Jada Ivory James, A girl with no sense of good luck. She was now angered by her mother, especially for kicking her father out of the house now she was definitely out of there. Her anger struck like a firework collecting her bag that was quite old and it's strap was kind of torn apart from years of wearing it, and swung it over her shoulder laying it across her thin torso around her back and up over her shoulder connecting at her hip. Jada quickly made it outside minutes after her father drove away, She knew this wasn't gonna be the last time he was thrown out of the house. She wandered down the block with so much speed whipping her neck around to see that her mother was outside calling out her name.

"Jada, Honey its alright you can come back!" She called out peering her head out of the large heavy door that led inside her old home. Damn she was wrong, Jada didn't listen and scurried down a small alley that led to a trail a couple blocks away into the deep forest. They were never gonna find her there, She turned back to see where she was headed keeping her dark eyes on the atmosphere in front of her diving right down the old trail running past big trees, and bushes that scattered all around until she was completely out of sight at least a mile out of the city as crazy as it sounds, you get places pretty face when you're angry.

@Natasha (I'll get started on the other one later, I started this one first because we actually had an idea for it haha)

Charles -- or Charlie as he preferred -- was used to seeing random strangers out in the woods. Of course they, however, were in turn very much surprised to see him, as the forest wasn't exactly what most would call a safe place. Some said it held wolves, other's said it was haunted -- which Charles believed to be a pile of bullshit. He had been alive for... As long as he could remember - and that was a long time. Yet, in those years, never had he once had a paranormal encounter. It maybe had to do with the fact that he was probably scarier than a ghost, which prodded the celestial beings away from his kind, but he still didn't believe in them.

Anyways, the real reason the forest acted as dangerous territory was because of his kind. Vampires. The forest was a few hundred acres large, so it held many vampire clans. Which meant no area of it was safe. There were often vampires on patrol duty, to send humans back into the city and keep them away from the rogues -- the people that had no clan and fed off of any living creature they saw moving. This is exactly what ran through his mind as he noticed a girl sprinting through the woods with a backpack. "Going somewhere?" He called out nonchalantly, making himself visible.
