Custom Jutsu and Kekkei Genkai will be available to all characters who fit the requirements of having it, whether it's a heritage thing or a chakra nature limit. Though I know you approved some of these previously, like to see if I can still get them through.

Name: Wind Release: Rase-Sure-A-Wind
Description: In the attempt of making a rasengan, a small but dense sphere of chakra is created and docile in hand, it will disappear upon contact with another person's chakra or by being slammed into a physical form. If one is hit by the sphere, it would only feel like a prick. The real strength of this chakra comes from the Wind Release. The wind release creates a strong spiral of wind, making any projectiles fall off target. Essentially va Rasengan that has it's density controlled but not size.
Weakness: Can use up large amounts of chakra to make the winds/ No physical damage done/ Cannot control where projectiles move away to, can only be sure that they will not be sure to hit the source of this jutsu/ Hinders the ability to learn a Rasengan
Nature: Wind
Obtain: Must at least roughly know the principles of a Rasengan and have trained to attempt a Rasengan for an extended period of time.
Name: Wind Release: Nagnesar 10y
Description: Born from a Rasengan attempt with control of size but not density. A sphere of chakra is created and when it comes in contact with a physical form it enlarges and expands by 10 yards in not even a blink of an eye. Within the bounds of the sphere no damage is taken, only the feeling of a breeze.
Weakness: No damage/ Cannot ever use a Rasengan once technique is used
Nature: Wind
Obtain: Training for a extended period time to attempt to use a Rasengan.

Name of Technique: Ink Release
Technique Limitations: Similarly to Water Release, it falls weak to Earth Release || It is more difficult to manipulate than water due to a change in properties || Rather than being strong against Fire Release, it strengthens it instead.
Description: Ink Release allows the user to secrete ink from their mouth, feet, and hands. A user with this ability has arms and legs that start to fade to a very inky black the closer you get to the hands and feet, which is able to be hidden once the user has better control. Touching something with these marks can dye it so less experienced users tend to wear gloves and boots. The ability is capable of secretion, hardening, and other methods of manipulation depending on how well one can use it. The Kekkei Genkai can also have similar properties to Oil, at a higher level.
Requirements (chakra): Water Release
Obtaining: Being part of the Nakashima Clan.

Name of Technique: Sage Mode [Octopus/Squid]
Technique Limitations: Same limitations as other Sage Modes.
Description: Similarly to other Sage Modes, it allows the user to enter a state in which revolves around natural energy. It is taught but the Squid/Octopi located deep in the ocean, and requires the user to remain still in order to get in touch with the nature around them. Specifically, this is more effective for the user if they are in a body of water.There are also various jutsu that can be used via natural energy.
Requirements (chakra): Large Chakra Levels, more effective if Water-Natured.
Obtaining: Being part of the Nakashima Clan (or, alternatively, a trusted friend of someone in the clan), and training process at Tako Sea.
 
Kekkei Genkai
name of technique: long hand manipulation.

Description: using chakra the chikara clan is able to control weapons and objects Without touching said thing. Similar to The chakra strings used for puppets, but the chakra is more a invisible hand then a string.

Used in different ways for battle and multiple purposes if one is creative or skilled enough.

One must be born of the Chikara clan to use said jutsu, it’s in their blood and very chakra etc.

Ninja’s of the chikara clan with exceptional chakra reserves and control have been known to subdue others.

Flaws,
Requires chakra, a fair bit. It’s why hearty meals and snacks are apart of the Chikara tradition. They rival the akimichi clan! Although most the intake goes directly to chakra.

Requires more chakra for more “strings” or “hands” to be manipulated
Requires concentration for each item/weapon/ person they effect.
If one was to attempt to throw 100 kunai with said technique they could easily suffer a massive headache if they lacked the Mental capacity to keep track of 100 kunai.

Kekkei Genkai

Name: Chakra Solidification

Technique Limitations: Users are stuck with one form forever (e.g., Sword, Dress, Dog, etc.) and variations of said form. Requires large amounts of chakra and chakra control. If the user uses too little or too much chakra it will be wasted.

Description: Chakra Solidification allows a user to manifest their chakra into a solid form. This form varies greatly from user to user and users are stuck with said form. They can make variations of the form, but it will still be that form. For instance, a sword can be made into a shovel by making the blade broader and curve up a little at the tip. It's still a sword, but can now be used as a shovel albeit, a terrible one. The form can also be made smaller or larger. These forms can also be imbued with the user's chakra nature once they obtain higher control and chakra.

This ability came about due impart to the clan's chakra becoming so dense that it began to ruin jutsu. At first, they worked on their control hoping this would fix the problem. During this time one member noticed their chakra become easier to shape outside the body to the point it made a solid object. Said object they created was a carrot that could be eaten to speed up chakra restoration for anyone except the user. When they showed their fellow clansmen, they created wildly different forms than theirs. This lead to the clan helping their children develop their ability, as soon as, possible so they may train in the use of their form.

Some say that the forms are an imprint from one's mindscape, due to their chakra being so dense. They believe it permeates into one's subconscious. This, in turn, brings out an imprint of their personality, spirit, and mental image of their chakra into a shape.

Requirements: Extremely Dense Chakra, large amounts of aforementioned chakra, and large amounts chakra control

Obtaining: Either be apart of the Fruityun clan or condense your chakra to abnormal levels and try to shape it. If the form doesn't stay as one form only then you didn't condense your chakra far enough.

Name of Technique:
Ninja Art: Flower Clone Technique

Technique limitations:
Due to its base form and lower rank among the many kinds of clone techniques. Hitomu's unique clone jutsu is not meant for a offensive barrage as any attack would be halved in damage if anything struck. Furthermore it like all clones is easily defeated once struck by a offensive jutsu or attack. Meaning it's not a durable technique unless skillfully used in conjecture with another technique and/or strategy.

Description of technique:
Taking the Yamanaka clans knowledge and affinity for flowers while adding onto the basic E rank clone jutsu. Hitomu utilizes flowers to make up his clones allowing him to appear doubled, tripled and numerous (pending chakra amount used) to his opponents and others watching on.

Whenever a clone is struck instead of pooping away with smoke, Flower clones as the name may suggest disperse into petals of flowers and flowing away in the wind before landing upon the ground or moving out of sight. Similar to the crow clone Technique except with flowers and no actual flying involved.

This technique is best used in part of deceptive strategy and in combo with other techniques. Added Side Note: It's quite useful for adding to and combining after the clones dispersal to be used with Ninja Art: Flowers Bane Shuriken Storm or other flower based techniques as the already present flowers could add to the number of flower petals in the attack and add to the angles in which the attack comes.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s):
Due to the non elemental form of this Ninjutsu- It requires no specific type of chakra or elemental nature. Mere teaching and training is suffice to learn and utilize this technique though it's uncommon outside of the Yamanaka clan, Hitomu and his mother being the two known users.

Obtaining the Technique:
Due to the rarity of this technique or uniqueness of it~ It's most likely required to speak with and learn it from Hitomu's mother who seems to have been this jutsus creator.

Name of Technique:
Ninja Art: Flowers Bane Shuriken Storm

Technique Limitations:
Due to its non elemental nature it's easily countered and inferior to elemental jutsu especially, Fire release techniques as it cannot withstand the heat + burning capabilities of fire nor can it penetrate Earth based defenses. Though a good breeze and/or a lower level wind based jutsu can assist this technique with adding to its force and speed in which it's delivered as well as Angle in some cases. Though usually the latter requires timing and skill to effectively pull off.


Description of Technique:
Like the Flower clone Technique and as the name suggests this jutsu utilizes flower petals + ones own chakra to knead into and create a various number of flower petals with Shuriken sharp edges and cutting ability. Once the appropriate hand seals have been made flowers rise off ground and raise into the air followed by a swift firing towards the opponent or plural;

Each petal is lightly coated with wolfsbane poison making even a single scratch a successful and effective strike. As the poison will begin to enter the bloodstream and begin to take effect on those infected by it.

Additionally this jutsu can be used and granted a bonus when used in following of other flower based techniques such as the flower clone jutsu. As they would add to the numeracy and angle potential of the technique, there for increasing the strength and difficulty of this technique and countering/evading it successfully.

Chakra Requirement:
No specific chakra nature required

Obtaining Requirement:
Yamanaka Clan/Hitomu's mother teaching and training. Since this is another one of Hitomu's mothers created techniques which make use of flowers and knowledge of poisons from flowers. It requires the teachings of the young Yamanaka's mother who had passed on the jutsu to her son.

Name of Technique: Ice Release

Technique limitations: Not only does this kekkei genkai require the simultaneous usage of wind and water release, it also requires precise chakra control and a large amount of chakra. A specific limitation that is applied to my oc will be that he does not have any control over his kekkei genkai. He has acquired it, but cannot control it. The only times his kekkei genkai is revealed is when he is emotionally unstable.


Description of technique: Ice release allows the user to freely create and manipulate ice. It is most often used in the form of ninjutsu.

Underline one: Kekkei Genkai OR Jutsu

Name of Technique: Tsukimi

Technique limitations: This technique leaves the user in an extremely vulnerable state. Not only so, but it requires precise chakra control and the user must first 'capture' their target. Genin-level, the max range would be about five yards while at Jonin-level, the max range would be about twenty-five yards. At genin-level, the user can only capture one target at a time while at Jonin-level the user can capture at least a group of ten targets at once.


Description of technique: The Tsukimi is a form of mind reading jutsu where it allows the user to enter the inner most thoughts of the target through a form of a 'dream' (genjutsu). The user has the ability to control whether it is a 'good' or 'bad' dream. These dreams are all based on the thoughts of the target which can damage the target mentally, but not physically. It is mainly used as an interrogation tool though it can also be used in combat.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): It heavily relies on a long duration of training and Yin release

Description of technique:
Fishing Hook is a type of joint-lock technique. The user catches the opponent's attacking leg, jumps, and wraps their legs around the opponent's attacking leg, ending in a form of a leg-lock.

Description of technique:
Inward Trip is a technique used to make the opponent lose balance. It is done by kicking the back of opponent's knee. It is usually done by using the Body Replacement Technique to get behind the opponent

Name of Technique: Cloud Spinning Kick

Technique limitations: Close ranged, people with combat experience can easily read the attack.

Description of technique: Spinning kick is a technique where the user fakes a roundhouse kick and uses it to hold the opponent's neck with their knee joint. The user then uses the momentum from the roundhouse kick to flip the opponent around and pin them on the ground with one leg.

Name of Technique: Cloud Sky Strike

Technique limitations: Close ranged, can be easily dodged by moving to either side during the set up for the attack

Description of technique: Sky Strike is performed by raising one's leg and bringing it down upon an opponent, in another word, an axe kick. It's made to rattle the brain of an opponent causing them to lose their sense of balance.

Name of Technique: Cloud Three-pronged strike

Technique limitations: Close ranged. By approaching closer to the user while this attack is taking place it nullifies the attack and leaves the user open to attack.

Description of technique: Three-pronged strike is a kick executed three times in a row either from left or right, followed straight away from the opposite direction, then from behind. If the victim flinches and tries to evade by going back, the damage increases. It aims at the opponent's brain with the first and second kick and aims to finish the opponent with the third.

Technique Requirements: N/A

Obtaining the Technique: None.

Name of Technique: Cloud Falling Petals

Technique limitations: Close ranged. By approaching closer to the user while this attack is taking place it nullifies the attack and leaves the user open to attack.

Description of technique: Falling petals is very similar to the three-pronged strike however unlike the three-pronged strike it is not focused on the opponent's head but instead is three kicks aimed at the top (Head), middle (Torso) and bottom of an opponent (Legs/Pelvis) all coming in a rapid motion.

Technique Requirements: N/A

Obtaining the Technique: None.

Name of Technique: Lightning Release - 稲妻 Inazuma Beam of Lightning

Technique limitations:
  1. Drains a large sum of user's chakra.
  2. Physical damage done to those who lack endurance (eg. nose bleeds, minimal burns, bruises), especially in arms.
  3. Length of beam varies based on skill and chakra reserve.
  4. Not very secretive, a loud jutsu to use.
  5. Requires a great load of stamina.


Description of technique: After the required sequence of hand signs, the user is able to turn their chakra to lightning surging around them, and with a last sign in the direction of target, sends it off in a beam towards the opponent through their arms and hands. The size and length of the beam is dependent on the amount of chakra the user has, and can be fired in a thin line of lightning, as well as a larger beam, sending a deafening blow as it electrocutes its victim(s).

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s):
  • Lightning Chakra Nature.
  • Surplus and Control over Chakra.
  • Arms down to hands must be free in order to "conduct" the lightning through their bodies.

Obtaining the Technique:
  • Vigorous training in open fields and spaces (concentration, chakra/lightning regulation, etc.)
 
Name: Kekkai Gekkai - Ocean's Gift
Description: Those with this will lean toward use of Water nature and will eventually (by adolescence) gain the use of either Wind, Lighting, or Earth nature in addition. However, the main attraction is the unique ways to manipulate water. Users are born with sea salt in their pores that can be used in Jutsu to purify and distill any water. The sea salt can also be manipulated to strengthen Water jutsu. They are also born with gills that be opened or hidden when nesscary and can absorb any Water Nature Jutsu that opponents use on User while gills are opened. The gills also have natural pull of water that can be used in the clan's signature technique.
Nature: Water and Wind or Earth or Lighting (depending on the user).
Obtain: Born of the blood of the Shinkaiōganikku Clan.
Weakness: Users with this often have trouble handling weapons not made out of ocean material and good weapons that are made of ocean material are extremely rare. Users will also fine that they can be instantly sweating when coming into contact with a candle flame. Making fire a much more potent attack against them.



Name: Shinkai Salt
Description: User uses gills to suck moisture out of air and release sea salt in it's place. The longer a opponent is in range, they will slowly feel pain every time they breathe. Eventually, air will reach Desolation Water. When air is at this state, opponent's could feel pain to the point that that they decide not breathing is better than breathing and can likely choose to suffocate themselves whether they like to or not. Skin for others also becomes brittle. In this state, Users with Ocean's Gift can you excess water in body to not go as insane as other; however, will feel pain in breathing. (Endurance, Strength, and Accuracy will be lowered by one for opponent by genin. Only Endurance and Strength lowered when User is in Desolation Water)
Nature: Water and Wind or Earth or Lighting (depending on the user). The speed and radius to reach Desolation Water depends on the users level. In a confined 10 yard radius in 17 minutes is a Genin's usual time it takes to get to Desolation Water. However they can extend their radius to 15 yards but time will increase to a hour. However, if target is close, the feeling of dry air is much harsher than far away.
Obtain: Have Ocean's Gift
Weakness: If gills are attacked can inflict tremendous pain/ Genin who use this jutsu don't have bodies that are used to taking water so intensely so will faint if Desolation Water is reached.



Ocean Prey Style Techniques- All deal with limb creation and hindering clone jutsu of user due to how mind has trouble processing such a jutsu after naturally wanting to only create a limb once learned.

Description: User creates 4 additional arms on body made of water and hardened by sea salt.
Nature: Water
Obtain: Have Ocean's Gift or train using Water Style variant. Takes 25+ Ninjutsu skill.
Weakness: If used, user will have an extremely hard time creating any clone jutsu after use.

Description: User creates additional legs of water and sea salt.
Nature: Water
Obtain: Have Ocean's Gift or train using Water Style variant. Takes 25+ Ninjutsu skill.

Description: Turns clumps of water, in sight of the viewer, into a hand hardened by sea salt.

Name: Droplet Paradise
Description: User creates water that reflects light directly behind water. It also does not take chakra to maintain; may choose how big of an illusion based on amount of chakra used to initate jutsu.
Nature: Water
Obtain: Have decent knowledge in both ninjutsu and genjutsu and great chakra control. (At least 25+ in genjutsu and ninjutsu).
Weakness: Once water is touched by non-User, it will pop and rain down, breaking the illusion.

Name of Technique: Chouko's Walkie-talkies [D]

Technique limitations:
- requires users to be ten feet maximum distance from one another
- can be easily wiped off
- only that single distress message may be communicated

Description of technique: Seal is made through use of a temporary tattoo put directly on ones skin. Allows user to push a little chakra through in order to communicate a wordless signal (more likely distress) with another person with the same tattoo. Additionally, the two must be within a radius of 10 feet from one another or it will not work.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): learn some sealing from a fuinjutsu master, harder then it seems as most seals just go kablooey

Name of Technique: Farting Flowers [E]

Technique limitations:
- it's not real my dude.
- once the victim gets over the initial shock of the announcement - "Farting Flowers! Peeyuhee!!" - and the accompanying smell, it can be dispelled
- more of a shock move, once used once can lose its shock effect over time

Description of technique: A genjutsu that mimics the smell of literal farts, accompanied with the growth of flowers by a Wood Release user. Acrid to the nose, it far from incapacitates anyone, only catching them by surprise.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): requires use of Wood Release though it can be used unaccompanied.

Obtaining the Technique: learn some genjutsu and hope to God in your next life your acquire Wood Release

Name: Construct Creation
Description: The user solidifies their chakra outside of their body into the form they create. Can be shaped into a variant of said form but must always be of that form. Knives must always be a knife in some way, Balls must always be a ball in someway, etc.
Limits: Requires very dense chakra, requires precise chakra control, requires large amounts of chakra, depending on the construct it can take longer to create, basically become a giant signal when creating construct.
Requirements: Extremely Dense chakra, High chakra control
Obtaining: Be born into the Fruityon clan or be taught by a member after condensing your chakra to the extremes.

Name: Construct Trap Technique
Description: The user forms a construct/s around their shuriken or kunai then, sends the construct to the target. Once caught the construct moves about erratically attacking the target with the weapons. Due to the quick creation of the construct, it will fade after a short time.
Limits: Target can dodge construct until it fades, construct form affects the usefulness of this technique.
Requirements: Able to use Construct Creation
Obtaining: Usually discovered by a young Fruityon ninja it can, however, be taught.

Underline one: Kekkei Genkai OR Jutsu

Name of Technique: 大喉煙 (Daikōen)

Technique limitations: Very susceptible to certain bad weather conditions. Strong wind easily disperses the smoke. (e.x. giant fans/gunbai, wind release jutsu etc.) Hard on the user's respiratory system.

Description of technique: The users' tenketsu that are located in the throat and lungs have big concentrations of Fire Release Chakra. They are so active in fact that the user expels chakra from there and produces smoke. The chakra fused smoke helps the user in a number of ways. If the user sparks it with a slight amount of fire chakra, it flames. Also it helps spread the range of genjutsu the user casts. Mainly though its used for diversion, hiding, confusing enemies and if used strategically it can kill. Members of the Shishoku Clan are born with 6 small slits on their cheeks, 3 on each side, in order to spread the smoke to multiple directions. As they get older these slits close up and most adults have 2 of them.

Technique Requirements (Chakra Nature/s): Fire

Obtaining the Technique: Being part of the Shishoku Clan. Being able to use the tenketsu which are located to the throat.

Name of Technique: “Healer’s Eyes”
Description: The user takes some of their chakra to enhance their eyes, turning them a shade of maroon so that the chakra point system in the target’s body is made visible, making it easier for the user to either harm or heal their target. This technique was formed after a solid amount of research on the Sharingan and the Byakugan and is considered to be a Kekkei Genkai in progress. With time (lots of IC time, probably during the chuunin exams), the range that the Healer’s Eyes has will open up to the user being able to see the actual blood and bones of their target, rendering them available to truly see their target’s problem spots.
Technique Limitations: (Weaknesses. Every technique has at least one) After using this technique for a long duration of time, the user must protect their eyes with strong sunglasses for twelve to twenty-four hours. Some users may need a guide to help them walk around because any eye movement, even blinking, can cause pain to shoot through the user’s head if the technique is kept active longer than two hours.

Obtaining the Technique: (What are the only ways one can have it besides chakra natures?) Although this technique has been passed down through the Suzuna family, it can be taught, if you ask nicely. The first use of the jutsu will feature faint major chakra points on the target’s boy, and the user can develop their skill to see all of the chakra points, but it takes a long time, especially if the user isn’t good at chakra control. A constant problem is making sure there isn’t too much chakra sent through the eyes at once, but of course, with practice, this wouldn’t be an issue.

Name of Technique: “Suzuna Shocker”/ “Suzuna Jumpstarter”
Description: The user rubs their hands together like a defibrillator, chakra “shocks” are visible as the user moves around the target’s body. If it’s Suzuna Shocker, the user can take out a chakra point in the target. If it’s Suzuna Jumpstarter, the user can revitalize a chakra point - usually aiming for a base point that will revive a good amount of chakra.
Technique Limitations: (Weaknesses. Every technique has at least one) Can only be used three times a day, depending on the amount of “jumpstarting” the target needs. At one time, the user can only hit two points before needing to recharge. Recharging takes two hours per new chakra point. These limitations will decrease with the time the user uses and masters the jutsu.

Lots of research on the body, on what chakra points are “bases” for energy/which are the most effective, anyone in the Suzuna family knows and can teach the jutsu! It just takes a lot of hard work and dedication to remember which chakra points are the “best” or “worst” in the moment. Plus, one has to have good chakra control to focus the chakra at the palms for jutsu use.

Flaws. You need a instrument to use it, each note requires chakra to continue the jutsu, even if no “strike” “slash” or “soundwave” is being projected, performing the jutsu is a constant drain on your chakra. Think standing on water, or running up a wall.

What ninjas use instruments in battle? All it takes is for the instrument to be broken and the ninja has lost his ninjutsu.

All Ongaku can do is project his emotions onto the victim. Luckily for him he has lived a terrible life. And he can project that feeling of fear, hopelessness, and despair, quite easily.
His learning other emotions, but mostly this genjutsu is to hold people in place. With effort he can lessen the effects of it or amplify it.

Name of Technique: sound manipulation

Technique limitations: can cause organ failure, ruptures, broken bones and burst ear drums if used improperly and at certain limits and frequencies.


Description of technique:
User can create, shape and manipulate sound, a periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear.
User can mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound, using it as a powerful physical force and high-speed movement.
At low frequencies, sound is potentially fatal to living beings by causing internal damage, while high frequencies cannot be heard by normal humans but can be used for sonar-like effects. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water and any form of medium, defense by using physical barriers is difficult. The vibrations can also affect at a molecular level.
In essence, sound is an invisible, deadly weapon and a versatile tool.
