Basically everything will be OC characters, clans are possible, Kekkei genkai, ninjutsu. Basically, anything you can make original will be allowed within reason(Canon clans are still present obviously). You wanna be op you say? Well I have a simple reply....it's called work for it! Hang out train go on missions find a special someone or something. Everything will be controlled by arcs and and i'll be needing a few admins of the roleplay to help organise everything.
