How do I add those texts that display underneath your posts when you comment?

Possibly. I don't remember if signatures were part of the ten post and twenty-four hour rule.
My suggestion is to post one more time and wait until twenty-four hours has passed.

Yes, signatures require you have at least 10 posts on the site and an account older than 24 hours.
