Would a WW2 RP in a Concentration Camp be too much and get me banned? Because SOMEONE says that an RP like that with the purpose of being intense to remind everyone how harsh it was would get me banned.

In my personal opinion, I believe you should be able to run a roleplay about such a subject as long as the content within the roleplay itself is appropriate for the site. For heaven's sake, I could run a high school roleplay and get banned if the content did not abide by the site's rules.

As long as you're not breaking site rules, you're fine. Hell, rules are more lax in character because they don't represent actual people and their viewpoints.
