Confidence is Everything
You can't always expect life to bend to your every desire, sometimes you actually have to work to achieve greatness
But, there are times where life gives some of us an advantage.
Two years ago, a life-changing event took place, the whole world witnessed the event that was later known as the Celestial Flash, the whole sky lit up, night became day everywhere, and the sky had a purple hue to it for only 20 seconds.
However, this event wasn't a normal lightshow like the mainstream media has led everyone to believe, some individuals who looked up to the flash had their bodies... altered, the best way to describe this is that they became 'superhuman'
Some had minor changes: better vision, night vision, etc. but some actually had recieved abilities nobody would believe were possible: Telekinesis, flight, body transformation, etc.
Some individuals used their newfound gift for good, others satisfied their desires. Recently, an incident with a Pyromancer cought the government's attention, that sparked the creation of the MHCU, the MetaHuman Containment Unit.
This Unit is a special army designed to hunt down and contain or kill MetaHumans, or Metas.
Most of the Metas avoid using their power in public due to the agressiveness of the MHCU, although that doesn't stop them from leading normal lives. Our story follows the few Metas who begin to stand up against the MHCU, this little rebellion aims to free every Meta from the shackles the MHCU tries to put on them.
The MHCU is a group of people who control a specific army unit designed to neutralise Metas
They have access to many weapons, some are a little more futuristic than the other
They are no grand group, only the best can become part of the MHCU
The Meta Rebellion tries to stop the MHCU from taking away the freedom of the Metahumans
Almost all of the members are Metas themselves.
