Mind Over Metal, Metal Over Flesh
SPQR: Act 1
The Valkyr Program, a deep study into the human body, along with the thousands of ways to adapt it for military purposes, along with unlocking the true potential of the human psyche. This project is now cooperating with the 'Frame' project, beginning from a simple archeological dig, the 'Knights' were uncovered, ancient suits of armour that far surpassed anything humanity had, yet they were a perfect for for humans... Syncing with there anatomy perfectly.
Then damaging them beyond repair, the first 179 testers were paralysed or killed. Number 180 didn't, upon analysis, the reason was due to minor genetic traits that differentiated from the human norm, making him unique compared to most of humanity. These traits do nothing of any importance under normal circumstances, but allow the use of the ancient technology left behind by a race, far far beyond the limits of humanity; called the 'Orokin'.
The 'ARK' foundation fund both these projects, a subsidiary of the 'U.M.I.B' or United Military Intelligence Bureau. 13 frames were uncovered, each different to the others, 13 candidates were chosen across all of humanities colonies; and 13 candidates shall be abducted from there homes. Along with this, many other pieces of technology and research were discovered, one of which: the potential to unlock psionic powers and enhanced physical prowess. Weaponry and gear was also uncovered, however these were replicable in comparison with the rest.
An A.I also exists for the members of the Valkyr project, Caesar, an A.I already implemented into the frames, with insane calculative capabilities, it's own... Rather pretentious personality and voice along with the fact he had access to all existing human databases.
Loadout System: each character has a 100 capacity limit in there loadouts, a massive amount of gear and items are available for choice, 1 main weapon, 1 sidearm, 1 melee, 1 frame, unlimited gear and equipment as well.
You are a young human, dragged from your home, you now slowly awake in a pure white room on a hospital bed, you remember them explaining everything before they took you, and you've accepted this, you will fight for humanity!
