The strip as well as the entire Mojave went into a frenzy as factions rose to control the power vacuum. Among the factions was the New Legion a female centric Legion controlled by former slaves. Their leader claimed to be the one responsible for the mayhem.
With the NCR nearly pushed out of Mojave there is no one to stand against the Legion
