Virtues into DV

This idea came from 'Rolling for DV' thread but its different.


If you spend a will into your virtue...can that be added to your DV's?  


For Example:


Seeing the angry mob throw stones at a child, ISP runs through the rain of stones, dodging them before getting the infant.  So she spends a will to gain her compassion in extra dice.  


Can she do this to add to her Dodge DV?


(Whether or not its just straight added to the calculation of DV or rolled...thats for the other thread)
