Kaiju Academy

Name:

Uthotask ( Oo-tho-task )

Age:

16

Grade:

First Year

Gender:

Male

Species:

Deep One

Appearance:

63e23d1d3f296d2bd86fa76900066bae_zps74cd8e86.jpg

Utho is on the short side for a teen his age, a matter that is not helped by his round face and wide seafoam green eyes. His skin is pale but incredibly soft and smooth while his hair is raven black and on the rough side as he usually has a serious case of bed head. Despite the dress code he is always seen with his dark green jacket on top of his uniform. The hood is specially made to pull entirely over his head, the lenses sewn into the cloth working as makeshift goggles.

Monster Appearance:

While not much taller than his human form, Utho's monster body is quite a bit thicker as his proportions rapidly expand. His skin becomes slimy, scaly and blue-green while his eyes turn white and bulging, never blinking as they stay moist on their own. His head and neck even out into one thick forward facing stump, all smooth features and hair fading as gills protrude from his neck. Nails become short claws that tip each digit with webbing inbetween each one. His teeth become razor sharp and large enough that they show even with his mouth closed.

Personality:

Utho is reminiscent of an oblivious child when he socializes with others. He doesn't seem to understand quite a few social norms, both human and monster, and thus he bumbles through both. He has a permanent poker face and more often than not misunderstands or entirely misses the meaning of simple gestures and expressions. He's unbelievably clumsy yet doesn't seem to do much more than brush it off and walk off. Despite all of this one watching him closely would notice that he's not a blank, emotionless slate. While he lacks most of the telltale signs a human or most monsters would show it seems he's quite shy. He tends to avoid others, is bad at communicating even without misunderstanding what's said or done and he even has issues holding eye contact. He's desperate to make friends but the hurdles he has to overcome make it difficult for him to get anywhere.

Monster Abilities/Powers:

  • Amphibious - A ability shows quite frequently, Utho seems just as comfortable living on land as he does in the water as he can stay dry or entirely submerged in either form without difficulty. However he seems much less familiar with dry land as he's quite clumsy on his feet.
  • Immortal - Due to his people's ties with the Old Gods, Utho is essentially immortal. He'll only age into his prime and he's immune to most diseases. His body can take quite a beating and even in extreme situations seems to simply defy death. Immortal does not mean impervious however. He can feel pain and can be injured, recovering at a pace only slightly faster than that of a human. Internal organs will eventually repair themselves given enough time but limbs will never grow back unless reattached
  • Eldritch Aura - A sensation that can be felt by both humans and monsters even without his true form, Uthotask leaves a feeling around others near him that unnerves in way unrelated to his usual behavior. In short, most monsters exist within this reality. Even if they come from different dimensions ( Heaven, Hell, Fae, etc. ) they're all still layered within this realm. Utho's people were made from a creature not native to this plane and thus their very existence dips them into the uncanny valley. This effect worsens in his true form.[/center]

Bio:

Unlike many other Deep Ones whom took human took human mates to bear children that would became one of them once they matured, Uthotask was born in raised in the underwater city of Y'ha-nthlei under the caring gaze of their gods and rulers, Father Dagon and Mother Hydra. From a young age the boy was curious, hearing many stories and meeting many Deep Ones that'd come from the distant shores. Despite their ancient and sometime alien ways his people had begun to interact more and more with the realm of not only humans but fellow inhumans. Being the only Y'ha-nthlei born Deep One of his age to show an interest in the surface and with his people forging deeper alliances, Utho became the first of his kind to be admitted to Kaiju Academy.

Extra:

Utho has distanced himself from seafood after eating it exclusively most of his life, leaving him with an insatiable curiosity towards any 'surface food' he's never tried.

The Real Himiko

Laevateinn.full.903081.jpg

Personality

Himiko's a fun and enjoyable person. She can be quite childish, and tends to get hurt a lot. She looks a bit younger than she really is, and matches the size of her apparent age as well, which makes her get easily hurt when she plays around. Every time she sees more blood than a few scratches, she'll stare blankly at it for a little.

Behind this childish and playful personality, Himiko lacks any feelings of happiness. She's drowned in loneliness, unable to find a purpose for her existence. She'll start to let go of everything without even thinking about it. She'll never stay with the same friends for too long, as none of them seem to be able to give purpose to her life that she's hoping to find in other people.

In her human form, Himiko's friendly, but seems a little bit more mature. She can sometimes be a little rude, but not enough to push anybody away or lose friends. She's very bad at holding her human form, meaning any kind of surprise might make her turn back to her real self. For this reason, she wants to just say her wings, horns, and tail are just a costume that she always wears, but the school rules don't allow it.

Monster Abilities/Powers

Himiko hasn't discovered most of her powers yet. She knows that she can move quite fast and can control fire, as well as can change her age, but can't help but feel she has more. Himiko doesn't know it, but she actually has control over all types of elemental magic, though only the basic elements, not the advanced elements that come of mixing them. These elements she has are fire, water/ice, wind, earth, lightning/electricity, light, and darkness.

Her light magic can only be used while age eight in human form, as well as the only magic she can use while at age eight in human form. Dark magic is the same, except it's for age thirty-seven. She can use all of her magic while in her real form, but hasn't learned how to do so, and doesn't even know about anything but her fire and age magic.

Himiko's limited with her age magic. She can only go to a few specific ages, and can only use her aging magic in human form. She's currently at six different ages she can be in human form, five of which she has to use age magic to get to. Her current age in human form is the same as her actual age of sixteen, with the exception she actually looks like, or possibly a little older than her actual age, rather than a lot younger.

Bio

Himiko doesn't know most of her past. Anything she doesn't remember can't be found out from any other source of information. All she knows is that up until she was nine, she was held in some kind of facility that did experiments on young children, both human and demon. All of her memories of the place are hazy and filled with red. Every time she thinks about it, she can't help but feel weak and disoriented.

At age nine was when she was supposed to be killed by the facility because she was deemed a useless test subject. Himiko woke up the next day in a strange place. She felt like she was bleeding all over, which was true. She'd been injected with a deadly drug by the facility, which was at this point, blown to dust. Her skin was burnt all over, and she was laying in the middle of the chaos known as the burning remains that she'd created. The drug was destroyed by the extreme heat of the fire, but it still had an effect on her.

Himiko was no longer able to age properly in terms of appearance. This wasn't something she cared for though. She wandered around on her own for weeks, living off of nothing but a bag of small, burnt snacks that were what she and all the others who were with her in the facility would get once a day as a 'meal'. She could barely even carry the bag with how weak her body was at the time. One day, she collapsed from exhaustion and hunger, as well as the pain of her burnt body.

A woman, who looked like an older Himiko, found her just in time to bring her to the safety of her home. Himiko woke up two days later. She was covered in bandages, and her wounds felt a lot better. The woman was currently out of the house and left a note for her. Sadly, Himiko couldn't read. They'd never taught her how to read or anything at the facility.

She put the note in the pocket of some clothes that the woman had left her with. She tried to leave in her new clothes, but was too weak still to reach the front door before falling down. The woman came home just after, and calmly helped her over to the couch. For the next two years, the woman helped take care of Himiko. She'd become like a mother to Himiko. One day though, the woman just left, never to return. Himiko immediately just let go of any ties and emotions she had with the woman.

Himiko'd just barely finished learning how to read a few days prior. She remembered the note that the woman gave her two years ago. She took it out of her pocket, having had it there the whole time. The writing was mostly faded, but there were a few words still readable. The one word that caught her eye though, was "Mother". She threw the note back in her pocket.

Himiko soon somehow found out about a school she could attend to learn more about what the woman'd cut off on teacher her about. She decided to attend it in hopes of finding purpose like she'd felt existed when her 'mother' taught her about things that she'd never known about.

Accepted, but could you make her 16?

That's fine. Same appearance is fine, right? I'd be fine trying to find something else if you want her to look her age or somethin'

May I join? I must get away from one RP. This seems interesting as well.

Well I recently stopped accepting chars, but then people dropped and became inactive. Post your cs and I'll take a look, but after you the academy will not accept anymore characters unless more people drop and become inactive. Sorry to anyone that posts a cs after PoisonousCupcake.

Type of Creature: Fire demon

Name: Kumiko Maki

Age: 16

Birthday : September 13th

Class Year: 10

Traits (personality): When you first meet her she's shy and anti-social, but once you get to know her she opens up. If she's rude and crazy, then it's an inner spirit that 'lives' in her body. She would do anything to keep close friends safe, and she gets rather mad when teased about her size. Kumiko is also lazy, and loves to sleep in.

Likes: Food, Sleeping, Music, Her laptop, Drawing, Singing (Not often), Warm weather, Fire places, Her trusty sword, Her friends, and Fights (Food fights, Stuff like that)

Dislikes: Bitter foods, Anything having to do with water (Doesn't mind water abilities), Creeps, Being too tired, and Inner spirit thing. When she's mad or pressured, her red eyes start to glow.

Physical Description: Normal form: Made of lava, has red eyes, long blonde hair, but looks like a human. Human form: Won't burn anything she comes in contact with, also red eyes, long blonde hair. She wears casual-ish clothes, with her hair down.

Normal form

(I've used this picture before, but I love it!)

Weaknesses: Water, Ice, Snow, Letting her emotions get the best of her, being reminded of her past, depressing scenes.

Strengths: Lava, Fire, Being in a good mood, In warm environment, having allies and friends help and support her

Backstory: Kumiko was born into a very rich life, with a family of 12. ( xD A lot, I know) She loved every single one of them, but sometimes got into fights with one of her sisters, Suki. Kumiko was often teased by her size, so that's why it gets to her so easily now. One day, however, when she was 7, almost all of her family and town got killed by an enemy tribe. It was only her and 4 of her siblings left, as they fled to somewhere else in the world. They went from a wonderful life, living in a nice house, had good friends, was known well, to becoming unknown and anti-social. The only people she had were her 4 siblings, and they all got accepted to a boarding school for the abnormal, somewhere across thw world (Another RP). A few years later, Kumiko was attending this school, and her siblings had already passed all 12 grades in their school. (She was youngest, after all.)

Will be uncovered as the RP progresses.

Accepted welcome to the academy.

----------

Once again, the Academy is no longer accepting characters. I will allow more to join if others already in the rp drop. Sorry for any trouble this may cause. Best of luck all.

I guess not... But SOME people are inactive, so you might have a chance...

"I'm Ryo. It's nice to meet you, I guess." -Ryo

"I'm Kyo. A pleasure to meet you." -Kyo

"Well, we're fifteen, so we're pretty much in ninth grade. Hope we're allowed to be here." -Ryo

"We're supposed to be human, but... We're either humans with magical powers, or I'm a demon and Kyo's an angel. I'm sorta hoping the first is true, but... Fate might've chosen to make us a demon and an angel in one body." -Ryo

Kyo

fiMhhgi.png

Kyo's always wearing a blue and white dress. Her eyes are a beautiful violet, and her hair's a very bright blue-green. She's always with two ribbons in her hair, with two bells on each, as well as a bell on her neck. The bells don't seem to ring at all, but Kyo says that they produce the most amazing sound.

Ryo

Nai_Portal.png

Ryo's more of a simplistic guy. He's always wearing baggy and loose black jeans, along with a white shirt. His eyes are a dark to crimson red, with the bottom of the eyes lined by yellow where naturally there'd be red because of the actual eye color. His hair's mostly white, except for two thick portions that stick out behind him, which he'd permanently dyed in a light purple.

Kyo's a kind girl who cares about everybody. She'll help anybody that's hurt, even if they seem like a bad guy. The only exception would be if they're trying to hurt somebody close to her. She doesn't really care much about herself compared to others. She's a bit childish, but can be extremely serious and bossy when she needs to be; so much so that one might mistake her for some kind of royalty while she's in her most serious state.

Ryo's probably the opposite of Kyo, but in a good way. He's more of the one to protect those who need protecting, and treat like shit, those that deserve it. He doesn't really care all too much about other people, but he'll still be there for his friends when he's needed.

Powers

Both Ryo and Kyo have the ability to manifest their most desired forms and become them. They've both decided to rarely use these forms because of a few other reasons. In these forms, they gain an older appearance. It's strange to them, as they both seem to get a bit taller than their normal selves. Along with this, they both gain some kind of new personality that includes a trait that they really wish to have that's not actually included in what their idea of their perfect selves do have.

Pure Impurity

"I cannot stand this form... I hurt too many people while in this form... I wish it could be something else... At least I have control over when I enter this form, and I choose not to be in it right now..."

15a1a210_%28cropped%29.png

Kyo's desired form is one in which she can leave behind all weakness and become a perfect being that can protect everything she so cares for. She can use various types of magic, in addition to physical strength that's almost impossible to beat. She can move extremely fast as well, but she has quite a few flaws in this form.

The first flaw is her inability to stay under her own control for too long. The form comes with a nasty and horrid desire to obliterate anything that's not in her line of sight as something to protect. This means that if you're not what she went into the form to protect, you might end up her target to kill. This is why Kyo refuses to go in this form unless completely necessary, as what she might do in that form scares her.

Another problem with the form is that she can't keep up with herself. She can't do more than one thing at a time, meaning she's quite vulnerable in fights that involve more than three other people. She's able to do things like use magic as she moves or as she's physically attacking, but only light magic that can't do more than distract or just barely hurt somebody. She can't block or dodge all that well when using magic, and can't dodge at all when doing physical attacks, but can still slightly block.

Kyo's named her form Impurity because of the way the form affects her and the things that can happen while she's in the form. The trait that's added in with this form that's not initially part of Kyo's desire for this form is a sense of pride and self-importance.

Impure Purity

"If only I could be in this form right now, and forever... So many things I can do while I'm in this form... Sadly, Kyo doesn't feel the same way about her form, and I can understand her... She got the form that's impossible to live with, while I got the form that's perfect to live in."

210768.jpg

Ryo's desired form is quite the opposite of Kyo's. Rather than gain physical strength and speed beyond most comprehension, he gains the mental capacity he's been lacking, and more. He's able to evaluate and process any situation in seconds, and determine the best way to proceed. He also can use magic just like Kyo, but he keeps his physical strength as it normally is.

In his desired form, his first weakness is that his physical abilities are limited. He can't do well in combat that's hand-to-hand when he doesn't have time to think his actions over. Given time to evaluate the enemy's combat abilities though, he'll be able to fight hand-to-hand with strategy that makes him almost equivalent to Kyo in overall performance, but not because of strength or speed.

His worst weakness is that he can't block anything, especially while thinking heavily. His heavy thinking time's quite short, but it leaves him completely open. He can't react in any way until he's done with major thinking processes, which is why he's the worst when it comes to one-on-one combat. He's also unable to think all too well while he's avoiding attacks or running away, but can still think enough to create decent strategies and get enough information for his heavy thinking to be effective.

He's named his form Pure Impurity, the inverse of Kyo's form name, because he's utterly evil with what he comes up with in his plans to deal with people in his way, and's quite ruthless. He'll, the opposite of Kyo, have no control for a while, then gain control back, becoming his normal self that won't just take out whatever's in his way. The trait that's added in with this form is an overwhelmingly cruel confidence in himself and his abilities.

Their first forms are actually quite incomplete. They both have a second form, but the forms have even greater negative effects than the first forms. Their second forms have both mental and physical effects on them, as well as just one of them going in second form can affect both of them afterwards. They've literally banned themselves from ever using their second forms because of this.

Akatharsía

"'May this form purge the world of everything. Nothing but that which is destined to be shall remain. I am Akatharsia, goddess of impurity.' Every time I enter this form, those words are exactly what I say... I really dislike this form for using those words... Almost as much as I hate how the form hurts Ryo..."

Tohka_Inverse_Form.png

Akatharsia is the inner true self of Kyo. Kyo denies it as her true self because of the great suffering she brings about while in her true form. This form is a more perfected version of Pure Impurity in terms of capabilities. She practically gains the strength of a goddess, at the loss of any control of her actions and emotions. She practically becomes a puppet controlled by herself, as it's her own actions, just not her own will.

This form can only last a short time, and when she leaves the form, she loses all strength in her body, becomes unable to think, and eventually, comes to temporary death. When she recovers from the temporary death state, she'll be back with her strength and ability to think, but will still hold all of the evil thoughts and emotions that were poured in from her true form.

She can't stand the thoughts and emotions she's left with, as well as the physical and mental effects last twice as long for Ryo. Ryo doesn't suffer the near death state any longer than Kyo, and he doesn't suffer the thoughts and emotions like Kyo does from her going in true form.

Erebos

"'Lay to waste in the shadows of the void, while I bring upon the true chaos this world has yet to see. I am Erebos, god of darkness.' Such strange words... They have an interesting feel of... power to them. I like the sense of power this form holds, but I honestly can't stand how it hurts Kyo."

Erebos is the inner true self of Ryo. Ryo doesn't deny it being his true self, but he doesn't confirm it, either. Erebos is a more perfected form of Impure Purity in terms of his capabilities. Like Kyo, Ryo practically gains the strength of a god, at the loss of any control of his own actions and emotions. Like Kyo, he becomes a puppet controlled by himself.

Similar to Kyo, this form only lasts a short time, and upon leaving this form called Erebos, he loses all strength and ability to think. The effects on Ryo are exactly the same as what they are with Kyo's Akatharsia form, including the temporary death state that leaves him with dark thoughts and emotions.

Ryo can stand the thoughts and emotions he's left with, but can't stand that Kyo suffers twice as long of the physical and mental effects that his form leaves the two of them with. He's glad that Kyo doesn't have to suffer the thoughts and emotions though, as if he's ever forced to use this form, he'd kill himself if he gave Kyo any more suffering than what Kyo gets from him going in the form.

Bio:

"Kyo and I... We don't know anything about our past... You see, the last thing either of us can remember's what we had for breakfast this morning." -Ryo

"I remember more than that... I remember all the way back eleven years ago... Are you telling me you forgot all about the life we shared together...? You're such an idiot... I enjoyed our life together..." -Kyo

"Alright, alright... It was a joke... No need to cry about it..." -Ryo

"That was mean Ryo... Since you were mean, I get to tell everybody about our past instead of you Here I go..." -Kyo

"Ryo and I were originally meant to be twins. Back when we were born, some kind of energy merged our bodies as our mother was in the middle of giving birth to us. At first, our mother had no idea about it. When we turned four, for the first time, I got to see the world with my own eyes. Ryo and I were able to talk to each other in our minds from that point on." -Kyo

"At first, our mother had no clue of it. Neither of us knew how to control the changing of our positions, thought it had some weirdly good timing. We would always change while nobody was nearby, as well as we would change back to Ryo every time our mother would come to check on Ryo, whether we were at the park, or at home in Ryo's room." -Kyo

"When Ryo turned five, Ryo decided to give me a name. I was glad to finally have a name like Ryo did. It was always a lot of fun being with Ryo, though I wanted to try playing with other people whenever I was out. Having a name made it possible, as I would no longer have to see the situations where the other kids asked me for my name, and I had nothing to give them." -Kyo

"Ryo and I went to school just a few weeks after I was given a name. Ryo and I had some fun there at school. Sadly, the only time I would come out was during recess, and that was only a few days of the week, all at random times. I was fine though, as I still had Ryo right there to talk to whenever I wanted. Even when Ryo and I were alone with nothing to do, we would never get bored." -Kyo

"Six years go by without anybody knowing about me. Ryo and I were starting to switch places at weird times. This made it quite difficult to keep our secret hidden. Eventually, we found out a way to tell just before it would happen. That way to know only lasted us the next year, sadly. After we turned eleven, things became worse." -Kyo

"Ryo and I were changing places at even worse times. Once, I came out just as Ryo was stepping out of the shower at school... Sadly, I will never be able to forget that day... For some reason, I felt like I was being stared at by all of them... It was the weirdest feeling ever, and my heart was pounding the entire time. My head felt extremely hot, and for whatever reason, I ran somewhere to hide... I still am unable to understand that feeling that came over me that day..." -Kyo

"I'm sorry, but Ryo... Can you please continue...? I keep thinking about that feeling, and it just makes me unable to think of anything else..." -Kyo

"Alright Kyo. I'll take over from here. When me and Kyo became fourteen, we'd learned a way to at least change who's present at will. We can't change back and forth all the time, but we can at least switch a few times on our own. We couldn't switch back on our own for a good while whenever we were forced to switch, but we could switch back and forth a few times on our own, though probably six switches at most in one hour. Six switches meaning I can come out once, then Kyo once, which counts as two switches." -Ryo

"Just a little bit later, our mother found out about our little secret. She'd clearly thought it was some weird dream at first, but once we proved it wasn't, she was both overjoyed, and panicked. She couldn't believe that there were supernatural things like that, but at the same time, was happy that the second child she'd been supposed to give birth to fourteen years before hadn't completely vanished." -Ryo

"I believe that about sums up our lives. Pretty much everything after that's nothing special." -Ryo

Signature

"Well, what to put here... I never took care to memorize my last name, so... Ah, I remember it now!" -Ryo

Ryo Vladivus Kirashin

"A signature? I get a weird feeling about this, but okay... Wait, as this body pretty much belongs to Ryo, only his signature should be required... Well, I guess we are two different people..."

Kyo Velicia Kirashin

"We should also tell them what we like and don't like Kyo." -Ryo

Likes

"Let me see... I like sweet things like chocolate and lollipops, I like the beautiful moon, and I like cuddly animals, like cats. Can I have a cat Ryo? I want a cat!" -Kyo

"Sorry, but remember what happened last time we got a cat, Kyo? Anyway, I'm a big weirdo when it comes to clouds. I'll just lay there for hours and hours staring at them. I also like the dark, as well as I'm quite the guy for peace and quiet. Of course, you can talk to me whenever, Kyo." -Ryo

Dislikes

"Aw, no cat? Fine... I can settle for a koala. I dislike dogs though, as they always try and bite me... I also dislike spicy food, because it burns my tongue. Lightning really scares me, so please weather, no lightning."

"You can settle for a koala!? That's asking for more than a cat! You know I hate cats and koalas! I also quite hate the sun... I can never go outside in the day without my eyes hurting. I clearly don't like being around too many people either, because it means too much noise, and I'm more of a quiet and peaceful kind of guy, I guess you could say." -Ryo

"That should be all, I hope. Now then, I'm going to go to my dorm and relax while I listen to music with Kyo." -Ryo

Ryu was worried about his mother and did all in his power to care for her, but one day when he was at school his mother died in her bed. Ryu had to live with his aunt and uncle, which wasn't bad actually. When Ryu was about 13 he was walking home from school and decided to go through and ally way for a shortcut and a man saw him and then grabbed him biting down on his neck, it didnt hurt Ryu because his neck became numb. Ryu woke up later that night then running home in shock that he was attacked, but while running home Ryu realized that he was running faster then all the cars driving by and he freaked out falling over and hurting his knee, he then got up and finished running home. When Ryu got there he tried showing his aunt and uncle the scar on his knee from falling, but it was already completely healed. Ryu awoke the next day thinking it was all a strange dream, he went to school as normal (Ryu is a day walker, a rare species of vampire, so the vampire that had bit him was also a day walker and that was just luck.) but when he got there he could here a whole bunch of voices in his head, he thought that was going insane, but he dealt with it for a week or two until he realized that they were the voices of the students around him. Ryu freaked out and was so hungry for blood that he didn't realize he was hungry for, he attacked one of the students and killed him by accident. when his aunt and uncle got there they were mind controlled to think that this was normal by Ryu, which he didn't even do on purpose. Ryu was home schooled until he was 16 when his aunt and uncle sent him to this school, this is where we hop in. O.,,,.O

Name: "I'm Eredia, but please call me Eri."

Age: "I might not look it, but I'm seventeen!"

Grade: "Eleventh grade is quite fun. Speaking of which, that's the grade I'm in."

Gender: "I'm female, if my voice and appearance weren't enough to tell you that."

Species: "Necromancer & Neko, at your service. I guess you could call me... a Nekomancer...?" *giggle*

Human Appearance:

Monster Appearance:

KYZ04i4.png

Chibi Appearance:

xKRvbZq.png

Personality: Eredia can be serious, she can be funny, she can be clueless, and she can be an idiot. Her personality has no limits to what it can be, and no limit to how many times it can completely change. She has no designated personality, but she does have a true personality that nobody's ever seen before.

Monster Abilities/Powers: As a necromancer, Eredia has the ability to raise the dead and control dark magic. She's still extremely unskilled at it, so she sticks with her abilities as a Neko. The abilities she has from being a Neko include extremely heightened senses of hearing, smell, and sight. She can also move swiftly, making it a bit hard to keep up with her. She also has somewhat higher strength than what a girl her size should have.

Bio: Eredia's life was as normal as it could get. She practically lived with humans her entire life, so she has no problems interacting with them. She pretty much lived the normal life of a human, with the exception of having to hide her ears and tail at all times until she learned to make them disappear and gain a full human appearance. There were no major events in her life that affected her enough to matter by itself, which made for her life to lack a certain excitement that she desired. For this reason, she decided to go to the academy when she found out about it.

Extra: "This is my third year here."
