much less properly defend herself against an angry vampire. In contrast, the way that she unconcernedly provoked Makoto implied that there was more to her than meets the eye. Either that or she's just blissfully ignorant. Like a lamb sticking its head in a lion's mouth. Best to get her away from them for now.

Enna was more than happy to have more people join in the conversation the more the merrier and who knew they might end up friends. Though the offer of a dinner date was tempting very tempting even if she wasn't ready for such a comitment.

"Aww and this guy is the friendliest vampire I have met thus far I wanted to make friends with him " She said and that was true he was the friendliest she had met he didn't just try to kill people he could talk and that by default made him better.

"Though as for eating with me I guess we can call it a date even if our grumpy friend won't join us or well me. Well dates are for two people" she said now was the best time if somone wanted to get away from Enna while she was thinking.

Hecate watched as he turned to an empty space beside her and though she couldnt hear exactly what he had said she could see the energy as it flew by. It also whipped by her in such a way that her hair fell loose from its ponytail and draped around her.
"Wha-"
She turnes away from Dovah in time to see the table get pushed back. And as the shout dissapeared it left behind a ligjt whispy trail of magic and energy that was only visible because of her gift.
"Thats incredible.."
She grinned at him excitedly.
"Thats an amazing power you have Dovah im surprised this is my first time ever hearing about it"
She calmed back down and moved some stray hairs from her face.
"And i think im getting close..i already have you, kent and neferati. Which is more than i thought I'd have right now"

"Well most people of the people from Rimsky don't talk about it because the only people who can do it are the greybeards, and they live on the top of the throat of the world. I'm the first dovahkiin in a very long time, and so this is the first time people have seen shouts for themselves." Dovahmiin finished his last fry. "I'm gonna have to catch up to you, so far the only friend I have here is you, and only a couple of people and creatures in the world. But I'm glad to count you as friend." He looked into her eyes, he was glad to count her as friend. Then he looked away.

Hecate finished her vegetables and listened to him attentively, taking in all this new information about something new and incredible sounding.
"Its just our first day so far im sure you will meet all kinds of people. Im glad you accept me"
She smiled back at him and grabbed her tray.
"So what do I do with this now? Do I take it back to the floating area?"
She didnt even realize how odd she sounded sometimes when trying to describe things or really even thought about it.
"Or do I leave it here?"
She looked at Dovah quizzically, trying to figure it out on her own but seemed to be having trouble.
