The Other Members of the Georgian 7:

Stretch-O: A super-intelligent blob of amorphous sentient plastic, born from the chemical experiments of mad super-scientist Bryan Malony. Stretch-O can change his body into nearly any imaginable form, for example a ball or a car, etc. However, he maintains its same color scheme (pink with yellow polkadots and two eye-like markings.) Stretch-O was at one point a crime-syndicate leader, who masterminded the "Polkadot Syndicate" the largest mafia within the limits of Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. After being defeated by Florida man, he pulled out of florida and focused on Georgia, where he was offered the chance at a publicity "redemption" storyline by Captain Capital's middle associates. Knowing what was in line for him if he said no, Stretch O decided to accept the offer. Stretcho's powers include the aforementioned shapeshifting powers, but also shock-absorption, regeneration, and supernatural durability.

Crazy Quick: (One of the first genuine speedster characters) Crazy Quick possesses all of your standard abilities and powers that derive mainly from his superhuman speed. He wears a distinct Purple and gold costume treated to resist friction and wind resistance, traditionally storing the costume compressed inside a ring. He's one of the more redeemable members of the Georgian Seven, since he doesn't actually have any secret controversies or anything, he just happens to be complacent to the goings on in Georgia. Technically, his running speed is faster than Captain Capital's flying speed, but unlike Capital, he doesn't have the stamina to keep running around the planet forever.

William Telephone: The supposed weakest member of the Georgia Seven, mainly taken on as a woobie and due to his fame with certain Georgian demographics. William Telephone is a superhuman archer with the ability to control the movement of any object he fires from a bow, or, alternatively throws with his hands. Telephone and Silver Shadow work in tandem as an assassination's squad for anyone that Capital needs to be dealt with who has superpowers that can't be painted as a villain. The difference between him and Shadow, is that he likes killing people, and relishes the opportunity. He uses special decomposing arrows that leave behind no trace after their use, among other special trick arrows.

Psykeuse: Psykeuse is an alien psychic who came to earth "on a mission of piece" but is secretly gathering psychic power and working out a plan to open a portal to "Dimension KE" an alien dimension of psychic beings just like it, seeking to take over earth. Psykeuse is the most mysterious member of the Georgia 7, and the only one that Captain Capital doesn't actually feel like he can fully secure control over. Luckily, he's obtained a special anti-psychic weapon from Silver Shadow's arsenal should Psykeuse ever get out of hand. Carrol says that she thinks Psykeuse is up to something, but honestly just wants to beat the crap of them because she makes Carrol feel weird romantically/sexually since they look alike:

Honororary and Extra Members:

The Expanding Man (Former 8th Member, currently lives in his home country of South Korea far away from Capital's Influence, works for the South Korean Government in dissuading tensions with North Korea by acting as a Nuclear deterrent)
The Expanding Man was the former 8th member of the Georgia 7, he possessed the ability to leech energy from his opponents, as well as possessing the ability to consume practically any matter. Using his body which could expand to several times its size, he was capable of storing massive amounts of energy. Aditionally, his body was physically very capable despite his large size. The Expanding Man left sometime in 2002 to go work for the government in his home country of South Korea. Currently he goes by his given name of Bi Du-Ho.
1685004611025.png

Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry (Former Honorary 8th member): The world's strongest man (in terms of pure measure of weightlifting and durability) Who is a full blooded human with no alterations other than pure training (Or at least the most famous one of those.) Harry is not actually an 8th member of the Georgia 7, in fact he's not even a member technically. And especially now that he's cut ties, it's wrong to give him the title. But, it is true that before "The Confrontation" in which Harry learned about Captain Capital's controversies, he cut ties with the group immediately. It's likely that he simply didn't know about Capital's situation prior to "The Confrontation." (I'll talk more about him in a later post)

A "Heroic" Promotional Poster of Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry:
1684998955615.png

Glance Gleeson (True 8th Member and "Ranking Blockade" for sidekicks)
Glance Gleeson, also known by his hero title "The Beauty" is the only career hero who's agency operates out of Georgia that is technically more popular than Captain Capital. Glance Gleeson actually possesses some seniority over Capital in terms of who's been working on the hero scene for longer. Much like someone out of a sports comic who manages to be a pro athlete, actor, and musician, Glance is a superhuman who possesses similar abilities to Silver swan, alongside superhuman physical characteristics, mystical martial arts prowess, and to top it all off, is a world renown Actor, Musician, and Novelist. Gleeson is essentially what happens when someone is born with superhuman potential, and decides that they want it all, and goes about it in the flashiest way possible. He's currently considering politics, which doesn't bode well, since he's buddy buddy with Capital (or at least it seems he is. In actuality, he's got even capital with his super-hearing and super-senses fooled, likely due to interference with his "Swan-Effect"), and if he could run for senator of Georgia, there's no telling where he'd go from there. Glance Gleeson is considered the Sidekick "Ranking Blockade" and keeps the lower rankers in check on the down low. He was chosen due to his pre-existing presence, and his level of power. Glance Gleeson possesses some similar abilities to Carrol Dreemurr including similar regeneration and similar combat aptitudes and a similar willpower ability, however his willpower is much weaker than hers and is not to the reality-destroying level hers can reach. As far as the public knows, he operates independently from the group as a hero and a celebrity.
1684999952567.png

Sidekicks:

Yusuke Yamimoto Gojo: The Half Brother of Dan Gojo, who carried on his family's tradition for cutting arts, and has mastered the usage of the family blade. Who, as he was not affected by the mutagenic fluid that affected Gojo, has remained much younger at the age of 26. He's overconfident, but he has the skill to back up his words most of the time. He can supposedly cut 100 men down with a single slash.

1685000311441.png

Eraserhead: A master at weaponizing school supplies, to the point that they can combine fighting styles such as jeet kune do and ninjutsu into his usage of them. Eraserhead is powerful against the average supervillain, but afterall, their weapons are only school supplies and so even if they can defy logic to an extent and increase their lethality immensely, they're nowhere near the heavy hitters.

As it turns out. They're actually a girl under the mask, and they wear a special harness to look like a man because it's more intimidating.

1685000592786.png
Under the suit:

1685000689362.png

The Magician's Cap: A Hero known for his use of clever gadgetry disguised as magic tricks, and a cane capable of shooting out a freezing cold fluid, a bright directed light that reveals invisibility, or a blast of flames, depending on its setting. He notably often uses invisibility to disorient his foes and hide his face.
1685001308758.png

Terumi "Ninjaman": Scaled at roughly the same level of power as the Thundercroaks, Grater, and Dan Gojo collectively in terms of Ninja Skill, Ninjaman is often hailed as one of the stronger members of the bunch right after Gleeson. Because of this, Gleeson is frequent to try and keep him out of the loop.

1685003300336.png

Futurist Locomotive Man: Futurist Locomotive man possesses a mechanical suit that resembles a steam locomotive, which allows him to move at incredible speeds, turning his body into a living projectile weighing several tons
1685003809197.png

Jetglider: The current protege of Crazy Quick, who's likely set to inherit their title should Crazy pass away, Jetglider possesses the ability to glide at high-speeds across any flat surface, making turns and swerving at will.
1685004079825.png

Janitor-Chan: The only known former member of the Magical Girl association of Eurasia (which rivals the metapowers guild in influence as the second largest heroes association) Janitor-Chan possesses the ability to control cleaning supplies, and to produce soap and other forms of disinfectant from her poors. She's actually only a third human. As one third of her is alien, and the other third is Magical Girl. Due to this, she cannot age. She is slightly less powerful than Eraserhead.
1685005103655.png
Arrow Arrow: The former protege of william telephone. She possesses the ability to form energy into mobile constructs that explode upon shattering, allowing her to create explosive energy arrows.
1685005605599.png
Gasmask Giant: A large hulking man standing 6 meters tall with 3% body fat and superhuman strength and durability, known for his voracious appetite. Supposedly he was chosen for notoriety, but considering that he joined right after The Expanding Man left, and was played up as an 8th member for a brief time before being unceremoniously and quietly demoted, it's likely he was chosen specifically for his resemblance to the expanding man as a "Replacement." It's not actually clear whether he's human or not, and he may actually be the product of superscience experimentation. He never takes off his mask so we don't know, but it's also possible that the stitches he has are cosmetic surgery.

Interns:

Gorilla: A hero granted with a unique ability to turn into a half-gorilla hybrid or a full gorilla at will, greatly increasing her speed and strength. She practices a special type of Jujutsu that makes usage of these abilities. Among the interns, she's the most likely to graduate to a full time sidekick. She used to be a member of a group all granted similar powers by the same gemstone called the "Paws of Fury." But has since left the group after being offered the position of intern by the Seven Agency.

A Note on Gorilla from HunterGardener-Sama: The Paws of Fury group was a lot cooler before Gorilla left. I really think she should stop chasing waterfalls and should go spend more time with her old friends. I'm sure they'd let her back in. I mean, they all got the same powers from the same gemstone, that's got to be worth something right? She reminds me of a very specific character from the Sports Manga "Jojiin." See, In Jojiin, the setup for the world is that there are people who are gifted abilities by a series of meteors that pass by the earth, and if they're born on those specific dates, they have amazing sports prowess. The main character is Jojiin, who was born on one of these days, which turn out to be actually days that the meteors are sent to earth by aliens as opposed to regular meteorological or celestial occurences. But he hasn't activated his powers yet. She doesn't really remind me of Jojiin himself (As he'd never abandon his friends), but one of the characters that she does remind me of was named Keika. Keika is the star player of the Ketsubushi Academy team, that Jojiin comes to join, and was also born on one of these days, but once the team graduates, despite making a pact to stay together as a team, Keika is offered a position on a college team that's different from the one that the group wanted to submit for. And because it's a more prestigious college. Keika makes the decision to join the more prestigious team, under the promise of a more lucrative career. But after a few years, and ending up blindsided by an evil corporate hand, he ends up seeking forgiveness after applying for the college that the other members are in. And while they're not certain about it at first, Jojiin convinces the group that they should hear Keika out, and they all agree to make things different that time. It's a really beautiful storyline and a big part of the character relations arc in the series. And I think that Gorilla could definitely take some notes...
If she could see me writing this...
Can anyone see me writing this?
Does it break the rules if anyone reads this?

1685006304560.png
Gravmind: A hero who, through the use of a high-tech channeling helmet, can manipulate objects with telekinesis. His telekinesis is about strong enough to lift up a car and throw it 200 or so meters, but due to a natural aversion to motion sickness, he can also move his body at high speeds and strike with increased power.

A Note From HunterGardener-Sama On Gravmind's Abilities: Gravmind is capable of some serious feats due to how much he's trained his powers. Of all of the heroes I've watched (And I have watched all of them) it's seriously cool to see what he comes up with. I'm honestly kinda glad that he doesn't get much higher up on the rankings, because I love an underdog and it'd be way less cool. Also, you know, I don't want him to get involved with Capital past a distant work relationship. It's just better if he doesn't.
1685006623764.png

Mini Minotaur: The distant distant descendant of an actual Greek Minotaur. Mini Minotaur possesses hardened skin and enhanced strength.
1685007684747.png

Bangs Drill: A girl with the ability to control her hair and harden it, forming it into weapons such as drills. She can even grow her hair longer at will, although too much and she'll suffer from dehydration.
1685007754006.png

Phantasman: A superhero granted with the ability to phase through objects and float like a ghost. He utilizes this power by phasing objects into his body granting him a limited amount of control over them. He can also phase into people apparently but doesn't like to because the results can be grizzly.

1685009028755.png
Flashbang: A graduate from the police academy who decided to pursue her dream as a fulltime hero. She uses surplus equipment and dresses in a Haori. Her old teachers think she's a hooligan
1685009262828.png
Red Engine: A young boy who installed his own cybernetic parts to become a hero. He's around 15 but looks older for his age, and lied on his resume about being 18.

1685009356737.png
Fury Man: No, not Furryman (though he is scruffy) Fury man derives power from how stressed he is.
1685009577424.png
Stone Giant: Probably the only intern to actually be able to put out some decent damage, but still considered an Intern because he's got a limit on his abilities and he can't activate them where there isn't any stone, Stone giant is capable of growing in size by absorbing the rock around him. He can increase to up to 890 meters in height if given enough stone and rock, and gains equivalent strength to that of a human of the same size. Due to the destructiveness that this would cause on any city however, he rarely gets to use his full power.

Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry: The world's strongest (pure human) man in terms of pure durability and lifting strength (or so much as far as the public is confirmed) pure strength isn't everything, and you need both good morals and a good heart to back it up. Harry has both. Much like his childhood sports comics idol Shaquille O'neill (Or whatever our equivalent is), he is his own brand. Harry set out to become the strongest man through training, hardwork, and education about the human body, and in a way, he will always be remembered for the great achievements that nobody thought possible for someone who was never born "Special" and who never doped up with super-soldier serums, or magical artifacts. Harry is known even in other parts of the world like Japan, China, and Russia. And he's a veritable celebrity in his own right, having starred in the occasional movie or two. Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry is one of the most durable (physically) people on the planet, he can shrug off 12 hours of direct 70 Callibre machine gun fire without a scratch, Curl the weight of a modern windmill in one arm, and pick up an anton A225 in the other. He can leap from the street of new-york to the top of the Empire state building. And, if doing a running tackle in a straight line, outspeed even Crazy Quick (assuming Harry gets a headstart) The american people can remain adamant that should someone like Captain Capital or Strongman Ever turn against them, they'll have a man to turn to who'd truly embody the word hero.

Although. I've never seen him struggle with a fight.

Note From Uriel: Stendhal why do you have so many pictures of this guy? You know Lust is against the rules.

Note From HunterGardener-Sama: It's against the rules for you, I'm older than your rules and I only help you out because I seek to benefit from the universe existing.

Here's a photo that was in Vough Magazine once. What a heartthrob!
1685011997319.png
Here's His Enchantingly powerful aura!
1685012030427.png
Here's when he Defeated the Aspect of Beelzebub that showed up in Alaska that one time. Humans 1, Creepy Demon Guys 0!
1685012063990.png
Ooh! Ooh! Here were some shots that I got whenever he "Took A Shower" While fighting a monster that could shoot pressurized jets of water (Don't mind the text, I was doing it for the lulz)
1685012639325.png
1685012540599.png
Oh! And his super ultimate attack! The Chocolate Missile!
1685012937844.png

Note from Uriel: Stendhal I'm pretty sure this goes against the agreement.

Note from Huntergardener-Sama: No, I checked, it's all fine. Also can you stop dead-naming me?

"Heroes are wimpy"-Professor egghead probably. the grandson of a silver age soviet supervillain named Sergei Petrov (Think Red ghost combined with Gerald robotnik) Ivan Petrov was an extraordinary genius even from a young age, having designed his first robot when he was around 12ish. To say his peers didnt like him was an accurate statement, Ivan's immense intellect resulted in him becoming very confident in himself. This, combined with somehow being college roomates with either The future Grater or Another future supervillain named Centipede Commander would start Ivan petrov down the path of villainy with one goal in mind:Force everyone to acknowledge him as the smartest man on earth by trying to take over the world with his army of robots!

Suggestion: His backstory reminds me of the movie Robotnik, sounds like Professor Egghead should be to the Russian military in Metapowers what Robotnik became to the US Government in Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022). I wonder how the Sanguine Masquerade fels about a non-vampire mad scientist and rival evil guy interfering in their plans to form a new Russian empire?

Approved!

"You fools you cannot defeat me! For you Victory is impossible! I have come from far in the future, i am here from an era forwards in time compared to your own!" Doctor Simian is an evil chimpanzee from a millienium in the future that due to an accident gained not only increased intelligence but Psionic powers. With these powers and some inspiration from reading about the most fiercesome villains to have ever menaced the earth Doctor simian proceeded to use his immense powers and intellect to commit crime and try to take over 31st century earth. It is not certain whether or not he is from Timeline one or two's future. or which timeline he's from. but at some point he traveled back in time to 1998 because in his own words "If i cannot conquer the present, if i am unable dominate the world now, ill conquer the past! i will conquer an era backwards in time with inferior technology to my own!"

Also approved! This does mean, however, that I need to clarify the timelines and that there is now a Timeline 4, the timeline in which Dr. Simian traveled back in time to; Since both Gadg8eer and Johnny Giovanni were born before 1998 AND are the bearers of Humanitas and Temperantia respectively, they spontaneously disappeared from existence in the same exact moment Timeline 3 came into existence. So they'd have to travel to a timeline somehow to exist there.

Red Engine: A young boy who installed his own cybernetic parts to become a hero. He's around 15 but looks older for his age, and lied on his resume about being 18.

Fury Man: No, not Furryman (though he is scruffy) Fury man derives power from how stressed he is.
View attachment 1089311

Note from Huntergardener-Sama: No, I checked, it's all fine. Also can you stop dead-naming me?

All approved!

Approved!

All approved!
1:good idea, Vampires vs Mad scientists.

2:What timeline 3?

3:Thanks!

Gadg8eer Gadg8eer does this mean that Johnny and Gadg8eer still exist in timeline one?
Yes. Just not in any other timeline. They'll have "spontaneously blinked out of existence" the moment a new timeline is created, because they're each a Multiversal Singularity. A Multiversal Constant is a thing or being that exists in some variation in every timeline of Metapowers, even when the butterfly effect says otherwise, because it can't be removed. Likewise, a Multiversal Singularity is a thing or being that exists in exactly one timeline yet, like a Constant, can never be removed from the multiverse. So they'd have to travel between timelines to be in another timeline than Timeline 1, and they only exist in one timeline at a time; travelling back in time to a period where they already exist inevitably causes them to take the place of their past self AND create a new timeline in the process.

There are many evil organizations and other factions throughout Metapower history that though they've never succeeded in world conquest have Managed to pose a legitamate threat to world peace, despite their ambitions otherwise Diablo con carne (Devils with meat in spanish) is not one of those organizations that managed to pose a threat, Founded by self proclaimed "Jillionaire playboy" Julio con carne for his goals of world domination after his mansion was blown up and he was reduced to a brain (Stomach too!) attached to a gorilla named Butters for mobility much to his chagrin, to say that he failed epically in conquering the world was a huge understatement, many factors impeded this megalomaniac's goals Like the personality quirks of his henchmen such as the infatuation of his subordinate Dr Ghostly (See below) and the Treachery of his lieutenant General Scabb (See below) and the incompetence of his soldiers who made the likes of Spike and Bullwinkle look intelligent (An impressive feat considering their low IQ's but surprisingly high likability)...Well According to Julio himself when asked about his opinion on his men's competence but the point is Diablo con carne was plagued by many internal problems even without all the Metapowered heroes that would be standing in Diablo con carne's way, Needless to say Considering this RP is optimistic, Diablo Con Carne was Completely screwed and Julio con carne was dubbed the Professor Dummkopfenshmirtz (An Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain - TV Tropes of the Renaissance age) of the Y2K era. After Diablo con carne's downfall thanks to being sold to a group of network executives called the idea men bent on world conquest Julio con carne disappeared to presumably try to restart Diablo con carne while General scabb moved to a suburban neighborhood in california where he'd find himself getting caught up in that neighborhood's supernatural hijinks. As for Dr Ghostly? I dunno.

The resident mad scientist of Diablo con carne before it was bought by the idea men Dr Ghostly was one of Diablo con carne leader Julio con carne's Co-dragons within the organization along with General Scabb and she was the one who frequently came up with all sorts of crazy inventions used in Diablo con carne's many plans to conquer earth during its brief existence. It is unknown where she went when the organization went under.

General Scabb's past is largely unknown before joining diablo con carne, what is known is that at some point he was a member of CENTIPEDE before leaving at some point and somehow becoming the general of diablo con carne in an apparent quest to rule the world by trying to usurp leadership of Diablo con carne though his efforts would usually fail due to varying circumstances like his robot son Scabb junior betraying him. After Diablo con carne fell General scabb moved to California where things would only get weirder in his neighborhood.

Like General Scabb not much is known about Centipede Commander's past. but unlike him there are options as to how he came to run the organization CENTIPEDE. Ranging from him being a centipede man sent to conquer the world by his masters or him being a used car salesman. Either way Centipede Commander is in possession of Lots of manpower and resources to use in his quest to rule the earth and a disturbingly high voice.

(WIP, need to work on this)

Except for Estro (who you're still working on?) these are all approved!

HunterGardener-Sama, On the Topic of California's Top Hero Ranking Chart: Of course California and the western united states needs people defending it. Due to the way that Lioness operates and has manipulated the charts via her surprisingly extensive support (and the fact that in all of her experience and development she'd be a serious threat if she went rogue) the upper rankings are probably a little bit skewed in the favor of female heroes, especially ones that agree with her. Silver Swan is also fairly high up there.

  1. Lioness
  2. Diex-Neuf: Although Diex-Neuf often presents a cute and sweet facade, she is a very sassy girl who possesses an extremely caustic wit. Among heroes Diex-Neuf is considered to be someone not worth pissing off for any reason. Due to her natural psychic abilities which have only been further enhanced by her time under experimentation by the "House Of Ascension" (A former "hero factory" style institution which eventually deserted communications with the metapowers guild after "creative differences." They're the main target of Palladium Chariot and Zombielord.) She possesses an indomitable sense of self confidence to the point of acting like, as put by the world's greatest villain Domineuse "A Sassy Lost Child." Don't let her appearance fool you, she has more than enough power to easily level a city at least the size of metropolitan dallas. Additionally, unlike most psychics, her telekinesis can resonate with living creatures including humans who are of average will or below. She's rank two, because Lioness likes her despite her bratty attitude, since she's convinced Diex to let out a lot of her anger on a male demographic.((OOC Note: This isn't my artwork.))
  3. 1686976516642.png
  4. Silver Swan: Who is ranked third seemingly as Lioness telling her that she can do worse and Silver should be grateful she's not at rank 300
  5. Miss Danger, Aka, Koko Dengarr CupCustard: Former protege of Lady Illustrious, who decided to leave georgia after being offered a higher paying hero position in California. Koko is a bit of a gold-digger, and prior to taking on a position as a hero, she was pretty much just a private defense mercenary. The no kill code is a bit of a suggestion in the face of money for her. Although she's a good person at heart, she often falls to her vices of Greed. She's worked alongside Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry prior to moving out of Georgia, and coincidentally left the Georgian hero coalition around the time that he did, leading Harry to have assumed it was for similar reasons. Koko's abilities consist of an arsenal of high octane gadgetry/artillery weapons, most notably her sniper rifle which has enough force to punch through a 3 meter in diameter concrete pillar.
    1686977024137.png
  6. Shuffle, Aka Ruby Temms: Shuffle is known for her non-lethal approaches to combat, her creative usage of her powers, and her focus on self-defense arts rather than going all out on the offensive. This isn't because she doesn't have the spirit, but because whenever she uses her powers on people, the results can be grizzly. Shuffle is capable of "shuffling" anything she touches with either of both her right middle and index fingers and left middle and index fingers. Which originally just meant she could haphazardly reconstitute an object on a molecular level, but has evolved after years of training to allow her to precisely manipulate the assembly of any object she touches. Alongside Diex-Neuf, she's potentially one of California's most deadly heroes should she need to be. However she prefers to remain non-lethal and instead works to support other heroes and bind enemies.
    1686977505565.png
  7. Armament Hydroclasty, Aka, Casie Anemone: The 'official' reason why Swim is barely on the chart, Armament Hydroclasty is a product of Dr. Silver A. Gunner's later experiments, and successfully possesses the traits of a "Megalodon-Human Hybrid." She can additionally transform into a fully intelligent Megalodon at will. The formula isn't perfect, as she technically can't return to a fully human form and so she needs hydration in order to maintain her power, but a water bottle every two hours or so is good enough.
    1686978004835.png
  8. Blast-et Aka.... Identity Unknown: At rank 7 is Blast-et. She's a mysterious heroine who is known for appearing and disappearing as soon as she appears. Due to her inactivity she is ranked at 7, however, due to her immensely strong "flying brick" powerset, which is often likened to being similar to heavy hitters such as Strongman and Captain Capitol, she has been the one to put the end to several high class threats, disasters, and villains that've reared their ugly heads in california. So far she's shown to have Superhuman Physical Capabilities, air-walking, and telepathy.
    1686979186583.png
  9. Iconoclast: The first male on our list, and the highest ranking, Iconoclast has kept his position due to his seniority and usefulness, and the fact that he doesn't feel like stopping Lioness’s shadier dealings and obsession with feminine supremacy. Iconoclast has been a hero since some of the earlier eras of heroism, much much longer than Tigress or any of the other top rankers, with the possible exception of Blastet, who nobody knows anything about. His ability is a form of psiono-hazardous mind control, that can control the physical body of a target should they reply to him in conversation.
    1686980429559.png
  10. Aspic Aspect: At rank number 9 is Aspic Aspect, another male member of the top ranking group. Aspic Aspect is capable of transforming themself into a gelatinous Aspic-substance, He seemingly cannot be hit nor sliced because his body will just absorb the impact or take the blade which also immobilizes the attacker which then allows the user to pummel his enemy. HE can use it to either make himself gelatin-like (with sticky properties to trap the opponent) or intensely solid. Despite being Aspic, it seems to be inedible. Aspic Aspect possesses the ability to expand his body a significant amount, and can even attain an elastic ability. Aspic Aspect may be distant cousins with Cleanup Detail of the Wrecking Crew.
    1686982514980.png
  11. Dark Matter, AKA Eliza Batiste: rounding out the number 10 spot, Dark Matter possesses the power to manipulate and create smoke/ash. Any smoke/ash she manipulates turns a dark black with purple shading. Her choice of skimpy attire is particularly popular with a male demographic. Her position is constantly in tentative contest by lioness's efforts, and it's likely only due to her popularity that she maintains her status

Approved. I like how a lot of the "bad so-called heroes" you make are shifting this RP to be less political (my bad) and more like a metaphor for how comic artists have started to draw battle lines along borders that have existed unacknowledged for decades.

A lot of these ones were decent people this time around, Its mainly just iconoclast, diex Neuf, and Miss Danger who’re the problem children here.

I write what I think fits best.

I use this stuff as an escapism and a launchpad for superhero RPs. And as a last bastion of my writing because I’m certain that most of the site hates me by now.

Wtf? Hates you why? I'm going to have to go though your post history, that does not sound like a fair assessment of them to make as far as I've seen.

So far I’ve been kicked from two group interest checks for being a “bad fit” and dealt with about two dozen others with limited roles where it was decided I didn’t fit in.

I can only conclude that people hate me and want me to suffer.

Well f*** those guys/girls. "Not bing a good fit" is thr reason I got kicked out of two Discord servers; it means they dislike who you really are (whatever that may be) and don't want you around, and it reeks of "nepotism babies" (as 4chan refers to the modern animation industry, not that I agree often with a bunch of alt-right bigots).

The Mondo: For one reason or another, these monsters/villains have gathered their resources and combined skills to try and match Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry, each one is at least a threat to a large town on their own, but together they're a high-class threat that must be dealt with through only the utmost vigilance.

Karl Bismarck, The Ogre King: A monster hailing from Germany, The Ogre King has set up in New York after Heidi Goldstein stole his sacred jar of souls and hid it among the new york subways and sewers. He possessed the immense durability and endurance to walk across the ocean itself in search of Goldstein, granted, it took him several years, and by then, Goldstein had already left. He originally intended to take back his jar of souls and then return to Germany to continue terrorizing the countryside, but upon being confronted by Rowdy Rowdy Chocolate Harry, he decided it could wait until he completed his new goal: Destroy Chocolate Harry at all costs. In spite of his incredible mystical power and pure royal ogre bloodline (blood which is toxic and causes mutations in humans much like radioactive ooze, and inherently gives off a miasma of sickly toxic fumes) He's far from the same level as Harry, and often finds himself on the end of a good few boxing style punches to the jaw or a disabling tackle. Still, while Harry may make him look less impressive than he really is, he's still a class 4.9 threat, and can easily topple buildings with his attacks. Additionally, The Ogre King possesses the ability to increase his size and strength by consuming toxic chemicals and negative emotions, something which is in no short supply in a metropolitan area like New York. As an ancient mythical monster from the dark ages, he has experience in alchemy and black magick.

Because of this, he possesses supreme pyromancy and pyrokinetic abilities, able to create sweltering blazes that can vaporize even the bones of most of his targets. "Muhahahahaha, Is this truly the best you can do? Im only using 5% of my power and yet you're on the ropes already OHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!" Tako daimao against a random opponent.

Tako Daimao, A dark evil demon in human (or possibly alien) flesh who's Real name is seemingly lost to History was born over a thousand years ago in japan as the son of a Daimyo who frightened of Tako's appearance had the Infant cast aside to be forgotten, years later the now grown infant would with a vengeance, bitter about not receiving what he thought was rightfully his and overthrowing the Daimyo. Unfortunately Tako was not benevolent, he was a frightful being in both appearance and personality bent on commiting great evil and showing humanity its own dark side and in his words "It's true nature of selfishness and cruelty." A mad ambition that hasnt been dulled by his centuries of imprisonment upon his inital defeat.
Appearance: Tako posseses a vague resemblance to the OPM Character Vaccine man, possessing antennas that he can fire energy attacks out of and he's also purple.
Powers:Tako posseses some of the same powers that the anti villain Barabajagal possesses like the ability to get stronger and evolve physically, and different powers of his own such as the ability to use energy attacks and a possession of skills in Alien Martial Arts for some reason indicating that he's not as much of an earthling as he seems.

"hmph, a fair fight? i dont know how amusing it is that you think such a thing exists, if you want to win a real fight you must do so at any cost." Jon'zz stating his philosophy for fighting.
The Column men, Legends say that centuries ago these Demigods waged war on the Mayan Civilization in search of the legendary Green stone of Tikal, An artifact that was said to be able to make whoever obtained it an ultimate lifeform, A god if you would. Fortunately for us the mayans managed to turn the Column men to stone though an oracle (Long story short some guy from the mayan age found himself in the future and managed to back to the past) warned his people that the Column men would return on December 21st 2012. At the end of the mayan calendar. together each column man shares the power to bring back the dead though individually each column man possesess powers over a different element, Bon'ham has wind manipulation powers. Pa'ge can manipulate fire, and jon'zz has energy attacks. though the column men are only at full power at night. in the day they are weakened by the sun.

(Retired!) Evil Overlord: Domineuse

Domineuse, while he is by far one of the most successful villains of all time, is recognized historically as one of the more short-lived in terms of successful reign of tyranny standards. He is highly respected and considered a professional's professional among villain circles. To the point that many copycat villains, and villains inspired by his efforts have come after him. Domineuse retired, and in the wake of his rule of only one year, he didn't actually do much in terms of governing. Domineuse is essentially, the Villain that won, defeated his nemeses, and then got bored and decided to open up a bakery. Domineuse is the first-seat/top-executive of several villain groups, and has a mass amount of resources. His manegerial position however is generally only ceremonious or advisory, and he rarely actually preforms villainous acts. Domineuse lives in an armored compound in Sweden called "The Flying Fortress of The Black Sabbath" a property he purchased from the Villain "The Black Sabbath." It is parked in an airspace over the fields of a large city. He chauffeurs down to work at his personal bakery Monday through Friday.

Domineuse has had 32 nemeses over the course of his career, each one either quit, joined his side, or was killed. There are heroes that have fought him, sometimes even on multiple occasions, however none that could truly be considered nemeses or direct threats to his power and success, are still heroes, one way or the other.

It’s not that he’s any less evil or serious about villainy, he’s just a lot less enthusiastic about villainy and more concerned with his baking business. Because he won already once. What’s left for him to do other than pursue other goals? His intimidation feats and bullshitting were up to snuff, but only as a first resort and if you didn’t believe him he’d prove that he wasn’t really bullshitting you afterall. A lot of very confident heroes went down that way.

Domineuse is truly the guy who beat the game and is doing the epilogue where the MC goes and starts a pie shop.

He really could not give two shits about most of the actually villainous parts of villainy, even though his organizations still employ and sanction it.

Domineuse's truest power was his wit and his cleverness. Most villains fall privy to the same few tropes that get them killed. Domineuse doesn't do that. He's even written a personal guide called "The Evil Overlord's List" which names and explains all of the things he'd never do or must do if he became an evil overlord, which he did.

But, his armored suit has abilities for nearly any occasion. Flamethrowers, Repulsor Blasts, flight, psychic projection and protection, etc; etc;

Additionally, he himself is seemingly senescently immortal, physically extremely fit, a tactician, a weapons master, and an experienced martial artist, and hasn't aged over 38. In his armored suit he's about 12 feet tall, but out of it he's only around 7.

the Deep sea overlord is a egomaniacal sea monster from the deep ocean who thinks he is the strongest being on earth due to being from the seas where life came from that fought captain crustacean and cephalopod commando and the rest of the Pacific league of aquatic heroes only to lose to them, now he seeks revenge by attacking the surface to devour everyone that lives there Despite the fact that he can only access his full strength when hydrated so he would maybe die in the atacama desert from 1 hit.

"Who could hope to oppose my might? I cannot be stopped by any mortal!" Lord portabello before being stopped by a mortal.

A mutated Mushroom that has existed since before the war against horror (My name for the conflict that necessitated E'Ls creation) lord portobello is a tyrannical mushroom demigod who has been slumbering in dormancy for 2000 years underground in what is now Iraq after fighting the heroes Gilgamesh and Enkidu and being forced to enter a slumber to recover from his injuries.

"Destroying a population center is a fun way to say hello" the mad bionic man. nobody is aware of where the mad Bionic man came from, some say that this cyborg was driven mad by the process that made him cybernetic to begin with, some say he was a psychopathic serial killer or a Yakuza hitman that was abducted off the streets by the evil Dr yomi (Dr hell/gero expy) as part of the evil scientist's plans for revenge. However he was born the mad bionic man has fought numerous heroes such as Florida man, strongman, and various others.

"There is no future for you Deus, your end is now!" Cellular samurai moments before ending the unlife of deus, the monster in human flesh.

The cellular samurai is a man named toshi that's similar yet different in many ways to Yusuke Gojo, the brother of Dan gojo. Like the aforementioned warrior his sword skills are not to be messed with and both warriors in terms of sword skill are pretty even. Unlike yusuke however toshi's iaiajutsu style is more equipped to fight vampires strangely enough, the samurai warrior had been taught it as part of his training to defeat the vampire deus after his return, training which took place during a many day journey to Egypt to kill the vampire. Along which they faced many dangers like henchmen of Deus, a mummy sorcerer who had served the Presumably dead storm god Set, and Vampire lords. The cellular samurai still operates as a hero to this day.

"I reject my humanity! for i am deus and i will not be stopped!"

Deus was a vampire from the brass age of metapowers, one who thankfully was slain in 1989 by the then teenage cellular samurai with help from his allies, the spacedust warriors after they went on a 50 day trek to egypt fighting deus's henchmen all along the way.

Strongman opponents

"This time Strongman it shall not be you that comes out on top for at last I will have my revenge!" (Abomination expy) a Soviet agent (Not Professor eggheads grandfather) that was subjected to a science experiment to give him strength equal to strongman's though it made him superhumanly mighty the fact that strongman kicks his ass Everytime they fight means the experiment was probably not a total success.

(Brainiac analogue) "Fascinating, a planet filled with numerous super beings, this warrants further study" an alien cyborg that steals and bottles up entire planets because of being originally programmed to learn about other planets by a race of aliens with social anxiety, Nobody on earth knows NEMESIS's true name. He was only designated that because his original name would be difficult to translate into earth language.

(Prankster/Caesar Romero Joker expy)"Beware! It's April fool's day MWAHAHAHAHAHA!" A "Sharp dressed clown" that uses prank themed gadgets in his crimes and other corny gags and became a supervillain because he got bored with pranking normal people.

Jokesmith despite being quite tame by the standards of the supervillain community is quite infamous for not only Fighting Numerous heroes such as Strongman, Florida man, (In fact he was one of Florida man's earliest Enemies, having shown up about 3 months after A certain Racist asshole got put behind bars) and the Incredi-Falcon dynasty

Jokesmith has played a Role in establishing and codifying amongst other things the "Supervillain Distraction" tactic, in which Supervillains could be hired to be a distraction for other criminals, and Many classic supervillain tropes which tend to spell the end of most bad guys

And then there's his "April fools day specials" where he tries to pull an especially outrageous caper/prank every April first. For example he's infamously (Among other things) Scared people with the 1938 war of the worlds hoax, Made a bid at stealing the Crown jewels in the tower of London back in 1978, replaced Atlanta's drinking water with gelatin in 1988, and once tried to defeat tidewinder in a surfing contest in 2008.

Nowadays serving as the main "Foil" to the silver shadow it should be noted that Jokesmith has no idea about the super conspiracy Captain capital has started unlike the rest of the members of the Executives of evil, the team he's currently on that's known as the supervillain equivalent to the Georgia seven. Also Toymaker's (See Lord Moldoma Lord Moldoma 's entry on L.I.E.S) older brother and basically just a class clown that never grew up.

:"a man who believes himself to be the reincarnation of thutmose III and is probably being possessed by the pharaoh credited with inventing the navy. Need to workshop him. Ancient Egypt themed because I learned about "Soon I will be invincible" and based thutmose off of a minor character from that book. (Need to read it later) known to be a skilled military strategist and somehow capable of fighting strongman with his bare hands primarily because he somehow found a magic hammer (need to workshop him)

(Absorbing man expy) "Yeah! Let's see if you can survive a brick wall to the face punk!" Copyman before trying to punch strongman in the face while having the properties of brick.
this convicted felon was given the power to gain the properties of anything he touched and he uses a ball and chain as his main weapon. How did he get such power? He drank a potion or serum given to him by another villain. (little does copyman know that the potion was given to him by Iblis)

Technetium foes

"MARK MY WORDS ANTHONY ROSS!!! SOON YOU WILL LEARN TO FEAR BARON BUTTERFLY!!!" The bad baron when technetium announced his secret identity.

Nobody knows exactly why Baron butterfly hates technetium or how long he has hated the man, what is known though is that he caused the explosion that deprived baron metaljaw of his lower jaw through an exploding sabotaged experiment of metaljaws in an attempt to kill technetium. Thus causing metaljaw to swear revenge on ol Ross.

"Not yet servant, one of my enemies remains...ross..." Baron metaljaw to one of his servants after feeding a bunch of supervillains that tried to assassinate him to tigers

Gunther Schmidt, known to the world as Baron metaljaw was along with Baron butterfly a classmate of technetium's at the college all three went to before being forced to leave after an experiment of his blew his lower jaw off as a result of Baron butterfly's first attempt at killing Anthony ross. Swearing revenge on technetium because Butterfly tricked him into thinking that Ross did it baron metaljaw would return to menace technetium time and time again.

Nuclear family foe ideas
"ADAMMMSSSS!!! YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD OPPOSE VLADIMIR VON TERROR!!! I SWEAR IT!!!!" Doctor terror after having world domination snatched from him by the nuclear family though he was primarily swearing revenge on professor molecule.

Doctor terror, real name Vladimir von terror (His dad lost a bet) is a jealous man from eastern europe who considers himself the nuclear family's greatest nemesis though his hatred is primarily fixated on professor molecule who he blames for a science experiment terror and other future supervillain Mrs polarity going wrong (In reality terror and polarity made a miscalculation though doctor terror is too prideful to accept that idea) and blowing up in his face giving him minor facial scarring (which he didn't react to well) and Mrs polarity the ability to control metal and getting doctor terror expelled in the process. Swearing revenge on professor molecule after his expulsion doctor terror would eventually return to menace the Adams time and time again.

"Only a genius such as I! Sergei Petrov could have trained a gorilla to pilot a rocket to the moon! a mandrill to shoot a gun! A Baboon to drive a tank!" Red phantom-August 19th, 1985.

Sergei Petrov is a skilled physicist (Though not as good as professor molecule) and the infamous grandpa of Professor egghead who in an attempt to score a propaganda victory over America subjected himself and a gorilla and a baboon and a mandrill to an experiment to give them superpowers and also created other experiments like Project Erebus (Reverse flash combined with shadow the hedgehog) and the biosaur, (Biolizard) that somebody should worry about.

"Well time to cause progress through world domination!" Mrs polarity's motivations summed up by Jokesmith doing an impersonation of her.

"I am nihillator! Ruler of Dimension Y Pending the destruction of a few insubordinate species and annoying rivals and the living death of all who dare to oppose me!"

Nihilator is an aggressive paranoid alien insect from Dimension Y that likes to proclaim himself as the ruler of the entire dimension when in reality he's not as successful as the likes of Kodos despite having a staff capable of draining energy from people and other forms of energy manipulation. Nihilator is infamous in dimension Y for being extremely paranoid and afraid of dying.

Retankhamun: Every aspiring evil overlord needs "The Muscle" an unalienable archetype of someone who doesn't do the heavy thinking, and prefers the heavy lifting. Retankhamun is Fei's response to this idea, a massive, ancient, franken-mummy thing, who's cursed to obey the wielder of the bejeweled scarab, an artifact that Fei snatched up as part of her path to villainy. Fei didn't actually know that Retankhamun was commanded by the scarab, and tried to fight him at first, but after figuring out that he was commanded by the wielder of the scarab, she decided to make use of Retankhamun as her answer to the "What kind of muscle does a girl like that need in her life?"

Retankhamun's true form belays their masculine appearance, and is a particular shocker to everyone involved. As Retankhamun is actually an ancient woman named Amaunet. cursed with immortal servitude of the scarab, who's been wearing the rentakhamun body as a sort of crude, fleshy/bandage-y suit of armor.
