Hello Everyone!
These are just a couple of musings I've had that I'd like to do.
I am comfortable playing males but females as my main is a whole other story that does not end well.
I'll specify gender per plot in the tabs.
Fair warning, I don't do MxM romance, a whole other-other story that suffered a similar fate.
Although if a plot is taken, I will change this thread to explain so.
I'll get to know you better over discord or pms, thanks for reading!

In the kingdom of Tristania, a royal escort was covertly transporting the Queen to a nearby hot springs when it was attacked, leaving everyone but a single Knight and the Queen dead. However, the Queen was mortally wounded and succumbed to her injuries as the Knight carried her back to the kingdom with tears in his eyes and morose wails conveying the endless remorse that stirred within him. Immediately upon arrival, the Knight was detained and sent to be kept in holding while the King's court decided who to convict for such a terrible loss. With no other person left to convict, all fingers pointed straight at Sir Knight who was the only one available to be punished, regardless of his heroic defense of the Queen.
Our story picks up with the Knight awaiting official decision of his punishment when the Princess decides to visit him and learn of his true intentions on that fateful hour.
This story can be long term as it does not have to end at the resolution of the trial.

Realistic, Subtle Comedy, Alternate Universe, Historical Undertones
Being a partisan isn't easy.
You're stuck in the country you were born in.
Meanwhile you're fighting people who weren't born in said country, but want to make said country their country.
Not to mention you've got equipment made by the lowest bidder.
If you're lucky one of the friendly neighboring countries will open up an underground supply route long enough for you to get something actually worth using.
Remember how I said you're stuck in your homeland?
Yeah, good luck getting past the border with them closed.
In fact, good luck getting past the border when it keeps fluctuating with all of the REAL combat going on on the frontlines.
But hell, we're soldiers for Pete's sake!
That's why we took an oath to fight, right?
Because we're real soldiers,
right?
Our story revolves around two partisan fighters carrying out operations in enemy territory, hijinks and more ensue!
So basically this is set in an alternate universe that closely resembles the interwar period in Europe (Think 1920s-30s). Don't worry, you don't have to have ANY historical knowledge! Yes, that's right, we will homebrew our own world for this one! Romance is not required but is plenty welcome.

The forceful exiling of the Romanov family signed the death warrant of Tsarist Russia and the dizzying flurry of change and reform that would occur during the reign of the ensuing provisional government and the many political factions that fueled the engine of such change.
But this is not where our story takes place.
Towards the Caucasus mountains, past the Crimea, Cossack tribes roam freely, having paid little regard to the Tsarist rule, let alone the Red and Black tides pushing against the null provisional government. An English explorer, having made a trip to Russia directly prior to the outbreak of the Great War that broke that broke the Eastern giant, makes her way towards the Caucasus for shelter from the political whiplash in mainland Russia. However, she runs into a group of Cossacks, eventually befriending them and being accepted into their community as a guest. Even though the turn in her adventure is unexpected, she is grateful for being given a chance to research cultures beyond mere Russian peasantry. Among one of the original Cossacks who found the explorer is a young man no older than the explorer who develops a friendship with the completely alien person, having never seen someone outside of Eastern Europe before in his life, in a sense allowing him to explore the culture of the West as the explorer does of the East.
Yet as the Red tide becomes the victors up north, the Bolsheviks soon begin to turn their attention towards former Russian subjects. Ukraine, Siberia, and the Caucasus all become forefront in the re-expansion of a new empire with the journalist and the Caucasus Cossacks being front and center for the coming war.
The story centers around an English reporter and a Caucasian Cossack during the Georgian-Ossetian Conflict and later the Soviet Invasion of Georgia. If so desired, the story can be done with no romance.
