This sounds interesting! Though, a roleplay like this would need major DM/GM guidance (map creation, city descriptions, workings of various economies, cultures, etc.). Would a character like this function in this fantasy world? I've been looking for a roleplay to implement him into.

I'd be interested, depending on how the plot will unfold. Will creatures be on their way to Nomai? What will be the roles of the PCs?

Duke Gerald Arlivein will just be pulling in people he knows are skilled throughout Grovaria. So, fame/infamy is the common factor, so true intentions are up to your imagination. Though, I may also have a few role players involved with the war itself if anyone is up for that!
