A pop out function for the shoutbox, quality of life update mostly since i like talking in the shoutbox while i write answers for my RPs but that's just me.

Note: The popout feature still functions within a webbrowser & not a java scripted window which is what I think you are requesting. We would have no way to integrate this feature.
- Open a second RP page
- Click the SHOUTBOX link within the shoutbox to open the popup feature

I love the current shoutbox, and tend to have two tabs open, both for RP Nation
Hatchet
Blunt and Sharp
Alternatively, type up your replies in a shrunken Word window
