Roleplay Cliches

Hey! I've been noticing these are everywhere on RPN. What's one of the worst cliches to avoid? I came up with these: 1) Accidentally makes loud noise while trying to sneak past characters cliche. 2) Practically married after one day with each other cliche.

In our D&D sessions I noticed a rather peculiar one that seems to pop up everywhere - Half elf, daughter or whore and nobleman lives alone and is a rouge as she travels the woods with her dire-wolf - and her suspiciously skilled marksmanship. Further, she travels with others whom she cares not for, she is only in it for the gold... but later on she really likes them - in fact she will give up something she loves in order to protect them... is this an archetype of sorts?

The small smart character with a overpowered colossus robot/monster/etc friend that fights for them is very annoying to me.
