Fantasy The Accident

Dante heard their screams and said, "no need to scream guys. Keep it down a bit." He closed his eyes for the headache to pass. When it did he said, "Ok. We have to find out very thing that happened. And why everyone is yelling. Am I yelling?"
 
"No one is yelling." Assured Max, looking at the new guy strangely. But then again, he wasn't doing any better himself, he needed a mirror so he could look at his face, he had a feeling that he wouldn't find it as spotless as it once was.


And he just couldn't shake away the desire to explode something, so much so that he wanted to explode himself too.
 
"We need to find a hospital or somewhere with medical supplies first." Mia said." We can speak about it as everyone is getting patched up. I'm Mia by the way."
 
Max cringed as Mia suggested the hospital part. He had landed in the medical area back in the lab so many times when an experiment went wrong, and right now he didn't want to go to any place that reminds of his imprisonment.


"Perhaps we should find some other survivors first, one of them could have some experience with medics." Bethuny suggested, hoping they didn't detect the slight desperation in his voice.
 
"Maybe we should find a shelter, and see if you can help the girl in your arms who looks close to death." Suggested Max, he knew that he was saying more than the usual for him, but right now he was prepared to bend his own values if it means being safe from the horrors of the lab.

Dante looked at them wondering why he Max said that no one was yelling. "You sure?" He shook the thought and continued to hear their yelling and he plugged his ears. He listened intently to their conversation and said, "Alright well, first off, my name is Dante. Second, I know some things about pulled muscles or whatever so I can help with anything like that. And should I take her?" He wanted to help out as long as they weren't screaming but they were so he didn't know what to do. He also heard a beat. A light beat in the background, and he didn't like it.
 
Mia was wary about handing Kane off to this new stranger but didn't have much of a choice. He was growing weaker by the moment not to mention more tired. He wasn't strong enough to hold her for very long. Sighing he nodded and handed her to him."Thanks."


He didn't like it but he had no choice. That doesnt mean he won't keep an eye on them.

Kene shivered in Mia's arms. Her body felt like a wet rag, weighted down no matter how much she wanted to move. She heard hospital and nodded lightly. Exhaustion had set in, and though her life wasn't at risk, yet, she needed rest and something warm to curl into. Mia was warm against her cold arms, but the winds that passed by gave her shutters.

Victoria was confused on why the boy left them for the bigger group but she fussed he just wanted to be with a bigger crowd. "Hey how about we go find someplace to sleep? " she said picking up the girl and placing her on her left hip seeing it was her right foot that was sprained and began to slowly limping away from the others humming to her self to keep from crying out in paint.

Dante grabbed the limp girl from her arms and started to walk with them. "So what are your names? And what is wrong with everyone?" He said having a sympathetic look on his face. He felt awkward being with these random people.
 
"I am Mia." Mia introduced himself keeping a wary eye on them. He didn't know if he could trust them just yet." I haven't had the chance to check over myself. I don't believe I am injured very badly though."
 
Dante heard Kia screaming and said, "Can you PLEASE not scream? An in Dante as you know I'm not injured in any way. And I sure am lucky. I feel like one thousand percent actually." He smiled and saw the hospital in the distance. "There! Maybe they are treating people in the hospital. But it looks empty. Hmmm. Lets go check it out." He looked down at te person he was carrying and said, "And who is this?"
 
"I don't know." Mia frowned down at Kenes passed out form."She is badly injured though. By the way I am not screaming. Your ears were probably injured or something."
 
Victoria watched the others listing to them trying to block out the pain she was felling. She keep a calm face even though the pain in her foot was becoming to.much to handle she didn't want to seem weak.


Taking a deep breath she introduced herself. "Well I'm Victoria and this cutie pie is Luciana " she said pointing to the sleeping child on her hip.
 
"I am Kormax, but if that name's too long you can address me as Max. Perhaps you need to have your ears checked up Dante, there must be something wrong with them." Max looked at Dante with an emotionless face, he was becoming more wary of Dante than he was of Mia now.


"I think I'm going to need a mirror, I can't see it but I'm certain that have a wound on my face, I'm sure I can tend to it myself though." As he said this, Max reached up to his face and tenderly touched his nose bridge, he instantly jerked his hand back down with a wince. He felt like his skin had been torn off with a hot iron claw, then dipped in a pool of viniger mixed with salt and finally had the wound closed with an iron rod dipped in lava.

Dante felt his ears. They felt normal. They did hurt a long with his eyes and nose and his head a little bit. He concentrated for a second and they pain went away. He felt better but when r reopened his eyes, his eyes and head hurt. He felt like he failed so he just kept walking creating a tiny earthquake for himself with each step. What the hell was going on?! "Ya. Probably. Well lets get to the hospital and get fixed up. Then we can find everyone else." He smiled trying to reassure them.
 
Mia nodded looking at him worridly."Wounds first. Allies later." Turning he began heading toward the hospital."Come on I want to get her in there as fast as I can. I won't be able to rest until she is patched up."
 
Cassidy wakes up seeing dust and smoke all around her. She sits up reaching for her cat but grabbing a giant paw instead. She looks to her left where she felt it and found a giant cat, like a saber tooth tiger. She screamed and backed away. The giant cat tilted its head and looked confused. "Rain?" Cassidy said standing up and walking slowly towards the cat being. The cat nods, and Cassidy looks around her surroundings, finding ruin and destroyed, well everything!

Victoria just nodded to everything they said wanting to get something for the pain in her foot. She looked at Luciana with worry but just figured the little girl must just be sleepy. "So I guess we should get a move on huh? " she suggested quietly
 
Cassidy looks at her pet and examines how big it is. "You know..." She started. "


It would be a lot easier to travel if you let me ride you." She said smiling. The cat meow/growled in annoyance but let her on its back.
 
Luciana didn't realized that she had fallen asleep till she opens her eyes and noticed that she was in Victoria's arms. She rubbed her eyes with both of her hands and looked around. "Where are we going?" she asked Victoria quietly then her stomach grumbled.
