Power: Atomkinesis

- Ability to control and manipulate atoms.


- Like all other powerful abilities, it tires the user.


- Can solidify air by condensing the atoms into a near-solid wall.


- Can liquefy solid objects by loosening the atoms inside to the point where they move when touched.


Personality: Slightly sadistic, really only on the emotional side of things. King Complex. Really, honestly, truly, does not give a fuck.


Background: The moment Colin was diagnosed with HAKS, he went AWOL. He broke out of the hospital the next day. Colin felt like he was losing his mind. Catching a disease that killed 98% of the population... He felt as if his reign had come to an end, and it was unacceptable. Colin had always been the hot shot in his middle-of-nowhere high school. Starting QB, Clean-up Batter, Basketball star, he was an all-rounder. Those that he could call 'friends' were just leeches, clinging to him as if some of his talent would rub off on them. They were all fakes.


The disease changed everything though. Even if he did not have any real friends, he liked the fame that came with his talents. It gave him the feeling of being King, and that got him off. After crawling from the hospital, about a good mile or so out, he collapsed. He laid there waiting to die, but never accepting it. The next time Colin opened his eyes, he could tell things were different. The shock of seeing an unfamiliar roof caused him to subconsciously activate his power. The bed underneath him liquidized and he fell through, then again with the floor beneath that until he hit solid concrete on the floor below. They told him he had Atomkinesis, and that those that were surviving HAKS were gaining similar abilities.


He was not there long though. With his new abilities, he forced his way out of the facilities. The world was desolate, the final death toll killing over 6 billion people. Those that did not gain powers were immune. They would not last long in this world full of super-freaks. Using the stars as a guide, he quickly found that he was near New York City. There he traveled to see a make-shift little town, built by survivors. He had a new goal, now. Become king of New York.

Age:18


Power: Logikinesis. Dru can manipulate logic in an immediate area however the effects vary and he can't manipulate a person but he can effect things around people however overuse makes his head hurt and he has a tenancy to forget simple things.


Personality: Dru has a calm and relaxed outward apperance chosen to act calm mean while he is analyzing everything over and over in his mind. Dru usually has the common sense to know not to use his powers recklessly or at all really making him seem meek or weak.


Background: Dru one day hopes to restore the world to its former glory by removing the virus with his power however he knows he has a lot of work to make it happen.

Name: Zadock


Age:16


Power: Electrokinesis


Personality: Zadock seems to bounce off walls and is constantly moving from one thought to the next. He can come across as scatterbrained and a little dim but in actuality his mind moves thoughts much faster than normal allowing him to out distance people.


Background: Zadock only looks for fun and contests of strength.

Appearance (Picture preferred):

She is rather short being at 5 foot and 3 inches, and her build is more on the lean and mean side. Her chin/cheeks are a little more rounded then the face shape shows and her freckles are more widespread.


On a side note, there is a scar on the left side of the picture under her eye that she got during recces one day when she tripped and hit that side of her face on a ledge. The scar is where she got stitches from it.


Name: Madison Anne Strong


Age: 16


Power: Pyrokinesis- Control over fire. She can’t produce it out of thin air though. There has to be some sort of fire or flame nearby.


Personality: Madison is a little wary of people at first, as well as very defensive. After that passes She is a wild and off the walls. She also doesn’t mind a little havoc, all the time. Her morals are good and true though. She also may or may not be a little on the insane side with grief.


Background: She was really shy when she was younger and would cling to her brother for support everywhere she went. She wouldn’t talk to people she didn’t know, and her brother would have to force her to make friends. As she got older she started to relax a little bit, though her hesitancy towards other never faded. Once HAKS disease came, killing her family including her brother, she went a little crazier than she would have otherwise due to grief. She hasn’t lost her morals, or her sense of self though. As time goes on she’ll slowly start to regain herself and will start to calm down once more, though she will never be the shy little girl who clung to her brother for everything again.

Mya Sunset

((Power of Sensory Manipulation))

Appearance:

Sometimes she creates the illusion of being part fox just for fun. She likes that people look at her differently when she appears to have a fox tail and ears. Her hair is, however, naturally ginger. She is a little on the short side at 5'1"

Personality:

Mya is very mischievous, and likes to laugh. She never means much harm, but likes to "spice things up" a little in life. She usually only uses her power for fun and likes to trick people.

Background:

Mya lived a somewhat normal life until the age of 10. She had never been a shy child, and that never would have changed. Except, at the age of 10, her mother contracted the disease. Her father and sister went away. That knew all hope was lost for her mother, and fled, to not get it themselves. Mya stayed with her until the end.


She then later got the disease herself, except she survived. She travels a lot, hoping to find her sister and father again, and tell them the news.

Name: Conrad Curze


Age: 16


Power: Nihilikinesis: The ability to manipulate nothingness. This power seems like nothing at first, but it is actually very potent. How does it work? Explained below.

• The user has the ability to manipulate nothingness. In the same; they can negate and destroy all forces, laws and rules of existence. Examples: (Note!!!: His powers are limited, and he is not as strong to do some of the things below)
  Can levitate by removing gravity around himself.
  
• Can teleport, and teleport others or teleport items by removing space between himself and the target.
  
• Can heal wounds by erasing wounds.
  
• Can destroy items, other beings and even memories.
  
• Delete death from someone, reviving them.
  
• Remove logical concepts.
  
• Remove the concept of aging, making someone, or himself immortal in a sense.
  
• Can manipulate matter, by destroying quarks, atoms, molecules or parts of such, or even destroying pressure or gravity.
  
• Remove nothingness itself within a certain area, in a certain way; thus doing the opposite and creating.
  
• And many others. As mentioned above: He is not strong enough\discovered some of these abilities and it will take time.
  

Personality: Conrad feels dull most of the time, thinking about life and other things. This was caused by the HAKS disease, and he thought that he was going to die. But something else happened and he was able to survive, gaining the power of Nihilikinesis, allowing him to negate different parts of existence. He has not reached, or discovered even a minor part of his potential yet, and thinks that his power can only remove items. It will take some time before he discovers the full truth.


Despite that; he has a very sarcastic, brooding and dark sense of humor; but seems to never be able to laugh at it himself. He has a half-assed sense of justice, that works in quite a simple way: If they're good, they deserve good. They deserve as much good as they are. If they're bad, they deserve bad. They deserve as much bad as they are. And thinks of using his power to entact judgement, as a sort of vigilante.


Background: Conrad was born with an immense fear of death, and really cared about his safety in his child years. He rarely left the safe walls of his house, trying to find protection within. This fear was put aside when he was 15 years old and contacted the contagious HAKS disease. He was pretty much 100% sure that he would die, after hearing what the disease did to people. His parents did not survive being infected with it, and died in the same hospital room as him.


This event had a major mental impact on Conrad's thinking, and in what he believed to be his last moments of being alive; he abandoned God and religion, believing that if God existed he would not have let such a thing happen to him. To his surprise; he survived the encounter with the virus, and at first thought that it was actually God having mercy on him, but he was never sure and remained agnostic. He discovered his power of Nihilikinesis somewhat later on, however up to this day he thinks that his power simply revolves around removing things from existence, and is unaware that there is much more depth, and potential to it. He lives in a small house with his grandparents.
