Le stage
Samuel Quinn had been missing for about 5 years. He had left the UK with no warning, or no trace back to his whereabouts. He'd covered it up well, and for reasons unknown to most. A rumor told that he'd fled to the US, to pursue an entirely new life that he spoke of avidly to his few companions. He was an understated play director, known for his odd and almost foolish ideas as critics said. After these 5 years had passed, he was done. He'd been extremely quietly creating what he called a masterpiece. But he had no actors to play his parts except himself. He didn't reveal what this performance was to anyone except those who he had hired for a part. If anyone wanted to join, they would all show up at 7:00 pm tomorrow in a field in LA, which was really rare for LA. Here is the discreet leaflet he placed in the town center of Los Olivos:
You will probably not know my name, or who I am at all. But that isn't important. All we need to know is if you can own a stage, or manage one. Singing, dancing and acting. The three important aspects. Come to the only field found in this nice town, when the beautiful sun leaves our gaze after the day to come.
