Turns out a phoenix took pity on her, sensing she was destined for more in this world. Phoenix fused itself to Mike's soul and saved the girl, but that has not healed the deep scarring down on her back from the attack. Unknowingly has the ability to tap into pyrokensis but has yet to tap into it.
