BASIC INFORMATION
Name
: Andrew Ainsley
Aliases: Configure
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Human

PERSONAL
Sexuality
: Bisexual
High Concept: Budding superhero who's learning from others around him, figuratively and literally.
Organizations\Affiliations:
- Metahuman Threat Response - Registered Metahuman: Hero Classification

Personality: Andrew is a fountain of joy and glitter. His attitude has been likened to a "leaking nuclear reactor, but replace the radiation with sunshine, glitter, and rainbows." Even in the worst of times, Configure can crack jokes and stab quips in his opponent's way. His presence is often regarded to as soothing, and he is very good at dealing with unruly children or mellowed seniors. In an interview, he explained he became a hero because of his desire to help and the power to make change for the better actually happen.

Deep underneath his convenient facade, all of his features, from the bright attitude, boy-scout politeness to his unerring sense of duty are all a coping mechanism to deal with the post-accident trauma inflicted on him years ago, for which he blames his inability to be a sufficiently model superhero.

Backstory: Aged seven, Andrew and his mom were strolling through the park in his hometown of Boston when a fleet of Irian starships arrived in the atmosphere and began teleporting in their invasion troops. They brought in a secret superweapon; their mothership, a component of which was an active superpower scanner that allowed the ship to come up with proper countermeasures against attacking superheroes by deploying robots and giving them superpowers to counter those of the heroes they encountered.

The MTR sent in several of the most high-ranked heroes, such as Olympian, as well as some locals like Protocol and Vermillion. The team began fighting the aliens and Olympian personally flew into the atmosphere. After a minute of space combat, Protocol hacked the robots and allowed Olympian to enter the bridge of the mothership. The alien overlord opted to self-destroy it in a hopeless bid to kill Olympian. The mothership crashed with the main of its bulk slightly west of Boston, away from any large urban areas, but some pieces of the ship scattered across the entire state as expected of space rubble.

One such piece of rubble was the scanner matrice and several pieces of the hull, that happened to fall into the park. The initial shockwave threw Andrew and his mom away in the same direction. He was on the verge of death, in pain and could only crawl, so he went to find his mother. A tower of rubble almost collapsed on him, and he barely hopped away and found himself staring at it, as a piece of glass in it cracked open and a hard, green light shone out of it. Andrew didn't approach, but rather, bursts of the light entangled him, and then it disappeared.

That was when Olympian flew overhead, fighting some of the remnant aliens. A green flash sparkled in Andrew's vision at that instant, and in moments, he found himself standing up. Shortly thereafter, he didn't find it hard to lift a heavy beam of metal from his mother and to carry her to the hospital. He was seven, mind you.

Shortly thereafter, the abilities disappeared. He was checked by a doctor, but nothing was found, so Andrew thought nothing of it. When she had heard that her son saved her, his mother was surprised.

Years later, at age ten, Andrew was present in a public festival where Protocol made an appearance in person. Upon sighting the superhero as he manifested his ability and made the speakers on stage blast off with music, Andrew's sight flared green again and he found himself muttering one word: "Configuring..." Afterward, when he came back home, he found that he didn't need a TV remote to turn on his TV and could simply do it through thought. That's when it struck him, and a week later, Andrew signed up for the Wards Program and became a sidekick to a superheroine called Red Queen for most of his adolescence.

At eleven years old, Andrew had figured out the gist of his power. He could absorb 'data' from a metahuman's power and use it as a base for creating his own power. It wasn't as much power copying, as it was power learning. There were limits of course. The number of power slots he had seemed still for a year until a new one popped in, and the scanning speed and data limit were also concerns. Nonetheless, his versatility amazed his superiors.

During a bank robbery a year later, Andrew failed at a crucial moment and caused the robbers, including a dangerous supervillain by the name of Dark Diamond to get away. Red Queen scolded him and sent him home. That same night, Andrew's father who worked at the bank lost his work because of the robbery and returned home drunk. He began beating his mom, and then Andrew himself. The scanner picked up on this and in a feat of self-preservation, it turned Andrew's skin into a hard monocrystalline compound and when his father punched it, shards broke off and fired like bullets, killing both parents.

Andrew was traumatized and reported the events to the MTR. His superior, Director Coleman, not wanting to condemn the young hero to an orphanage, offered to take him in. Director Coleman was like a father to him, Red Queen like a mother, and Sergeant Griser was like that uncle you shouldn't hang out with. As a coping mechanism, Configure took on a very cheerful and happy personality that was never seen from him before.

Years passed as Configure became a full-time hero.

PHYSICAL
Appearance
:
8a0e4708639aca0297758d20708d1d95e070ece6_hq.jpg

Costume: The suit is a single black spandex piece from neck to toe, with thin rubber tirelike grips on the palms and soles. Glowing, shining green circuit board patterns, digital and blocky in appearance and minute in size, are stitched over the surface. Dull grey body armor, resembling riot gear, covers the chest, torso, and shoulders, but is thin and lightweight enough that the green patterns flow onto it.

A dull grey motorcycle helmet covers the head and mouth, leaving only the eyes visible behind a v-shaped visor, illuminated from behind by an electric green light. Where the nose and mouth would be, a single large arrowhead speaker sits, covered by a grill darker grey than the helmet itself. The entire helmet is smoothly round, matching the shoulders, and giving a slight impression of something that might've walked out of a spaceship on an old sci-fi set.

Weapons & Armor:
- Body Armor: Dull gray body armor, made from a hard plastic compound. Bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage are all considerably less harmful, but it can't take a bullet.
Items & Personal Belongings:
- A canister of containment foam.
- A canister of containment foam solvent.

Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent Negotiator, Diplomat: A naturally charismatic and straightforward individual, Configure can get along with almost everyone.
- Martial Artist: The Wards Program offered some combat training, both unarmed and melee, as well as with firearms. As a hero, he is expected to use his powers instead of weapons.
Superpowers:
- Scan & Configure: Configure's power resides from the alien Scanning & Metapower Configuration Core inside of him. To put it simply, the alien device constantly scans metahumans nearby (especially when they use their powers,) and writes down information of their doings as data, then stores it. There is a data amount limit, so when there is too much of it, some of it has to be discarded. When enough data is collected it can be used to Configure and synthesize a superpower based on the available data. The quality of his superpowers depends on the amount of allocated data and the type of data that was given.

Created Powers (Currently - Will Update As It Changes):
- Energy Orbs: A power that Configure synthesized as early as when he was twelve, and has improved and optimized over time. In its current configuration, it creates four floating orbs of hard, programmable kinetic radio energy, green in color. At order, they can fire a beam of energy at a target, delivering anywhere from 50 joules up to 1 kilojoule (enough to pierce a thin sheet of armor or break an unarmored person's bone in one blow.) If they are fired successively at their top rate of fire, they can fire three lasers per second per ball, which amounts to twelve shots per second, each one enough to shatter bone at full output. All-and-all, this power is a versatile long-range ability that can do anything from putting a thug out cold or dispatching an armed opponent quicker then he can raise his weapon.
- Doomsphere: For clean-up or much tougher targets, Configure uses the Doomsphere. It creates a baseball-sized mass of hard radio energy of green color. The mass can launch itself where directed, penetrating up to 2 feet of soft material or up to half a foot of steel and disintegrating everything it touches before disappearing. Its projectile speed is 90mph. Alternatively, Configure can create a thin, wall of hard radio that shreds matter on contact. The wall's area cannot exceed 30 square feet and it can be stationary or moving.
- Vibration: By vibrating his body's molecules to slip between other molecules, Configure can essentially walk through walls, phase his limbs through surfaces and perform similar feats. This can also be used to fly and move, but no faster than at the speed of five meters per second. Alternatively, it can be used by putting his hands or bodyparts near a surface and vibrating them intensely, essentially shattering the surface like a drill -- this works best on glass or other crystalline surfaces.

And some unused data, with a lot of free space.

Weaknesses:
- Soul Manipulation: The alien scanner bonded with Configure's higher brain functions and made a connection with his soul. Anyone who can manipulate souls will be able to disrupt its work or even untether it from him.
- Magic: The alien scanner has trouble concisely identifying magical metapowers and the data scanned is usually unstable or glitchy and the powers it creates can be wildly unpredictable in many cases. The closest it can come to creating a stable metapower is by scanning a single 'rote' or "spell" cast by a magic user, but even then, the risk of data instability is present.
- Combat Configuration: Scanning can very easily be done in combat on its own, but configuration of metapowers usually takes at least twenty seconds in a calm environment at best, so doing it on the run, while fighting and dodging attacks can be difficult and might end up producing a code failure or resulting in a power focused solely on self-defense as a preservation mechanism by the scanner.

FLUFF (Optional)
Hobbies: Giving interviews to various news outlets, experimenting with various power combinations, training with other metahumans to obtain their data.
Quote\s: "Target acquired: scanning meta-components. Transcribing information. Data sufficient. Synthesizing meta-ability. Configuring... Process completed."

BASIC INFORMATION

Name: Rose Heartfield

Aliases: Vanish

Age: 21/lived here 2 years

Gender: Female

Species: Human

PERSONAL

Sexuality: Gay

High Concept: Wants to help the helpless.

Organizations\Affiliations: Rogue hero at night. No organizations or affiliations

Personality: Shy natured, bashful, likes silly jokes, not too fond of men because of her abusive father, timid of new surroundings, faithful, loyal, and makes friends easily when comfortable.

Backstory: Rose grew up in a small community outside of New York City. Her early years were great. A mother and father that loved her, some friends, and a school that was great. Everything was going well for her. Around the time she was 14, her mother got sick. Very, very sick. She had developed cancer in both her brain and her lungs. By the time Rose was 15, her mother had passed. The trauma was huge on Rose. So big, that it activated her dormant x-gene inside of her. A few nights after her mother had passed, she was breaking down in her room. She closed her eyes and began to scream, cry, and just let everything go. When she opened her eyes though, she found herself outside at a park down the street from her house. She had somehow gotten from her room to the park and she had no idea how.

The next few years were very rough. Rose’s dad had to get two jobs just to pay for everything. He started to drink more. Lost his mind in the madness of losing his love. He dealt with the pain the only way he knew how to. By taking it out on Rose. It wasn’t a lot but often enough where Rose was terrified of him. He would drink and drink until he got to the point where he couldn’t hold the anger in anymore. Rose would try to hide but he would still find her, always with a belt in hand. As this went on, she would occasionally use her new powers to teleport somewhere away from him on is worse days. He would think that she was just hiding or ran away for the night.

One night, when she was now 18, he was more drunk than usual when she got home. She was hoping he would have been asleep so that she wouldn’t have to deal with him. She had only just made it through the front door when his hand had connected with her face. She laid on the ground, feeling the blood from her nose run down her face, staring up at the monster her dad had become. He raised his fist to deliver what would be a lot of punches she would guess. As he did this, she threw her hands up and yelled, “LEAVE ME ALONE!” When she opened her eyes, he was no longer in front of her. She had no idea where he had gone. Then she heard a banging sound coming from the wall. She moved closer and put her ear against the wall to listen. Then a banging sound was heard along with screaming of get me out of here and where am I. She had teleported her dad into the dry wall. This was her chance. She ran upstairs to grab some clothes and some money she had saved away from babysitting jobs after which, she bolted out the door and to the bus station.

Rose is now 21 and living in Harpminster, Massachusetts. She has a couple of jobs and lives in a tiny apartment. It’s not the best neighborhood but she keeps to herself. At night, she practices with her powers to see what all she can do, while also, going out and helping the weak that can’t defend themselves during this rough time of villains being a foot.

PHYSICAL

Appearance: will supply picture of character. Not sure as far as costume. When she goes out at night, she throws on a hoodie and jeans. Stays in the darkness.

Weapons & Armor: Uses just a baseball bat for right now. Relies on her power for now as she only confronts small crimes and avoids the main villains.

Items & Personal Belongings: Backpack with a cell phone and laptop.

Skills & Abilities: Good at taking care of others due to her babysitting a lot through her teenage years. Has a good intellect as well.

Superpowers: Teleportation: basic teleporting powers. She can teleport anywhere she can see. If she focuses her powers enough, she can also teleport longer distances as long as she has been there and she can clearly see the picture of the placed in her mind.

Teleporting people/objects: This is untapped powers to her. She made her father teleport into a fall under fear. She has experimented with some objects here and there but only making them go a few inches from their original spot. She wants to explore these powers more as she grows.

Weaknesses: inexperience is the big thing. She has never gone up against actual villains. Seeing as she hopes to join the Hero Association one day, this fear of fighting actual villains is a huge thing to her. She has no hand to hand combat skills at all.

Name: Smitty
Aliases: Bob, Greg, Kevin, Steve, Dennis, Erik, John, Ted(All names that he's used before), Copycat, Mimic (His names when he's found out)
Age: About 19 chronologically and biologically, but can morph to look younger/older
Gender: Male. He refuses to turn into a girl.
Species: Alien. Known as Imitari.

PERSONAL
Sexuality
: He likes girls, but he could swing either way honestly.
High Concept: A young mimicry trickster, he likes to learn and analyze things...even if he has to steal his way to it.
Organizations\Affiliations: Despite his many faces which would've allowed him to have connections with various organizations simultaneously, he chooses to avoid getting involved with them more than necessary.
Personality: A child at heart, Smitty has been curious about everything, wishing to experience so many things. Despite that, he can quite cold to others if it would mean he can get what he wants.
Backstory: His kind have beem the kind of people to mix into the populace of the larger alien races of their home planet. Usually just as kind and playful merchants, rarely as any major power though. However...their kind hearted-ness made them easy prey to said races. Whenever one was found, they were captured, trained, and then used as spies and scouts. It was a terrible time, but after some time, their natural kindness faded and they decided to flip the entire spectrum of how they were seen.

They sowed discord into those who enslaved them and in the pursuing chaos, they escaped with as many of their kind...to this planet. They decided to be careful this time, rarely changing unless necessary and just became assimilated into the culture of humanity around them. They didn't want power, they simply wanted to live as they wished and simply that. With a large pinch of paranoia of being used again. At some point, somebody figured out they existed, and with detectors just to figure out whether someone is non-human now existing, they couldn't really hide. And so, Smitty took the first step. In return for going on this mission, his race will be allowed to intermingle with other races on the planet openly without discrimination. So long as he succeeds.

PHYSICAL
Appearance
: He can take the form of most guys ranging in their 10s-40s and about 3' to 7'2 tall. His 'hero' form, however, is about 4'6 and looks like this.
215979.jpg

While his natural form as an alien looks something like this.
Tensei-Shitara-Slime-Datta-Ken-F3.jpg

But a dark grey color instead and is about 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide. While he doesn't really have a skeleton, he's still solid, albeit kinda squishy.
He feels more comfortable in his alien form with only his kind around.
Weapons & Armor: He has a hoodie that he's gotten made to be able to stretch with his body, and is able to go back to being able to fit a kid. Other than that, he doesn't really have much else that would be special, but he does fight with whatever he has at the time in whatever manner he thinks they would work.
Items & Personal Belongings: He's got a few snacks hidden in his hoodie pockets.
Skills & Abilities: Mimicry: While this isn't an abnormal thing with his race, he has learned to analyze others skills (Things that can be taught and used, like shooting a gun or brawling) and can roughly copy it.
Brawling: He's gotten into a few fights around the place and is able to hold up on his own against plenty of people not specially trained.
Stealth: One of his more used skills, he is able to sneak around places with minimum sound.

Superpowers: Imitate: The most basic ability his race has, they have the ability to shapeshift to take a different form. This isn't quite fluid in types, however, and he is mostly limited to shifting into a Human form and back.
Amorphous body: His body can slip into most large cracks, and is able to tank blunt blows easier than normal folks and even some metahumans.

Weaknesses: He himself isn't quite effective at copying others attitudes, so if he tries to shift into somebody else, he'd still have a trace of his own personality still there, so anybody trying to look for him specifically can probably figure him out. Also, he can't quite copy somebody's power even if he imitated them due to not knowing what exactly causes them to be a metahuman.

His body is very flexible/squishy, but that doesn't mean he's a blob. More like a solid gelatin that acts as a film over all of his inner parts. It's effective against Blunt impacts, but isn't very effective against cuts, which can have him spill out his own blood, or strong enough punches that can just send chunks of him flying.

FLUFF (Optional)
Hobbies: Pranks. Lots of pranks. Besides that, exploring.

BASIC INFORMATION
Name
: James Krason
Aliases: Coordinator, The Planner
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Species: Human

PERSONAL
Sexuality
: Hetero

High Concept: Ruthless mastermind seeking to control the city, only just starting out.

Organizations\Affiliations: Currently works for hire advertising himself both in he criminal underground and for legal venues. Is looking to start an "Organization". Has some contacts from previous jobs.

Personality: James is a very analytical person, he is accustomed to thinking before acting. He is very proactive in his life always taking initiative. James has a big ego, believing himself to be the smartest person in the room and tends to be vindictive about slights against him. Despite this he also takes time to enjoy the little pleasures in life. He has no moral compulsions and is willing to do anything to achieve his objectives.

Backstory:
James was born in Harpminster son to a single poor mother. His mother worked as a prostitute to be able to pay the bills, she worked for one of the local gangs. Taking this into account James managed to live a very normal life, up until he was six years old. One day afer coming home from school James didn't find his mother home.

Now, James was a smart child thanks to his powers and so he managed to survive for about a week while looking for his mother. In the end he did manage to find her, dead. Apparently she had been stealing from one of her bosses and so he killed her as an example. Seeing the dead corpse of his mother laying in the street James vowed that he would do something about it, he didn't just know what yet.

During the next years, living alone and trying to fend off social services and the occasional foster family an idea started to take root in James mind: He would fix the city. This is how during his teenage years James found himself taking little incursions into the crime world, slowly learning about the scene so that he one day would bye able to control it and destroy it from within.

Nowadays he makes good money by taking both legal and illegal jobs as a consultant for hire. He offers to draft the plan for whatever objective you require in exchange for a commission or fee. Illegal jobs include things like bank heists and legal jobs include things like opening a new shop in the man street. He is using the money, resources and contacts to lay the foundations needed to establish himself as a big player in the city.

PHYSICAL
Appearance
: James is a tall man at 1,80 meters of height, he isn't very muscled yet he works out in order to maintain his appearance. He is cleanly shaven and has no tattoos, piercing or scars of any sort. He has an angular face with black hair and blue eyes and pale skin. He usually goes out in dress pants and a button up shirt when working or in public, for more discrete occasions he prefers jeans and a t-shirt.
When in costume James wears a full three piece gray suit custom tailored by him, the vest made from bullet-proof material. He covers his face with a white ceramic featureless mask with two holes for the eyes.

Weapons & Armor: Wears a bullet proof vest for his suit, has a blade folded into his cane, his cuff links are actually tied to the cuffs of his suit by a wire that uncoils when he pulls from them. Keeps a custom modified desert eagle fully loaded.

Items & Personal Belongings: None that are immediately relevant. The expected.

Skills & Abilities: Great ability at hand crafting thanks to his power. Good shot with his gun.

Superpowers:
James' power is that his intelligence supposedly increases in relation to the size and scope of the problems presented to him; therefore the greater the problem he's given, the faster he can find a solution to it. This applies to a wide range of applications. From his perspective his Power feeds him estimates and information with whatever task he set his mind to.
He also has a minor sub-talent for creating objects with multiple interlocking parts and a sense of aesthetic harmony.
His plans have more direct utility. When he personally directs his resources he always win. Further he can 'cordinate' plans to take out certain individuals. Though his tactical ability in direct encounters are less usable. Being able to create elaborate physical and social traps.

Weaknesses: He is physically weak and almost as helpless as a normal person in a one on one fight. His plans aren't perfect, going against him from a non calculated angle will probably make him lose. He is specially susceptible to being overwhelmed or continuous pressure, given that his strength lies in preparation and the ability to pick his fights.

FLUFF.
Hobbies: Chess is one of his favorite pass times, as are baseball fantasy leagues.
Theme: Handlebars by Flobots.

BASIC INFORMATION
Name
:
Cindee Lee

Aliases:
Jupiter

Age:
18

Gender:
Female

Species:
Human

PERSONAL
Sexuality
:
She's not sure; romance has never been a part of her life

High Concept:
Immature and somewhat slack sidekick is forced into lead role when mentor dies; it goes about as well as expected

Organizations\Affiliations:
She has connections with many of Harpminster's heroes, due to her time as a vigilante there

Personality:
A naturally quick thinking person, Cindee is the epitome of a plucky sidekick. Witty, determined and always headstrong, she managed to charm her way into many hearts in the vigilante community. Since her mentor’s death, though, she’s hardened quite a bit. She acts more serious on the field, even if she finds herself slipping into her cheery demeanour every now and then.

Misc: She’s a bit lazy, and doesn’t like working for things if she doesn’t have to. She’s got a very strong sense of right and wrong, and doesn’t stand for injustice. She can be a bit petty, and holds grudges. She’s very adaptable, and doesn’t struggle with changing to suit her environment. She’s very laidback in demeanour, and it’s hard to annoy her. Very stereotypical, self depreciating teenager.

Backstory:
Miles Sorenson was a vigilante.

Not a hero; he wasn't with any program. A middle aged man long past his prime, with a technology corporation slowly falling into disrepair as it couldn't keep up with the rapid advancements in technology, he refused to sign with any program out of obstinance and spite for the economy that was rendering his life's work null. Instead, he begun investing his millions of dollars into a different goal; he began working as a masked vigilante, because if the government wanted to ruin his company? He would ruin theirs. Using his resources to gain equipment, and utilising his long-hidden, lightning related abilities, he donned the name Jupiter.

Cindee was only 9 when her powers first manifested. She was never the closest to her parents, so she never felt any need to tell them what she could do. But at that age, she still had a longing to share what made her special with someone. Someone who she looked up to. And Jupiter was the perfect candidate.

Cindee was a fan of superheroes. She had been reading vintage comics from a young age, fantasising about what it would be like to have powers like Superman. Or to be able to beat bad guys like Batgirl. And so when she first caught sight of a masked vigilante, who she would later learn wasn't any public figure, she was entranced. And when she realised what she could do, realised she could be a kid superhero just like Spiderman, she sought him out immediately.

Initially Jupiter was perplexed. Annoyed, even. He told Cindee to go home to her parents, and watch barbie or something. But Cindee refused, and began following him around with a sock over her face in a makeshift mask. She began purposefully putting herself in harm's way so that she could show off her abilities, and Jupiter was equal parts infuriated and concerned. So he struck a deal with the girl: he would begin training her how to be a superhero, but she would have to stay off of the field until she was old enough. Elated, Cindee agreed.

Four years later, she was deemed capable of acting as a sidekick to Jupiter. She donned the name Venus, and worked alongside him for many years. She was skilled, yes, and confident on the field. But to her? Being a vigilante was a game. A fulfillment of her childhood dreams. She never took it quite seriously enough, and Miles grew concerned. A child on the field was one thing, but a distracted one? It was asking for trouble.

Things changed four years later, shortly before Cindee's 18th birthday. She showed up to Miles' house for training. But he never arrived.

He'd gone solo, afraid the folks he was getting mixed up with may have been too much for Cindee's juvenile style. She told herself if she had been there it would have been different, even if she couldn't know for sure. She told herself it was her fault.

Miles left much of his wealth to Cindee, which she inherited on her 18th just a few weeks later. She also took something else of his: his name. To honor what he had been, she began calling herself Jupiter. It was a mantel, now. She's been working that way since, honoring his legacy in all but one way; she began to make ties with the Superhero program. She wouldn't represent them, and ultimately refused to come out of the shadows. But she let them know that she would always be there if they needed her.

That's what her childhood superheroes would have done, after all.

PHYSICAL
Suit Appearance
:
slot3_badguyinstall_111915web_by_eryckwebbgraphics-d9h9zu6.png

Weapons & Armor:
Seeing as she gains power through being hit, her suit is equipped with specialised padding that absorbs kinetic energy. This works as a defense against injury.
Belt contains many devices that may come in handy: smoke bombs, explosives, projectiles, trackers, grappling hooks, bolas, rebreathers, line launchers, gas pellets and a single, precious cryptographic sequencer. She also has lock picking mechanisms on her gloves.

Skills & Abilities:
- Skilled and experienced in advanced hand to hand combat
- Talented acrobat
- Trained in stealth tactics

Superpowers:
- Increased speed, strength, durability and agility
- Can transform kinetic energy into telekinetic energy of thrice the initial power, which she can then use as she likes. The harder she is hit, the more powerful feats she can accomplish via her mind. Also depending on the strength of the hit is how long this mental power lasts.

Weaknesses:
There's the obvious weakness in the fact her main source of power requires injury to work, of course. She mostly relies on her (admittedly increased) human capabilities in combat.
She also keeps her ability secret, as if word were to get out alternatives to blunt force could be found

FLUFF
Hobbies
:
She loves superheroes and comics, even to this day. She also enjoys pop music, which she will happily sing (badly) along to.

BASIC INFORMATION
Name
: Dylan Trevor Fox
Aliases: Basilisk (albeit often shortened to Bas)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Species: Human-Alien Hybrid

PERSONAL
Sexuality
: Heterosexual
High Concept: Confused hero with a lot to learn about himself and being a hero.
Organizations\Affiliations: Metahuman Threat Response - Registered Metahuman: Ward Classification, Sidekick to Leviathan
Personality: Dylan has much of a short-tempered, give no fucks personality. Due to the revelations he's faced, and constant feelings of not being trusted, Dylan even finds it hard to trust others he doesn't have a tight connection with, and prefers to be alone in most cases. As a cause of how he was brought up though, Dylan has given himself motives and a moral code. In spite of his constant anger, he's a constant heart throb and though he doesn't think of it much during the act, after, he does hate the fact that he makes the others around him annoyed or sad. It's just all that pent up anger that he lashes out on his peers and friends.
Backstory: (Keep it relevant.) wIP

Dylan is much of a rebel which is evident in his style. He dresses how he wants whenever he wants to no matter the situation. He stands at 6'2 and weighs 185 lbs., dirty blond hair and light grey eyes. His hair is often left uncombed. Dylan also has a set of earrings lined up onto his left ear, and a single piercing on the right, as well as a tattoo on his wrist with a bible verse.
Costume:
Dylan's suit is a full black zip-up body suit, adorned with golden pads on his shoulder and the back of the suit. His feet are clothed in combat boots when suited up, with army grade traction gloves. The suit allows Dylan's size to expand with it when shifting from human form to that of a Reptil, and the back of the suit is made with unstable molecules in order for his wings to retract out of the back as well as contract after without being forced to leave them out.
Weapons & Armor: Dylan doesn't usually opt for much weapons, and often uses his body as his weapon.
Items & Personal Belongings: Dylan's family owns a small cottage on the outskirts of town, a great safehouse.
Skills & Abilities: Dylan is a skilled mechanic, engineer and overall builder given the right parts. He's made countless cars and vehicles in his free time, in spite of his brutish looks, he does have quite the think tank up there, and has even been given a paying apprenticeship at the MRT as his day-job when not a superhero (no ties between both his identities though). Second of all, Dylan's intuition and quick wits are something of envied, and his leadership seems to just burst when under pressure, allowing him to think up and execute plans on the fly, as well as guess lies from the truth. Lastly, even before uncovering his powers, Dylan was a skilled parkour athlete and easily skipped through the city's buildings with ease. His speed and grace allow him to maneuver his body with a level of bodily-control similar to that of even Olympic high jumpers.
Superpowers: Reptil Physiology: Reptil or Reptiles for plural, are an alien race present on the other side of the moon. The Reptiles are huge, bipedal lizards with a bone structure closer to that of humans than the normal lizard or snake. The powers allowed for him due to their genetic mutation is hardened scale-like skin, allowing a durability that protects them from hot temperatures, and concussive forces/blasts. Basilisk is also able to fly via wings about 4.5 feet wide each, and has reached speeds of 80mph. The Reptiles have also incredibly long nails, sharpened and pointed as well to the extent of cutting through steel and hard objects. Knives at your fingertips. Next is the enhanced senses and body of the reptiles, enabling both night and heat vision, an enhanced strength, speed, and superhuman stamina. Dylan, as a hybrid, has the ability to shift between his human and Reptil form.

Weaknesses: Occasional loses control to feral instinct in the Reptil form, blood and meat often loosen his control over his body to said feral instincts. Tarragon, an earthly weed is like Kryptonite for the Reptiles, and once ingested, could cause them to lose their powers completely as its components break down their reptile structure from the inside out. Dylan's own anger management issues are also a weakness out in the field, and leave him as a liability.

Name: Tempest Brekkr

Aliases: Rose

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Species: Human

PERSONAL

Sexuality: Hetero

High Concept: A girl who believes she is fighting for the good side.

Organizations\Affiliations: The Lodge

Personality: Tempest is stubborn and temperamental when challenged. She attempts to pursue perfection in every aspect of life whether making the villain community proud, or completing every task they give her with flying colors. She is closed off due to her harsh upbringing, but will do anything to protect the people she cares about. She believes in protecting the innocent and bringing justice to all others.

Backstory: Tempest was the daughter of two heroes that raised her in an average life. When she was 4 years old a group of villains murdered her parents in cold blood and took her in. The villains raised her as a tool for their every need and Tempest eventually forgot about what happened to her parents. She was taught to believe that the villains were innocent while heroes and the government were the true enemy and didn’t question it. Tempest basically learned to follow every order given to her, or punishments would ensue. She became a poster child for the villains and was basically their lapdog however, she refused to hurt or kill without reason. She only recently began to question who was truly good and evil when the villains attacked and hospitalized a seemingly innocent man.

Items & Personal Belongings: A small silver pendant of her mother’s that she has worn since childhood.

Advanced Thievery: Masters of this skill are more elusive than the average thief. They are able to blend in with the shadows, slip into tight spaces, avoid detection from guards, and escape without leaving behind any evidence.

Illusion: User can create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are.
