Zoarus
Zoarus is a shielded part of a forest that is protected by Aura. Only few humans have been able to enter this sacred place and only few have returned to tell the tale. These lucky few are those who have gained the trust of the witches and warlocks that live within. It is the main and only known home to The Good where they live and thrive in a place that has no darkness to it, only the light and peace.

(Known as false Heaven to humans, they see it as a trap where magic users wish to kill curious humans.)

Aura Fowa

It had been around two days since Auras followers had been attacked by hunters. She knew the heavy weight that laid on all their shoulders, but she was determined not to allow it to put down their thoughts and faith. She'd been thinking what the best thing to do would be, coming to the conclusion that possibly allowing them a days rest would be a good idea. Leaving her room she slowly made her way towards the courtyard that was in the middle of Zoarus. People were all around, helping the injured but also continuing with their daily lives. Smiling towards them all, her footsteps were light as a feather making little to no sound as they hit the cobbled floor. "Good morning all!" She shouted softly. Everyone waved and welcomed her out before carrying on with their work. Her eyes searched around for the loyalist of her followers as she continued down the small paths within the forest. But the lonely walk always took it's toll, much like her betrayal love, she struggled with sleep, nightmares plagued her mind. Yet it was something she'd never let get in her way, the only thing she wished for was to speak to those loyal to her, give them comfort of confirmation they wouldn't be leaving unless necessary for a day or so. With this, she continued her search.

Rebecca poked her head out of the scroll she was reading. The information she had been looking for was threadbare, but it pointed her in overwhelmingly in one direction. One witch who knew the secrets she sought. Thing is, that witch had been dead for centuries. For most, it would be a literal dead end, but the redhead had ways around that.

A sudden onset of coughing left Rebecca doubled over, and she noted the taste of blood with dismay. Her sickness was progressing faster now. At her best guess, she had two or three weeks left, and that was with Aura's skills at healing. The race was on.

She stretched her arms out and went outside, looking for Aura. As it turned out, she didn't have far to search. "Hello, Aura. How go things this fine and glorious day?"

Her big ears twitched as she heard a familiar voice reach her ears. The curled up ball shifted a little bit laying upon a rather think branch up in a nearby tree. Her tail flicked behind her as her face nuzzled into her arms. It was an attempt by the sleeping Eris to try and sleep so more. She tended to be the type prone to like taking naps when things got quiet. It was perhaps one of the elements that did really tease the more 'animistic' side of her, seeming a bit carefree. Sitll, it was something she had a habit of finding a 'safe' spot before she ever did such a thing. Even among allies she was very cautious of others. She knew many were far less easy about her being around. No matter how sweet and innocent she might act, there was no question about the darkness lingering inside her seeping out despite her how she may act.

Her ears twitched again as she stubbornly opened her eyes. She glanced down in a daze, noticing Rebecca speaking. She glanced over hearing the mention of Aura. She practically jumped, taken back by her sudden appearance as her mind quickly shifted recalling her voice she had so half heartedly stirred to realizing it had been her. She shuffled about, suddenly slipping from the tree. She let out a sudden shout, falling to the ground landing upon all fours, a sense of panic briefly washed over her catching herself before she might land face first iinto the ground.

She shuffled up quickly coming off quite awkward in her motion still not having fully awakened. She blinked heavily trying to wash away the sleepiness as she stood at attention. "Ah, mistress Aura! Its good to see you Ma'am... I mean miss... I mean my Lady." She spoke bowing her head a bit too enthusiastic attempting to come off more proper to the woman who had been so kind as to accept her despite her.... condition. She wasn't really one typically use to the more formal part of society always floundering a bit in an effort to try and fit in.

"It's good to see you!" She spoke attempting to regain her posture in response, not intending to be rude to Rebecca in the process.

Aura Fowa
Aura glanced over towards Rebecca with a smile. She was happy to see that she was paying Aura a visit. Something that Aura always admired was the bravery that Rebecca showed for not being part o the on-coming war. Even if she was in danger of her own life from Hunters and Calicos followers, Aura would always offer her protection if she'd need it. "Good morning Rebecca. Things are well here. Yourself?" Her smile grew even more when she heard the pitter patter of someone else coming along. One of her favourite followers, Eris. Someone she had stood by for as long as she'd known her, helped her battle with her own demons, it was someone she'd never give up on. Once she'd finished speaking Aura raised her hand with a great but soft smile. "How many times must I tell you. Just Aura Eris. We are all equal." Glancing towards the both of them she took in a long breath of fresh air before resting her eyes again. "I'm glad you two are here. I have some news to give you all." Her smile faded slightly but looking down for a moment it perked up again. Her emotions were something she had to block away to keep her people safe. If they knew of the nightmare and the feelings she had, who knows what they would begin thinking of her. It was something she couldn't afford at thi moment.

Alecia

Alecia had just returned from her trip to the forrest, she'd left early in the morning before the sun had risen upon the landscape, it was safest then, after all she didn't need light to see and any hunters tended to still be asleep. The attack two days ago had hit hard and she was being somewhat overworked in the means of assisting the more adept healers with fetching herbs and such from the undergrowth in an attempt to help out. She walked slowly, her knapsack strap held tightly in one hand, she wasn't exactly the most comfortable with walking through areas where lot of people gathered and her place just so happened to be past the courtyard.

A small sigh escaped her mouth and with a slight nod she began walking through tensely, her light blue eyes retaining their hazy appearance and her pale skin glimmering a little under the suns rays. She had to be careful not to be spotted coming from out in the forrest alone, after attacks they were told to always enter with a group or at the very least a partner…. Lets just say Alecia had ignored that rule more than a few times. Another reason she didn't enjoy the courtyard was all the moving people and objects in it, the blurry shapes and quickly changing colours tended to confuse her and she ended up walking into others rather often. It just so happened that this was currently occurring as whilst she walked along, tensed up and glancing around quickly trying to gain her barring she walked straight into someone speaking quite haphazardly with another, something about ma'am and my lady? She didn't have time to work out what was spoken however as she fell backwards and barely managed to catch herself by grasping onto said persons shoulders, her already white face turning an even lighter shade as she nervously giggled,
"S-Sorry…." She mumbled in a small voice, squinting a little as she tried to focus on the individual in front of her. Argh!? She could be such a klutz sometimes.

"YAAAAARG" The loud roar of Kuma's yawn echoed throughout the forests edge, scattering several butterflies, moths, and birds who had been attracted to his energy as he slept. "run along little ones, the time for sleep is over." He said calmly. He grabbed the long pole and used it to help him rise to all fours. He began to walk his usual trek through the forest, gathering berries and flavored barks. The bushes and trees complained as per usual but a quick pass from his paw would cause what he took to grow back and their grumbling ceased. Continuing his morning routine he waded into the river dunking his big head only once, and coming back up quickly with a trout in his mouth. Climbing back to the edge of the river he soothed the fish before smashing its head with a rock. "Sleep now brother, may your next life bring you wings." He said sitting on a nearby flat stone and eating his breakfast. He rose his eyes to the horizon smiling as he saw the life forces of the mages, they shone brighter than any animal... Besides maybe a dragon or a spirit. "perhaps I will have company today."

Kyriel Fristan

Kyriel forced himself not to blink as he stared at his own hands. Ever since the battle, whenever his eyes closed it would all come back. The blood that had stained his hands after he let loose, and the feeling of pain in his own side where he'd been hit. His side had only been grazed by some sort of attack, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. A bolt of his lightning, the strike stronger than he'd intended, had hit someone. They'd been flung back and landed on the ground, either unconscious or dead. Either way, it made Kyriel a target to some of the hunters. The rest was a blur after that. All Kyriel really remembered were his eyes constantly darting back to the figure on the ground.
Unfortunately, recalling that memory had forced his eyes closed. When they opened again, Kyriel was looking at blood dripping off his hands. He tried to wipe them anywhere, his clothes, the forest ground, and even a nearby tree. No matter what he did, the blood remained. He gulped.
'Relax... Just relax and don't do anything. It's not real, none of it. 1 point for holding back, lose 2 for attacking.'
Kyriel clenched his hands closed, trying desperately to calm down. The hallucinations were going to get worse if he didn't. It was almost working, and then he heard a roar. It echoed through the forest and Kyriel started running. People. He needed to be around other people. If they didn't react, he would know it wasn't real.
He exited the forest in a dash, turning immediately to the first voices he heard. There were multiple. He could still hear that roar in the back of his head. It sounded familiar, but he didn't have time to think about it now. As he reached the group talking, the first one he recognized was Aura. He didn't even look at the rest. His eyes were focused on her, seeing how she would react to the roar, if she had even heard it at all.

FYRSTA
Sunlight poured down upon the canopy of trees and foilage, causing the strips of green leaves to glimmer and shiver in the soft breeze. In a circle of the dancing trees, a young woman sat in the middle of the area, light shining upon her forest colored head. Eyes closed and lips pursed, her features were apparent in tranquility, chest rising and falling rhythmically. She had become so still she looked like she had become one with nature, a boulder that would not be shifted.

She remained in that state until a roar shook the leaves and caused birds to flutter away in alarm. Opening one eye, she chuckled lightly and climbed to her feet. Natures way of telling me to get off my ass?
Rising to her 5'4 stature, she lifted her chin up to the sun and murmured a farewell and thanks with a soft smile.

Keithia was probably closest to nature, feeling as if it understood her and she understood it. The barren earth calmed her, and she did whatever she could to protect and heal it. As peculiar as it sounds, nature was her best friend.

After putting a young squirrel back in its nest, she made way for the Courtyard, knowing Aura required all of her followers today. She was unsure exactly to what it was, but she would do anything for the fair haired witch. Without her and her tribe she would've still been wondering around the forest like a savage with no purpose, a heart filled with fear and hate.

Reminiscing about her upbringings, she practically floated towards the courtyard with the joyous mood she was in, plants curling up towards her and beaming.
Every step she took, small buds of flowers would bloom and disappear, birds circling above her head and chirping to her about their new hatchlings. The feathered beings chirped out a cry before fluttering away. Confused, she glanced back to see a man sprinting away from the forest. He seemed to be quite frightened, not even noticing her..

Shrugging and taking a few steps, realization swept over her.
That was Kyriel.

Licking her lips, she tried to run after him, shouting. "Hey-!"
Apparently that had not gotten his attention, so she kept quiet and followed after the raven haired warlock, always finding him a curiosity.
Ever since she had met him, she had wanted to befriend him, but.. he seemed rather distant. Scared? Disassociated?
Keithia couldn't describe it other than how she was after her parents were slaughtered and her village turned to ashes.

Panting at the attempt to catch up, she finally slowed to a stop in the courtyard. Straightening up, she swiped her hand over her forehead. Composing herself for a few minutes, she had approached the group and Kyriel.

Keithia offered a smile and bowed to Aura and the other females, curls falling over her ever-changing orbs. "Greetings, sorry if I'm late.." She trailed off and glanced over to Kyriel and leaned in slightly. "Are you ok?"

(Cries. That was terrible ; 3 ; I promise that my posts aren't always this sucky qnq )

Eris looked on hearing Aura speak as she nodded her head enthusiastically. "Ah yes yes... of course of course. I'm here to listen." She spoke scratchingt he back of her head awkwardly. It was at that moment she was caught off guard gasping out loudly as she was bumped into. She fumbled a little bit getting her own footing as hands grabbed at her small shoulders. Her ears were kept lifted up in alert. Her head turned as her amber eyes glanced back, the fine slits that were her pupils looking back at the person who had bumped into her as her tail flicked behind her.

"Um... hi... are... you okay?" She spoke seeming a bit lost uncertain how to react. She seemed to snap to quickly, her hands fumbling over her body as if to check her things out of sheer habit from her earlier days in life. She looked puzzled seemingly a bit relieved to not feel as if she was the most awkward one around anymore not really caring all that much about being bumped into considering she felt as if she looked far less weird from her own stumbling into the situation earlier. It had left her ear twitching a bit as if she thought she heard some sound like a roar or something though she simply dismissed it.

She glanced over seeing a few more arrive looking on at each of them almost suspicious in her gaze for a moment before smiling lightly. She didn't want to come off looking paranoid... even if she felt a little uneasy with so many people suddenly around her. Still, she knew Aura wouldn't try anything bad with her.... would she? She shook her head a bit dismissing such a thought. It was a stupid thought on her part to even be contemplating. The mentioning of a meeting did make her jump a bit as her ears perked up.

"Meeting?" She spoke a little worried not having heard about it before looking back at Aura. She did say she had something she wanted to tell them though she didn't think there was a meeting.

Alecia

Alecia let go of the shoulders she'd latched onto slowly, after the girl inquired wether or not she was okay all she gave in reply was a small nod in a rather nervous fashion. She took a few steps forward to make sure she didn't bump into anything else causing her to look as if she was a part of the small gathered group, she wasn't sure who anyone was, the voices she'd heard unfamiliar and the courtyard to crowded to try and make out the faint lines of their figures. One thing she was almost positive of however was the presence of Aura, she could've sworn to have heard the females voice just a few moments earlier, her eyes looked off into the distance in their normal dazed way as she slowly reached a hand out, moving it up and down a little until coming into contact with the woman she assumed to be Aura, if she was there Alecia would feel a lot better about being surrounded by all these people, that and possibly be able to get some help with going to drop the herbs off without bumping into anyone else.

There was of course the risk this was some stranger but- she was willing to take the chance however hesitant she may have been. She slowly moved her palm up the woman's shoulders and gently touched her facial structure, a small and warm smile settling on her face, it was Aura. Aura was one of, or rather the only person she had any confidence in, she was able to work out most people she knew by touching their faces, each individual person had such different features wether minor changes or bounds apart she could tell them apart almost immediately. She lowered her hand from the woman's face rather awkwardly, her pale cheeks turning a lightly blushed colour, "Good morning." She greeted quietly.

It was then that two new voices joined the group, one running over and the other coming over in a more relaxed manner. Not two moments ago she'd heard a loud roar-like noise coming from within the forrest but hadn't questioned it too much, more curious than anything else. She had no idea who the running person was but a voice Alecia was familiar with then came from the other, Keithia. Well- 'familiar' was a word she used lightly, she in fact admired the girl quite a lot, she'd heard from the other healers about her powers over nature and plant life, what she'd give to be able to do the things she'd heard of the older female achieving. She'd only spoken to her once or twice but had made sure to remember the woman's voice as clearly as possible.

She couldn't help but straighten up a little at her appearance, looking about as nervous as someone could be. So many people and voices were surrounding her and out of the lot she only knew two of them. Those two being from the people she most respected, the small and fragile looking girl was quite literally trembling on the spot, her glazed over eyes wandering aimlessly as she gulped quietly, she attempted to take a step back in hopes of removing herself a little from within circle, honestly only achieving to make herself look even more out of place.

Kyriel Fristan

"I..." Kyriel's eyes darted back between the woman speaking and the forest. No other sounds came from the foliage but the quiet rustle of leaves in the wind. "Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine." He nodded, the gesture meant to reassure both himself and the girl of that fact. He let out a shuddering breath, trying once again to calm him nerves, as he looked her over. Continuing to call her 'the girl' in his head would be distracting, especially with a number of women currently in the group. Taking in her green hair and the small patch of budding flowers at her feet, it wasn't hard to tell who she was. Keithia, a mage with an almost astounding connection with nature. He'd talked to her a few times, right? Or at least some form of her hallucination or not.
With that figured out, Kyriel directed his attention to the rest of the group, his heart still racing in his chest. All of the figures he'd seen at some point or another, though he could only name a couple by name. Eris was common knowledge to most people living in Zoarus. Many tended to keep away from the girl because of her heritage. There was Aura, of course. He'd seen her first after his exit from the forest. The rest he couldn't name off the top of his head.
Attention successfully diverted, Kyriel allowed himself to listen to the conversations around him. Apparently, there'd been a lot of stumbling into this meeting, by him and others. At least he wasn't the odd man out. He debated leaving the group, but he still worried about what he'd been seeing. With more people there, he'd know the difference between his own fiction and reality.

"I'm glad to see you as well, Aura." The necromancer glanced around nervously at the large crowd starting to gather. It had been a long time since everyone had been needed. Not since... since the banishing. Whatever was going on, it would be quite an ordeal. But Rebecca kept her mouth shut. She was no telepath, and speculation would never get her anywhere.

Aura Fowa
Aura smiled as everyone slowly began to gather around her, her large family had been growing over the years and she remembered meeting them all. Including the one who caused the roar. Her heart slowing lit up knowing that there were people she could trust, not that she had ever doubted it before. Nodding towards Eris as she spoke, Auras attention was taken by Alecia from her unusual greeting, but this was normal for Aura. Closing her eyes, Aura placed her hands round the cheeks of Alecia softly before moving them away the same time Alecia let go. "Good morning my dear." Her voice was soft and gentle as if a flower petal dropped to the floor, but her expression changed slightly as she noticed Kyriel. Her face was worried, she knew the troubled he'd been having and wanted to help, but there are some demons people have to face by themselves. She opened up her arms to them all with her staff in hand. "Good morning to you all! I believe we all heard the morning roar coming from Kuma, and as I mentioned, there is news to give. I think the forest would be a good place to give it to you." An intake of great breath to hold in her emotion worked just enough. Slowly beginning to walk, she patted the heads of each and every person around her.

Eventually they reached the forest. Noticing Kuma by the river eating his fish, Aura glanced back to her followers before raising her staff, she sent a soft but chilly wind over towards Kuma to grab his attention. Giggling to herself she stopped before sitting herself down on the soft grass by the river. "Come, let us all sit together." Her smile shinned as she patted the ground, being around nature on pressing matters made her feel better about the situation at hand.

Liði
The viridescent haired witch watched as his dark orbs shifted from the forest back to her in an anxious manner. Dismissing that he was fine, she arched an eyebrow and folded her arms over her chest. Though he claimed thing's were "ok", she felt as if that were near to the opposite. Nonetheless, she knew when people wanted to be left alone. So, she merely whispered to him: "Well, you can come to me anytime if there's some sort of problem."

Leaving Kyriel be, she then returned her attention to the remainder of the females. What first caught her eye was the blind teen that Aura was comforting. Keithia smiled softly at her leader and at the younger witch. She heard from a little birdie (literally) that the ivory haired female admired her. Upon hearing this, she was overcome with surprise but... strange warmth. That little fuzzy feeling in one's stomach. That feeling that had been absent for quite a while.

Once Aura began to address the group, she approached Alecia and ruffled her hair. "Excited kiddo?" She asked with a grin before blooming a small blue flower on the top of her head. Keithia chuckled slightly before giving her arm an encouraging pat before shifting her attention to their leader. Keithia was much tolerant and nicer to the youth, stubborn and outspoken with most people. I guess children are her softspot (right next to plants and animals), but the thought of having them were out of the question at the moment.

Pushing away the thoughts of possible offspring, she returned a 'good morning' to Aura, brightening up when she stated they were going to go into the forest. Too excited with the thought of the flora and fauna, she didn't even question who Kuma is.
Following the group with apprehension, they were soon welcomed by towering, ruby mushrooms and the skyscrapers of trees. Letting her eyes flutter close, she took in the surroundings, feeling the breeze kiss her skin and let the woodland whisper to her.

Jade eyes opening, they soon danced with excitement. She took sight of the bear Aura was interacting with, immediately wanting to tackle the beautiful creature in an embrace. Holding herself back, she stood there, fidgeting slightly. She was glad Aura had motioned to sit down, giving her an excuse to move.

Alecia

Alecia was surprised when Aura had touched her cheeks back, after all- it wasn't exactly the most normal off things, It was just one of those 'blind people things' as Alecia had so named it. But despite the odd situation it was never the touches she got back that surprised her, no. It was more the touch, the woman's hands felt so- cold. After the female had greeted her back she stayed quietly in wait of their leaders next words, Kuma? It seemed like an odd name to Alecia for anyone, and why did he roar…. Wait- why did he live out in the forest!? Suddenly the young girls mind was flooded with some of the most peculiar questions, this was interrupted however when Keithia came over to her and ruffled her hair.

Alecia darted backwards quickly at it, she'd heard the woman approach but any sort of contact with another that she didn't plan, anything that caught her off guard- she took a small breath and nodded a little in response to the older females question, "About meeting you or the meeting?- I-I mean I'm excited about both but not in a creepy way it's just I've heard a lot about you and I really love plants I actually have quite a few herbs I picked up from the forrest earlier and- flowers and stuff are so beautiful! I-I mean when I could see them they were…. Now they're just kinda….. I'm ranting, I'm so sorry!?…." She spluttered out trying to act like she hadn't just acted like the woman had slapped her a few moments ago. That was so embarrassing! And in front of Keithia too~ A small sigh escaped her lips the woman's laugh seemed so genuine, though at the pat Alecia once again darted away, tensing up. She wasn't comfortable with anyone touching her, no one except Aura. She was fine with touching others, but she couldn't help flinching at any others contact, after all, to her contact used to bring only pain. The only reason she was okay with Aura doing it was because when she just arrived Aura had been the one to comfort her, the one to tell her everything was okay…. And to a scared child who was all alone- that meant the world.

Once everyone began moving to the forrest it wasn't until they entered that she remembered she hadn't even intended to stay with the group in the first place, she'd been meaning to drop the herbs off and quite literally bumped into them. A small and awkward smile curved its way onto her lips as a light chuckle escaped her mouth. Alecia loved the forrest but normally had to make her way through it slowly, she knew all the paths up and down by heart but forrest change, plants grow and the roots that suddenly appear or dirt piles created by small animals could be somewhat of a hazard, this was such a case as she tripped over a total of ten times on the way to the river, a new record for herself and in front of all these people too. Not wanting to fall again she latched her hands onto the nearest person which just happened to be Keithia.

She heard a chuckle escape Aura's lips in her normal chipper tune, what was she laughing at? Sometimes it was annoying to be blind, no matter how much she tried to quint she couldn't get an idea of what anything around her was except for the blurry and faint colour of the sky. She sat down with the group, thankful they'd stopped moving but forgotten to let go of the woman's arm, she was somewhat sandwiched between Aura and Keitha, "W-Who's Kuma?…. Is he here?…." She asked both woman quietly, Glancing around despite her glassy eyes just looking out beyond into what was seemingly a place no other could see.

Rebecca didn't like the forest. Hated it, in fact- mainly because the feeling seemed mutual. The branches seemed oddly menacing, and the way the sticker bushes assaulted her especially often only reinforced her suspicions. It was as if the plants themselves could sense the aura of death that surrounded the young necromancer. Still, she followed Aura into the woods and sat down beside her, waiting for the news.

Eris saw the girl nod, blinking a bit puzzled looking up at her. She wasn't all that familiar with everyone there... Aura being the only one she more often spoke to. She had a habit of being more 'reclusive' something that was aided by the general unease she felt others had for her. Her appearance was far from a normal one, one that wasn't to difficult for those sensative enough to see the darkness that comprised of her own powers. It was only made worst that she knew there were rumors of people linking her to the demon terror known as Marchocia... a rumor unfortunately for her was quite true given she was her daughter.

She followed along as Aura ushered them to the forest. She moved over, propping ehrself some more so taking a more animalistic pose sitting ready to spring up at any moment, her tail resting on the ground behind her. She had purposely sat a little bit aways, not wanting to place herself close to others in fear of it making them uncomfortable... and in part not being quite trusting of any of them fully outside Aura. Even with Aura, she truthfully could feel uneasy out of habit.

Her eyes wandered, glancing around at the others being brief in her observations of them. She didn't want to go staring, her own time as a street urcchant jaded her own mind into viewing that as suspicious given it being a typical thing she use to do to get an idea on someone before stealing. It wasn't hard for her to project her gaze being something similar in the eyes of others. Her ears remained at attention listening in for her lady to speak.
